      • 거북밀깍지벌레(Cerostegia japonicus)의 發生消長과 그 防除에 관한 硏究

        거북밀깍지벌레의 效果的인 防除法을 규명하기 위하여 釜山地域에서의 發生消長을 검토하고, 4종류의 寄主別로 기계유유제, 有機燐劑 3종 및 Carbamate劑 3종을 공시하여 殺蟲率을 Bliss의 Probit법으로 분석하고 農藥의 농도에 따른 蟲體의 呼吸代謝를 검토 하였다. 1. 釜山地方에서의 거북밀깍지벌레의 孵化器는 6月15日∼7月12日이였으며 孵化最盛期는 7月 初旬이였다. 2. 防除適期는 8月10日경이었다. 3. 8月3日에 처리한 寄主別의 본 害蟲의 LD?이 가장 낮은 것은 자목련에서는 DEP, 감나무에서는 BUX,사철나무와 치자나무에서는 BUX와 DEP로서 전체적으로 볼 때 BUX 및 DEP가 가장 效果的이고 그 다음이 Diazinon이였다. 4. 8月18日 처리에서 LD?이 가장 낮은 것은 자목련과 감나무에서는 Diazinon이, 사철나무와 치자나무에서는 BUX와 DEP로서 전체적으로 보면 Diazinon, BUX와 DEP등이 感受性이 높았다. 5. 8月3日의 처리에서 LD?이 가장 낮은 농약은 BUX로서 寄主別 농도 범위는 0.011∼0.043%였다. 6. 8月18日의 처리에서 LD?이 가장 낮은 농약은 BUX와 Diazinon으로서 寄主別 농도 범위는 각각 0.011∼0.1076%, 0.028∼0.074%였다. 7. 本 害蟲의 正常 酸素消費量은 9.25∼10.02㎕O₂/㎎ body weight/hour였으며 寄主에 따른 차이를 인정할 수 없었다. 8. Diazinon과 BUX에서는 농도가 높아질수록 산소소비량은 정상호흡량 보다 훨씬 증가하였으나 기계유유제에서는 감소되었다. In order to investigate the effective control of Florida was scale (Cerostegia japonicus), the seasonal occurrences of 1st in star in Busan area was examined, the insecticides tested with the different four hosts were carbamates(NAC,BUX BPMC), organicphosphates(DEP,MEP,Diazinon)and Machine-oil emulson, and the mortality was analyzed by the probit analysis. Also the effects of insecticide's concentration on respiratory metabolism of Florida wax scale was examined. The results obtained were as follows 1. The periods of the larva occurrence was from June 15 to July 12, and the major peak of its occurrence was found to be in the early July. 2. The adequate period for the effective control of Florida wax scale was about August 10. 3. The lowest insecticides of LD 50 values to Florida wax scale with each hosts in August 10 was DEP in the people magnolia, BUX in the persimmon tree, BUX and DEP in the spindle tree and the gardenia. So generally the most effective insecticides for controlling it were BUX and DEP, Diazinon was the next. 4. In the second experiments treated in August 18, the lowest insecticide of LD50 values to it was Diazinon in the purple magnolia and the persimmon tree, BUX and DEP in the spindle tree and the gardenia. So the susceptibility of it to the insecticides was highest in Diazinon, BUX and DEP. 5. The lowest insecticide of LD90 values to it was BUX and the concentration range by the hosts was from. 0.011% to 0.043%. 6. In the second experiment treated in August 18, the lowest insecticides of LD90 values to it were BUX and Diazinon, and the concentration ranges by the hosts were from 0.011 to 0.1076%, 0.028 to 0.074% respectively. 7. The normal oxygen consumption of Florida wax scale was from 9.25 to 10.02㎕O₂/㎎ body weight/hour and wasn't recognized the significance by the hosts. 8. The oxygen consumption of it in Diazinon and BUX was higher with increasing of insecticides concentration than the normal respiratory, but it was decreased in machine oil emulsion.

        It could say that tourism science is standing in the position of the times which can do duty as a goose laying a gold egg to the efforts. It has a potential as a leading studies in the 21st century. For the organization of the studies, It should apply and expand through the setting spurs to the study with up and down. In order to do that, It necessarily needs application and support from existing studies such as other least developed social science. Among the others, The tourism science urgently needs the sociological prospect and application that is pure studies with strong self-examination and methodology. It has an important meaning with the fact that the tourism phenomenon is a kind of a social phenomenon. Though a sociological research has done by this time, At this time of starting the new century, It is convinced that inspecting these roles and questions will be a working of the proper time for the spring of the tourism science and the establishment of identity. Especially, In the Korean society of the point of time that tourism is being acknowledged widely, that could be very significant working.

      • 大麻 低마약형 신품종 "청삼"의 육성경위 및 주요특성

        대마의 저 마약형 신품종을 육성하고자 대마초의 환각성분에 대한 국내의 문헌을 수집하여 고찰하여 저마약형 대마 신품종 "청삼(Cheungsam)"을 육성하였던 바 이것들을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 목포시험장에서 1997년 네덜란드 CPRO에서 도입한 44품종의 저 마약형 유전자원중 IH3이 THC 함량이 낮고 개화일수도 한국재래종과 비슷하여 경장과 섬유수량도 다른 도입품종들에 비해 크고 많아 육종재료로 유망시 되었다. 나. 저 마약형인 IH3를 모본으로 하고 한국 재래종을 부본으로 교배한 1대잡종 품종을 육성하여 무안 등 4개 지역에서 지역적응시험을 실시한 결과 특성이 우수하고 저 마약형으로 분류되어 이를 "청삼"으로 명명하여 신품종으로 등록하였다. 다. "첨상" 품종은 섬유수량은 190kg/10a로 재래종의 177kg/10a에 비하여 7% 중수되었고, 환각성분인 THC(Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol)함량이 0.34%로 재래종의 1.74%보다 적고 환각억제성분인 CBD(Cannabidiol)함량은 1.34%로 재래종의 0.57%보다 많아 저 마약형으로 분류할 수 있다. 라. "청삼" 종자를 IH3의 자웅이주종자를 이용하여 채종하면 종실수량이 103kg/10a이지만 자성종자 채종기술을 이용하여 채종하면 146kg/10a로 채종량이 42% 증가하였다. In order to develop a new variety of fiber hemp(Cannabis sativa L.) with non-drug type, the authors reviewed several literatures about marihuana or hemp, and bred a new variety with non-drug type. This variety was named as "Cheungsam" and resitered as a recommening variety in Korea. This paper introduce the breeding history and characteristics of the fiber hemp variety "Cheungsam" with non-drug type. Among the 44 introduced germplasms from CPRO, Netherland, only IH3 was suitable variety because of it's good traits including low THC content, similar flowering days to Korean local variety and good fiber yield. IH3 and Korean local variety were crossed to develop a new non-drug type hemp, and we developed a new variety named "Cheungsam". This variety have good plant characteristics and fiber yield with low THC content. The average fiber yield of "Cheungsam" was 190kg/10a in regional fiber yield trials, which was 7% higher than that of "Korean local variety". "Korean local variety" contains 1.74% of THC which is the psychoactive ingredient and 0.57% of CBD the anti-psychoactive ingredient, thus that cultivar was sorted to drug type hemp. But "Cheungsam" contains 0.34% of THC and 1.34% of CBD so that sorted as a non-drug type hemp. If farmers want to harvest more seed of "Cheungsam", using female seed of IH3 is better than that of the dioecious seed because of the high seed yield.

        Stretchable and Transparent Electrodes using Hybrid Structures of Graphene–Metal Nanotrough Networks with High Performances and Ultimate Uniformity

        <P>Transparent electrodes that can maintain their electrical and optical properties stably against large mechanical deformations are essential in numerous applications of flexible and wearable electronics. In this paper, we report a comprehensive analysis of the electrical, optical, and mechanical properties of hybrid nanostructures based on graphene and metal nanotrough networks as stretchable and transparent electrodes. Compared to the single material of graphene or the nanotrough, the formation of this hybrid can improve the uniformity of sheet resistance significantly, that is, a very low sheet resistance (1 Ω/sq) with a standard deviation of less than ±0.1 Ω/sq, high transparency (91% in the visible light regime), and superb stretchability (80% in tensile strain).         Interleukin-1β와 tumor necrosis factor-α로 유발된 염증 유발 싸이토카인 발현 및 생장에 대한 자화지정의 억제 효과

        목적 : 류마토이드 관절염에 대한 신규 치료 물질을 개발하기 위하여, 청열해독, 양혈소종 작용이 있는 자화지정을 시료로 human fibroblast-like synoviocyte cells내의 다양한 염증 유발 싸이토카인의 발현과 정량을 측정하였다. 방법 : 정상 세포 및 human fibroblast-like synoviocyte cells에 대한 세포독성을 평가하고, RT-PCR로 TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, iNOS and COX-w의 mRNA 발현을 측정하고, ELISA LEADER로 이를 정량화하여 상호 비교 평가하였다. 결과 : 먼저 정상 세포인 lung fibroblast cells에 대하여서는 세포독성이 나타나지 않았다. RT-PCR을 이용한 mRNA 발현에서는 자화지정 100㎍/m 이상의 농도에서 실험한 모든 pro-inflammatory cytokine이 유의성있게 감소하였다. IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α 정량에서도 100100㎍/m 이상의 농도에서 대조군에 비하여 유의성있게 감소하여 RT-PCR 결과와 부합되었으며, ROS 정량은 10 ㎍/m에서 대조군에 비하여 유의적으로 감소하였다. Conclusion : 자화지정의 항관절염 효과가 인정되어, 향후 유효 물질 및 다양한 처방과의 상승 효과에 대한 연구와 더불어 보다 자세한 기전적 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. N/A

        An Estimating Method for Post-cyclic Strength and Stiffness of Fine-grained Soils in Direct Simple Shear Tests

        Based on an estimating method for post-cyclic strength and stiffiess with cyclic triaxial tests proposed by one of the authors, cyclic Direct Simple Shear (DSS) tests were carried out to confirm whether the method can be adapted to DSS test on fine-grained soils: silty clay, plastic silt, and non-plastic silt. Results from cyclic and post-cyclic DSS tests were interpreted by a modified method as adopted for cyclic and post-cyclic triaxial tests. In particular, influence of plasticity index for fine-grained soils and initial static shear stress (ISSS) was emphasised. Findings obtained from the present study are: (i) liquefaction strength ratio of finegrained soils decreases with decreasing plasticity index and increasing ISSS; (ii) plasticity index and ISSS did not markedly influence relation between equivalent cyclic stiffness and shear strain relations; (iii) the higher the plasticity index of fine-grained soils is, the less the strength ratio decreases with increment of a normdised excess pore water pressure (NEPWP); (iv) stiffness ratio of plastic silt has large activity decrease rapidly with increasing excess pore water pressure; and (v) post-cyclic strength and stiffness results from DSS tests agree well with those predicted by the method modified from a procedure used for triaxial test results.

      • A Study of Meeting Room Spaces Depending on Color Temperature and Illuminance Characteristics

        Skylights, which emphasize a psychological aspect among other lighting types, have a high functional uniformity, and they can rapidly respond to consumer needs in terms of subjects` behavioral characteristics and illuminance satisfaction caused by locational variable. Skylights are mainly used as design lights in service industries, but in the future, the lighting type is expected to expand into office spaces. Among such office spaces, the current study focused on meeting rooms for evaluation environment, in order to draft a basis of a plan to direct skylights in meeting rooms, considering the sensibility of the users. The following are the results: The first factor analysis resulted in three factor axes of “comfortable and open,” “calming and stable,” and “unique and characteristic,” with the first factor of “comfortable and open” having the largest influence. In addition, color temperature and illuminance of 6000K and 500lx, respectively, were most highly evaluated in the axis “comfortable and open.” Second, the lighting environment preferred when applying skylight in meeting rooms were 6000K and 4000lx. The brightness under general environments not considering activity must maintain 300-500lx.

        Porcelain insulators have generally been used in Korea but polymer insulators which are superior in that they are light weight, explosion proof, impact proof, economical with construction characteristics, have been in use for the 154㎸ transmission line since 1999 following a worldwide trend towards the reduced weight, simplification and compact usage of new material insulators. However there have been approximately 500 cases of forest fires in Korea, so the transmission lines that for the most part pass through mountainous areas have been highly effected and the highly polymerized compound polymer insulator has raised concern about reliability in cases of exposure to forest fires. Therefore for the reliability assessment of the effect of forest fires on polymer insulators, mechanical and electrical characteristics are analyzed by an artificial flare test device and transmission facility surrounding conditions along with forest fire characteristics are surveyed. In addition to this, actual 90 ㎸ energized transmission line was tested with an artificial forest fire and the expanded usage of polymer insulators is presented through the analysis of mechanical and electrical characteristics and physical properties, and a study on the influence of forest fires on polymer insulators.
