        불소함유여부에 따른 치면열구전색제의 전단결합강도에 관한 실험적 연구

        This study was to evaluate shear bond strength fluoride-relesing sealant and nonfluoride-relesing sealant to enamel surface of bovine tooth. 80 extracted bovine teeth were randomly assigned to four groups,and four kind of sealants including Teethmate-A(Kuraray Co.),Teethmate-F(Kuraray Co.),Helioseal(Vivadent Co.),Helioseal-F(Vivadent Co.) were bonded to exposed enamel surfaces using silicon plate. Shear bond strength was determined in an instron universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 1mm/min.Then,the fracture surfaces of test specimens were investigated with scanning electron microscope. The obtained results were as follows; 1.The shear bond strength decreased in the following oder:Teethmate-A(18.31MPa),Teethmate-F(11.90MPa),Helioseal(11.74MPa),Helioseal-F(10.64MPa). 2.The shear bond strength of Teethmate-A showed significantly higher than that of Teethmate-F(P<0.05),but Helioseal and Helioseal-F didn't showed statistically different(P<0.05). 3.According to the SEM,Teethmate-A group showed cohesive failure,and Teethmate-A group & Helioseal group showed mixed pattern of cohesive failure and Helioseal-F group showed adhesive failure.

        자발성 뇌지주막하출혈 환자에서 Cardiac Troponin Ⅰ를 이용한 심근손상의 발생율

        Background : More than 90% of acute stroke patients have measurable cardiovascular sequelae, but we have been often overlooked in formal discussions of treatment. If we estimate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH, we may figure the possibility of cardiac dysfunction in such patients. This study was designed to investigate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH using cardiac troponin I(cTnI). Methods : A prospective single emergency center study was performed to determined preoperative incidence of unrecognized cardiac injury in patients suffering spontaneous SAH. We include the spontaneous SAH patients who underwent serum measurements of the cardic troponin I immediately upon admission last six month period. ECG, CK, CK-MB and myoglobin were also performed at admission. We excluded the spontaneous SAH patients who had past history of myocardial ischemia and ECG abnormality. Results : Fifty-two patients(34 females, 18 males) with spontaneous SAH were studied prospectively. 18 patients(34.6% of the total study population) had cTnI level above 0.5ng/ml. ECG was performed in 52 patients and was abnormal in 15 of the 52 patients(28.8%). Conclusion : The measurement of cTnI has provided physicians with a myocardial marker that has a cardiac sensitivity for cardiac injury equal to that of CK-MB yet with greater specificity. So, cardiac troponin I is useful to estimate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH. And we may estimate the possibility of cardiac dysfunction in such patients. This knowledge will hopefully aid in the care and improve the outcome.

        창선감의록의 작명과 그 서술의 서사적 의미

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the name-giver's expectation in the names of characters and the story in Chang-seon-gam-eu-rok. First of all, the name-giver's expectation is represented in the names of characters in the novel. The names are given on the bases of the characters' appearances, abilities, and dreams of other people about their births. The letters used in names implicate the content of ancient fables. The name-giver's expectation is revealed by the meaning of the letters in names. On these grounds, we understand the way the writer gives names to characters and the principle he uses in the creation of character's personalities through names. Next, the name-giver's expectation is related to the story of the novel. The name-giver's expectation is represented in the characters' personalties and the events leading the story. Accordingly, the name-giver's expectation intrinsic in the names helps us understand the story of the novel and makes the novel organized systematically. This helps us understand the way or the principle used in the organization of the novel. Consequently, the way used in giving names, creating characters' personalities, and organizing the novel, play important roles in systematizing theories of Korean classic novel.

        퇴계의 <洌井> 창작 원리 연구

        After Toegye Lee, Hwang built the Tosan seodang, he wrote a lot of poetry to express the pleasure of living in Tosan seodang. One of the poetry written in Tosan seodang is <Cool Well>. To understand the principle of creation in <Cool Well>,this thesis examines its origin and literary formation. He thought that Tosan was the ideal place to renounce the world and to study morality. So he built the seodang in Tosan and devoted himself to his study there. In Tosan seodang, he recognized the real character of nature through things. Following the original nature, he improved his mind and practiced it. The recognition of the original nature, the cultivation of his mind according to nature and the lives of practicing the realized nature are pleasure of uniting with nature to him. This pleasure is expressed in <Cool Well>. So we have to understand that Toegye's poem doesn't consist of two parts, learning and literature expressed learning. In Tosan, He found a stone well in the mountain and thought the water of well was very cool and sweet. This recognition is a subject matter of <Cool Well>. He took pleasure in realizing the nature of things and perceiving a truth. This pleasure became amotive of <Cool Well>. He understood that the well was constant and useful all around through the Jeong gwea(井卦) of the book of Change(周易). He tired to respect the nature, constancy and usefulness of well, which became the source of <Cool Well>. In <Cool Well>, he expressed the stage completed a nature of well, the intention to practice it and life practicing it in seclusion. This study, the logic of the book of Change(周易) is worthy of understandingt that Teogye's poem doesn't consist of two parts, learning and literature. Also, this study found the principle of creation in <Cool Well>

        경판 장풍운전 문헌변화의 소설시학적 기능

        What is the characteristics of the 29 sheets and the 31 sheets in the variety editions of the biography of Jang-pung-wun-jeon. To find out the answer of this question, the narrative functions of variation were dealt with next several view points; relationship with novel and readers, interest of the military discourses, recognition of Buddhism and that of the real world. The 29 sheets, which has many eliminations and changes in the contents comparing to the 31 sheets, shows the following characteristics. First, the 29 sheets aims at the communication with readers, regarding to the precise expressions, shortening of reading time, and conversation with readers. Second, the 29 sheets is the one which reduces the importance and the interest of the military discourses, regarding to the elimination of the occasions of wars, weakening the expectancy of the heroes, and perceptional weakening of a war. Third, the 29 sheets is the one that weakens the belief in Buddhism, regarding to the character's personality without recognizing miracles in Buddhism. Forth, the 29 sheets reflects the reality which does not recognize the troubles in the society seriously, regarding to the weakening of the character's political conflicts, strengthening of the emperor's power and the weakening of the fear of a war. Therefore, we can certify the facts that the relationship and the meanings of the 29 sheets and the 31 sheets are different each other, even though they both were published in Seoul area, I am assure that these kinds of characteristics will be the bases to illuminate the changes of the readers' preference in Seoul area.

      • 광펌핑된 루비듐 원자의 원형 편광 분광

        반도체 레이저의 주파수를 절대적으로 안정화시키기 위하여 루비듐 원자의 흡수선을 이용하였다. 이를 위해 두 개의 서로 수직인 편광자 안에 류비듐 셀을 설치하고, 광펌핑으로 루비듐 원자에 원형 복굴절을 유도하였다. 반도체 레이저에서 나온 레이저 빔이 이 셀을 통과하여 되먹임 되도록하여 광학적으로 반도체 레이저의 주파수를 안정화 시켰다. Absorption spectrum of Rubidium atoms was utilized to stabilize the oscillation frequency of a semiconductor laser. A Rubidium cell was installed between crossed polarizers and circular birefringence was induced by optical pumping. The frequency of a semiconductor laser was stabilized by optical feedback of transmitted laser beam through the optically pumped cell.

        불소적용시 법랑질과 상아질에서 불화칼슘형성의 차이에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the amount of calcium fluoride deposited on the enamel and dentin surface and to obtain information on the morphological change and crystallographic details of mineral deposition after 12,000ppm APF application in vitro. The bovine enamel and dentin blocks were randomly assigned to eight groups according to artificial caries lesion formation and difference of fluoride application time. The fluoride concentration and morphological characteristics on the treated enamel and dentin surface were investigated by using fluoride quantitative analysis and SEM. The powdered enamel and dentin of the intact bovine incisors were prepared for the X-ray diffraction analysis. The following results were obtained. 1. The amounts of KOH-soluble fluoride on the carious enamel and dentin surface after 24h APF application were higher than after only 5min APF application(P<0.05), but in the case of the sound enamel and dentin surface were similar after 5min and 24h application (P>0.05). The fluoride content was highly increased in the carious dentin as compared with sound dentin after APF application(P<0.05). 2. The caruous enamel surface after APF application, the demineralized enamel surface were recovered a more dense enamel surface and precipitation of crystal was observed a distintive surface layer of spherical globules of about 1 m diameter. In the case of the fluorided carious dentin surface, precipitation of calcium fluoride-like material was deposited both inside the dentinal tubules as well as in the intertubular regions. 3. The crystallographic structure of powdered enamel and dentin after 24h APF application had large crystallities of apatite and CaF2 diffraction peaks in the enamel as compared with dentin. The diffraction data collected from the 27.50-29.50(2) angular range of the powdered enamel, the (105) apatite, (225) apatite and (111) CaF2 peaks of the enamel crystallities were detected after 24h APF application.

        매복 견치 및 저위교합 제 1대구치의 자가 이식에 의한 치험례

        In orthodontic treatment of certain cases of tooth loss, aplasia, or ectopia, autotransplantation is sometimes valid treatment alternative often provides and improved result, compared to conventional orthodontic treatment, an apprporiate donor tooth is available and the anatomic circumstances permit it. Clinically, successful transplants must show a radiolucent space between the roots and surroundings bone. There must be no evidence of ankylosis, no permanent root resorption, and no inflammation. Histologically, the criterion of success is a normal and functional periodontal ligament between the root surfaces of transplants and the bone, or gingival connective tissues. The successful autotransplantation of a impacted maxillary canine and infraoccluded mandibular 1st molar is reported. In case Ⅰ, impacted canine with incompletely developed root apex was maintained pulp vitality due to appropriate root development and short extraoral time, atraumatic surgical procedure. In case Ⅱ, infraoccluded molar was started endodontic treatment after 3 weeks. Because of closed apex, possibility of revasculization is rare. Both case Ⅰ, Ⅱ did not ankylosis and the periodontal and periapical tissues appears to be normal after 3 months. In autotransplantation cases it is important to transplant the tooth as quickly and as atraumatically as possible to dimish the chance of ankylosis and root resorption. In all cases of transplantation, patient selection minimal operating time, and good oral hygine will increase the chance for a successful prognosis.

      • 마이크로 밀링시스템에서 레버구조의 피에조구동기 설계

        High precision machining technology has become one of the important parts in the development of a precision machine. Such a machine requires high speed on a large workspace as well as high precision positioning. For machining systems having a long stroke with ultra precision, a micro stage system with lever mechanism is proposed in this paper. The proposed micro stages are activated by the piezo-actuators with high precision, however, they have severe disadvantage for the travel range that the stroke is limited to a few microns. Because it is not easy to increase the stroke of piezo-actuator, it is very difficult to make an X-Y stage with only piezo-actuators. Therefore, in order to increase it, this paper proposes a lever mechanism for the piezo-actuator stage. In the experiments, we can confirm that the stroke is increased more than three times and it is possible to implement the micro X-Y stage using piezo-actuators.
