흑미 호분층 추출물의 급여가 난소절제 흰쥐의 체내 지방, 혈중 지질 및 관련 호르몬 수준에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 흑미(Oryza sativa L.) 호분층 추출물이 난소절제 흰쥐의 체내 지질 및 관련 호르몬 수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 흰쥐를 Sham군(S), 난소절제 control군(OVX), 난소절제 이소플라본 10 mg/kg 투여군(IF), 난소절제 흑미 30 및 90mg/kg 투여군(BRE-30, BRE?90)으로 나누어 12주 동안 고지방식이(45% calories from fat)를 급여하였을 때, 체중 증가량, 체지방무게 및 비만지수는 OVX군에서 증가하였으나, 이소플라본 및 BRE 투여에 의해 유의하게 감소되었다. 혈중 중성지방은 BRE-90군이 OVX군에 비해 유의적으로 낮았고, 혈청 adiponectin 수준은 BRE군에서 OVX군에 비하여 유의하게 증가하였으며, leptin 수준은 대조군인 OVX군에 비하여 유의적으로 감소하였다. 간 중 총지질과 중성지방 및 콜레스테롤은 유의적이지는 않았으나 BRE 투여군에서 OVX군보다 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 따라서, 흑미 호분층은 난소절제 흰쥐에서 지질 대사를 조절함으로써 비만 및 여성의 폐경기 관련 질병을 예방하는 식품이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to evaluate suppressive effects of black rice aleurone layer extract (BRE) on body fat, serum lipid, and hormone levels in ovariectomized rats. The rats were divided into five groups (n=8/group): sham operated group (S); ovariectomized control group (OVX); ovariectomized group treated with isoflavone 10 mg/kg B.W. (IF); ovariectomized group treated with BRE 30 or 90mg/kg B.W. (BRE-30 or -90). High fat diet (45% calories from fat) was fed to all rats for 12 weeks. Body weight gain, body fat weight, and adiposity index increased in the OVX group, but they significantly decreased in IF or BRE supplementation. Serum triacylglycerol and leptin levels decreased in BRE groups while serum adiponectin level significantly increased compared to that of the OVX group. Hepatic total lipid, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels increased in the OVX group, but they decreased in BRE supplementation (p>0.05). These data suggest that black rice aleurone layer may be a useful food source to decrease obesity and its related diseases by modulating lipid metabolism in estrogen-deficiency model.

<P> This paper describes design methodologies for the optimal inductive peaking structures used for the 40-Gb/s serializing transmitter circuits presented in <citerefgrp><citeref refid='ref1'/></citerefgrp>. The implemented transmitter had more than 400 on-chip inductors and transformers in order to achieve the bandwidth required for the 38.4-Gb/s operation demonstrated in a 0.13-<TEX>$\mu{\hbox {m}}$</TEX> CMOS process. A bridged T-coil network with inverted mutual coupling was found more effective than the conventional T-coil with sizeable driver-side capacitance. An iterative refinement procedure that directly optimizes the circuit's large-signal transient response at the presence of the inductor parasitics and device nonlinearities via HSPICE-ASITIC joint-simulation is described. The procedure resulted in more than 3 <TEX>$\,\times $</TEX> improvement in bandwidth for the CML buffer, multiplexer, and latch circuits. It is shown that the area and the achievable bandwidth of the optimal inductive peaking structures will scale favorably with the CMOS technology trends. </P>
Al 7075/CFRP 다적층 하이브리드 복합재료의 피로수명에 대한 연구

In this research, to develope the Al 7075/CFRP multilayered hybrid composites, CRALL(Carbon Reinforced aluminum laminate) specimens were processed by autoclave curing system that curing temperature, time, surface pretreatment condition of aluminum were constant. And the fatigue life and failure mechanism on CFRP volume fraction and fiber orientation of CRALL specimens were investigated. A fatigue life was greatly influenced by effect of CFRP fiber volume fraction but it was less effected than those of fiber orientation. The fatigue failure arised from interface delamination of CFRP and aluminum sheet after shear fracture of aluminum layer. The failure mechanism is assumed that the aluminum laminates which divide the CFRP into many thin layers tend to arrest the failure propagation.
