        앙드레 말로 硏究 : 이탈 ·집착의 對應構造와 <宿命의 豫示> Structres oppositionnelles detachement/attachment et prefiguration du destin

        A travers les trois articles precedents, nous avons precise les structures oppositionnelles de deux themes (detachement et attachement) et le grand retour de l'ecrivain vers la civilisation occidentale. Et cela etait le but propre de notre etude sur Andre Malraux. Mais cette etude nous a presente aussi des faits nouveaux, tout a fait imprevus. D'abord, le grand retour de Malraux, ce n'est pas une simple conversion ideologique, mais aussi un changement d'attitude devant la destinee; du refus a l'acceptation. Ensuite les destins de certains personnages, dans ses oeuvres, coincident exactement avec celui de Malraux, et cela avec tel rigueur qu'on peut parler de 'prefiguration de destin'. Enfin, accordant une attention particuliere aux donnees biographiques de l'ecrivain, nous nous trouvons devant un mystere, le dernier et le plus frappant de sa vie. Ce mystere s'articule autour de concept 'famille et/ou filiation'. Nous n'avons aucun raisonnement logique pour le devoiler. Nous nous contenterons seulement d'y poser quelques hypotheses, qui ne s'enferment pas necessairement dans le cadre logique de notre etude.

      • 重油灰로부터 바나듐의 分離 回收에 관한 硏究

        The separation and the purification of the vanadium from petroleum fly ash have been investigated. The experiments were carried out in leaching with the water, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid, adsorption with commercial selective resin for metals and extraction with commercial extractants. From the results, they were obtained the following conclusions. 1. The metals contained in the fly ash could be well leached with the water, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. But first of all hydrochloric acid was the best leachant for separation of vanadium. 2. Adsorption capacity of vanadium was the following order, MC-75>SK-1B>CR-10>WK-10 and vanadium was concentrated to fifteen times enrichment per one gram using MC-75 in fixed bed adsorption and desorption. 3. As the purification of vanadium by extraction method, the extraction equilibrium distribution ration was increased with increasing the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the order was TOMAC>TBP>TOPO. At the range of pH 0∼3, the order was TOMAC>DP-8R>LIX51. 4. It was proposed the synthetic process for recovery of vanadium from petroleum fly ash.

        Arbitrating IP Disputes: the 2014 WIPO Arbitration Rules

        There is a growing interest in resolving intellectual property rights disputes through arbitration rather than in state courts. The internationalization of commercial relations, one of the most significant drivers of the growth of international arbitration in general, encompasses intellectual property relationships as well. In 2014, the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center revised its arbitration rules. The revision is part of a wave of recent updates of institutional arbitral rules. After briefly introducing the WIPO Center as an arbitral institution, this article assesses the features of the WIPO Rules that make them suitable for the particular challenges of IP-related disputes. A second part reviews the salient new aspects of the WIPO Rules from a comparative perspective.

      • 간극이 있는 평면운동기구의 윤활 및 탄성변형의 복합효과에 관한 연구

        평면운동기구에 있어서 간극의 존재는 연결부에 있어서 구속의 와해를 가져온다. 따라서 연결부의 윤활효과 및 탄성변형 현상등의 운동의 동력학적 특성을 해석함에 있어서는 적절한 구속 방정식을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 두 효과를 포함하는 구속 방정식을 제시하였으며 동력학적 방정식과의 동시해석을 통하여 접합부의 충격현상 및 내력 증폭현상을 확인하였다. 특히, 비정상상태의 레이놀즈 방정식을 적용하여 과도상태 및 정상상태에 있어서 동하중과 유막두께와의 관계를 중점적으로 조사하였다. 유막두께식의 유도에 있어서는 베어링의 탄성변형을 고려하였으며 모든 연성된 상미분, 편미분 방정식은 수치적분으로 해결하였다.

      • Ethylenediamine-N, N'-di-S-α-Propionic Acid의 Alanine과 Cysteine 코발트(Ⅲ) 착물

        △-s-cis-H[Co(SS-eddp)Cl_2]H_2O 착물과 amino acid인 alanine 또는 cysteine과의 치환반응을 통하여 새로운 amino acid의 코발트(Ⅲ) 착물을 합성하였다. Alanine과 dichloro코발트(Ⅲ) 착물의 치환반응을 통하여 s-cis-[Co(SS-eddp)(S-ala)] 착물을 얻었는데 이는 치환반응 과정에서 어떠한 isomerization도 일어나지 않았음을 보여준다. 새로이 합성한 이 착물의 기하학적 구조는 전자 흡수 스펙트럼과 핵 자기 공명 스펙트럼으로부터 결정하였다. 한편 cysteine은 alanine과 달리 코발트(Ⅲ) 금속에 배위할 수 있는 세개의 작용기를 가지고 있는데 dichloro코발트(Ⅲ) 착물과의 치환 반응 과정에서는 N과 S가 주게원자로 작용하여 cysteinato코발트(Ⅲ) 착물을 형성하였다. A series of new cobalt(Ⅲ) complexes of amino acid with SS-eddp have been prepared via the substitution reactions of dichloor cobalt(Ⅲ) complexes of SS-eddp with S-alanine and S-cysteine. These complexes have been characterized using IR, electronic absorption spectra, and pmr spectra. The coordination mode of cysteine in [Co(SS-eddp)(cy)]^- is through amino and mercaptide groups whereas S-alanine is coordinated through amino and carboxylate groups in [Co(SS-eddp)(S-ala)].

        전자무역 : 전자무역의 SaaS모형 UPnP 네트워크 활용방안에 관한 연구

        SaaS모형은 정보화 H/W 투자여력이 없는 중소기업이 인터넷 기반의 모듈 별 솔루션을 임대방식으로 서비스 받는 시스템이다. 많이 활용되고 있는 UPnP(Universal Plug and Play)는 정보가전이나, 무선기기, PC 등 모든 종류의 기기들을 연결하는 네트워크 구조이다. 이것은 홈이나 작은 사무실과 같이 관리자가 없는 네트워크에서 사용자의 작업 없이 쉽게 표준화된 방법으로 기기간의 연결이나 인터넷으로의 연결을 제공한다. 따라서 이러한 연결문제는 업무의 설계나 데이터베이스의 설계가 단위 네트워크 별로 설계되었기 때문으로, 어떠한 업무 네트워크시스템들도 UPnP 설계 시 업무를 서로 연결 할 수 있는 복합 네트워크 환경을 고려하여야 한다. UPnP 연결구조의 SaaS모형은 네트워크 기반 접속 및 실시간 관리가 가능한 상업용 소프트웨어이어야 한다. 항상 접속이 가능하고 중앙에서 관리활동이 이루어져야 한다. In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

        Identification and Functional Analysis of SEDL-binding and Homologue Proteins by Immobilized GST Fusion and Motif Based Methods

        An X-linked skeletal disorder, SEDT (spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda) is a genetic disease characterized by a disproportionately short trunk and short stature caused by mutations in the SEDL gene. This gene is evolutionarily conserved from yeast to human. The yeast SEDL protein ortholog, Trs20p, has been isolated as a member of a large multi-protein complex called the transport protein particle (TRAPP), which is involved in endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-to-Golgi transport. The interaction between SEDL and partner proteins is important in order to understand the molecular mechanism of SEDL functions. We isolated several SEDL-binding proteins derived from rat cells by an immobilized GST-fusion method. Furthermore, the SEDL-homologue proteins were identified using motif based methods. Common motifs between SEDL-binding proteins and SEDL-homologue proteins were classified into seven types and 78 common motifs were revealed. Sequence similarities were contracted to seven types using phylogenetic trees. In general, types I-III and VI were classified as having the function of acetyl-CoA carboxylase, glycogen phosphorylase, isocitrate dehydrogenase, and enolase, respectively, and type IV was found to be functionally related to the GST protein. Types V and VII were found to contribute to TRAPP vesicle trafficking.
