        The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze the response of middle, high-school students on the barriers to exercise and sport with 600 students(male:330, female:270) on the yangpyong city in kyongki province were answered by the questionnaire. Analysis of the data with 565(male:311, female:254) for the evaluation of the questionnaire can be acquired the more basis materials of sports environmnet for the middle, high-school students. As result, we have the conclusion as follow. 1. In their sex and factor of sport barriers. male is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.05), sport club(3.00), financial support(2.91), social support(2.85), time shortage(2.73), different concern(2.34), enervation (2.13), health/physical strength(2.03) female is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.30), sport club(3.04), time shortage(2.96), different concern(2.95), social support(2.88), financial support(2.84), enervation (2.59), health/physical strength(2.14) 2. In their grade and factor of sport barriers, middle-school students is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.04), sport club(2.95), different concern(2.80), social support(2.75), financial support(2.74), time shortage(2.65), enervation(2.40), health/physical strength(2.25) high-school students is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.19), sport club(3.04), financial support(2.91), social support(2.98), time shortage(2.88), different concern(2.56), enervation(2.32), health/physical strength(2.04) 3.       • Colchicine이 백서 경골의 근위골단연골판에 미치는 영향

        Colchicum automnale에서 추출한 식물성 alkaloid인 colchicine은 uric acid riboside를 phosphorolysis시켜 뇨산을 생성하는 효소인 uric acid riboside phosphorylase의 활성을 억제하여 급성 통풍성 관절염을 유발하는 다형핵백혈구(polymorphonuclear leukocyte)의 뇨산결절의 탐식과 이동, 운동성 및 주회성을 방해하므로 급성 통풍성 관절염의 치료 및 예방에 사용되는 약제이다. 또한 colchicine은 세포분열 과정중 방추사의 형성을 억제하여 세포분열중기중지(metaphase arrest)를 유발하는 항세포분열기능을 갖고 있다. 저자는 항통풍 및 항세포분열제로 작용하는 colchicine을 성장기의 백서에 투여하면 백서의 근위경골 골단연골판에 존재한 연골세포의 분열이 억제되고, 연골세포에서 합성 및 분비되는 기질조성에 변화가 초래될 것으로 사료되어 colchicine 투여후 야기되는 백서의 근위경골 골단열골판내 연골세포의 형태학적 변화와 연골기질 조성의 변화를 조직학적, 조직화학적 방법으로 추구하기 위하여 본 실험을 시행하였다. 실험동물은 출생 제2주, 제4주 및 제8주 경과된 백서를 사용하였으며 colchicine 투여군에는 체중 kd당 1.0mg의 colchicine을 1일 1회씩 7일간 복강내 주사하였고 대조군의 실험동물에는 동량의 생리적식염수를 복강내 주사하여 마지막 투여 익일에 경동맥 사혈로 희생하고 경골의 근위 1/3을 절단하여 일반적인 조직구조의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 hematoxylin 및 eosin염색을 시행하였고 경골의 근위골단연골판의 기질조성의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 alcian blue(pH 2.5)-PAS 이중염색을 시행하고 광학현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 출생 제2주의 colchincine 투여군 백서 경골의 골단연골판에서는 연골세포로 구성되는 세포주의 배열은 불규칙하고 증식대는 협소해졌으며, 골단연골판내 구기질은 alcian blue에 중등도의 양성반응을 나타내었고 구간기질은 alcian blue에 미약한 혹은 약한 양성반응을 나타내였다. 2. 출생 제4주의 colchincine 투여군 경골의 골단연골판에서는 증식대 및 비대대가 협소해졌고, 골단연골판내 구기질은 alcian blue에 중등도의 양성반응을 나타내었으며 구간기질은 alcian blue에 약한 양성반응 및 PAS에 중등도의 양성반응을 나타내었다. 3. 출생 제8주의 colchincine 투여군 백서 경골의 골단연골판에서는 증식대 및 비대대가 협소해졌고, 골단연골판내 구기질은 alcian blue에 중등도의 양성반응을 나타내었으며 구간기질은 alcian blue에 미약한 양성반응 및 PAS에 중등도 혹은 강한 양성반응을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 성장기의 백서에 colchincine을 투여한 바, colchincine은 백서 경골의 근위골단연골판내 연골세포의 분열을 억제하며 산성점액질분비를 감소시키는 것으로 보아 골설장을 억제시키는 것으로 사료된다. Colchicine, and alkaloid obtained from the plant Colchicum automnale inhibits the activity of uric acid riboside phosphorylase which catalyzes the release of uric acid from uric acid riboside by phosphorolysis, and interferes with phogocytosis of urate crystal inducing acute gouty arthritis, mobilization, motility as well as chemotaxis of polymorpho-nuclear leukocytes, and it has also been used as antimitotic agent. Colchicine arrests in the meatphase during mitoisis, due to failure of spindle formation. In this regad, the author studied the effect of colchicine on tibial epiphyseal plates. Male rats, Sprague-Dawley strain, 2nd, 4th and 8th week after birth, were used as experimental animals. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 8th day after intraperitoneal administration of colchicine of 1.0mg/kg of body weight during 7 days. The specimen obtained from proximal third of tibia were stained with alcian blue(pH 2.5)-PAS and hematoxylin and eosin stain for light microscopic study. The results obtained were as follows : 1. In the proximal tibial epiphyseal plate of colchicine treated rats at 2nd week after birth, the arrangement of cellular column was irregular and the narrow proliferative zone was detected. The territorial matrix revealed moderate activtiy for alcian blue, and the interterritorial matrix showed trace of weak activity for alcian blue. 2. In the proximal tibial epiphyseal plate of colchicine treated rats at 4th week after birth, the area fo proliferative and hypertrophic nones were decreased, and the territorial matrix revealed moderate activity for alcian blue and the interterritorial matrix showed weak activity for alcian blue and moderate or strong activity for PAS. 3. In the proximal tibial epiphyseal plate of colchicine treated rats at 8th week after birth, the area of proliferative and hypertrophic zones were decreased, and the territorial matrix revealed moderate activity for alcian blue and the interterritorial matrix showed trace activity for alcian blue and moderate of strong activity for PAS. Consequently, it is suggested that colchincine inhibit the division of chondrocytes in proximal epiphyseal plate and decrease acid mucopolysaccharide content in matrix of epiphyseal plate, thus colchicine inhibit bone growth in rats.

        Polymer insulating materials are widely used in power distribution and transmission systems for their good dielectric properties, light weight, low cost, and good contamination performance. Tracking is one of the biggest problems to be overcome in polymer insulating materials. The alumina trihydrate(ATH) is widely used as a filler for improve the tracking performance of silicone rubber. In this paper, we have investigated the influence of surface treatment of fillers on the tracking performance of silicone insulator using the IEC 587 tracking test method.

        단기교육으로 시행가능한 심실기능평가법

        Background: The initial history, physical examination, and ECG assessment should focus on identification of potentially serious noncardiac or cardiac disorders, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and electrical instability at the emergency room. additionally, it is essential to define disease severity, stability and need for emergency therapy. echocardiography is a useful tool for this purpose. especially Doppler echocardiography may be more sensitive and time-saving diagnostic tool for the evaluation of patients presenting with cardiogenic symptoms. So we evaluate the feasibility of the echocardiographic measurement by emergency physicain after short-term course. Method and Results: Twenty volunteers(10 male, 38.8±9.3 years) were included in the study for measurement of myocardial performance index and established parameters of ventricular function using conventional echo-Doppler methods. Myocardial performance index: (ICT+IRT)/ET, was obtained by subtracting ejection time(ET) from the interval between cessation and onset of the mitral inflow velocity to give the sum of isovolumic contraction time(ICT) and isovolumic relaxation time(IRT). The most of mean values of echocardiogrphic parameters were not significantly different between those of cardiologist and those of emergency physicians(p<0.01). The duration for measuring myocardial performance index was shortest among echocardiographic parameters. the validity of echocardiographic parameters measured by emergency physicians was proved relatively good. Conclusion: It is proved to be feasible for emergency physician to perform echocardiographic evaluation of ventricular function after short-term course

      • 체조선수의 Anomie상태가 적응행동 및 일탈행동과의 관계

        The purpose of this research to test relationship among adapation behavior and deviant behavior according to anmie of athletes. This research which to achieve this purpse sample of high school male - fencing fencing athletes who registered the K.G.A in 2000. A sampling abstraction drew a random sampling 250 athletes among selected 300 athletes. The survey questionnaire were used to collect data. The method made use of anomie index chic the Modem Society Association standardozed sentences by translation anomie index invented by Srole(1956) and supplement-modified by Choi Mi Ran(1998) The analuzed-result as followed. First, as the athletes backgroun, the experience of anomie is hider women than men, Also it is less experience of anomie for lower educated-person and more experienced-person of sports. Second, the type of adaptive behavior as the athletes background, conformable behavior is higher experienced-person who wins a prize than person who not-experienced winning a prize. The rebellious behaviour of adagaviour is the highest in the college group. Third, as the athletes background, Drugs is the highest in the college group, it is higher experienced-group of sports, expeniencid-group of winning a prize and the Roman Catholic than any other groups.

      • 금속면의 표면처리 방법에 따른 금합금과 전장레진간의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구

        The effect of five different surface treatments on the shear bond strength of the resin bond to Type IV Gold alloy was studied by bonding resin to metal. The metal surface was subjected to one of the following treatments and bonded ; (1) air abraded with 50?m alumina particles, (2) beads (3) beads and tin-plated at current density of 300mA/cm2, (4) tin-plated at current density of 300mA1cm (5)silicacoating with Sililink, and bonded with an MDP Opaque primer, CESEAD resin system. The bonded specimens were immersed in water for 23 hours after 1 hour resin curing and shear bond strength were recorded On the basis of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn; 1. Difference were found in the shear bond strength among all experimental groups. and bead group exihibited the highest shear bond strength and sand blasting group exhibited the lowest shear bond strength on five groups. 2. Bead group, mechanical bonding was significantly higher than that obtained with the samples, tinplating, silicacoating, and chemical bonding. 3. No statistically significant difference was found between the shear bond strengths obtained with bead and bead tinplating, and between tinplating and silicacoating.

      • 필드버스시스템의 효율적인 테이터 서비스를 위한 온라인 토큰제어

        A fieldbus system should be designed by considering the number of sensors/actors(actuators+controllers)and their sampling times. But the munber of sensors/actors which are connected to the network bus can be varied by addition and/or due to the fault of the field devices. That variation decreases the efficiency of the system which is off-line designed optimally. This paper proposes an algorithm that ensures the transmission of cyclic data of the control system where there can be the number change in the field devices. We assign the different weight values to cyclic data and acyclic data. By simulation and experiment, the cyclic and acyclic data are served for the proposed network and the Profibus system. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more robust with the uncertainties of the field devices of the control system.

      • 운동 강도의 차이가 흰쥐의 혈액 성분과 적혈구의 형태에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices and heinz body formation in various intensity, Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity exercise group, nigh-intensity exercise group (n=7 in each group). Animals of the low-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 30 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Animals of the high-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 120 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), mean ceil volume (MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular (MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration (MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer (ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. Erythrocyte morphology were evaluated in super vital (Brilliant cresyl blue stain) stained blood films. In the present results, Hg, MCHC in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. MCV in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity end the control group. Heinz body formation in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity of exercise can influence hematological variables and heinz body formation. These findings suggest that high intensity exercise induces oxidative damage to erythrocyte.

        본 연구에서 신경망 회로를 이용하여 토크계산제어기를 갖는 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 비선형성과 불확실성을 보상하는 제어기를 설계한다. 여기서 사용한 신경망 회로는 앞되먹임구조의 자율학습을 하는 제어기이며 Ishiguro등이 제안한 학습 데이터가 필요로 하는 감독학습 방법의 보상기제어기 구조보다 간단하다. In this research we research the controller using neural network to compensate for the nonlinearities and uncertainties of the robotic manipulators with the computed torque method. This neural network is used as the feed forward controller which is trained on-line by unsupervised learning and is simpler in the control scheme than the neural network controller proposed by Ishiguro et al. which needs the teaching signals of the neural network compensators and whose learning is supervised.

      • 磁鐵鑛 鑛球의 還元特性에 미치는 SiO₂CaO 添加의 影響

        Direct reduction of sintered magnetite ore pellets containing 3-6% SiO₂and CaO with the basicity range of 0.5-2.4 has been made in a fixed bed with coke powder in the temperature range of 900-1200℃. Reduction degree of reduced pellets was obtained from the weight loss of the pellets after reduction. Phase change during the reduction was investigated by X-ray diffraction method and microscopic observation. Followings are the results summerized. 1) At 900℃, reduction was only reached to the wustite. Above 900℃, porous metallic iron layers began to appear and the phase of reduction proceeded topochemically towards the inside of the pellet. 2) Lime addition was more effective to the promotion of reducibility at higher temperature. 3) Reduction rate of the pellet containing 3-6% SiO₂followed well the equation, -log (1-R) = Kt, with the exception of the pellet containing higher CaO at the elevated temperature. Activation energy obtained from the above equation was the range of 21.7-25.5㎉/25.5㎉/mole. 4) Due to swelling, at 1100℃, cracking in the reduced pellet was pronounced at the basicity of 1.5, resulting uniform distribution of metallic iron. 5) In order to promote reduction degree as well as not to crack the pellet reduced, long time reduction at lower temperature followed by shorter reduction at higher temperature was recommendable.
