      • 허혈성 심질환에 있어서 아데노신 급속 정맥투여후 관동맥압의 변화에 관한 연구

        Background: Adenosine interacts with A1 receptors present on the extracellular surface of cardiac cells, activating K+channels in a fashion. It produces coronary vasodilatation and AV nodal block. The half-time is one to six second and has ultra-short action. In ischemic heart disease, fractional flow reserve(FFR) can be achieved safely with intravenous adenosine infusions at a rate of 150㎍/kg/min which cause maximal coronary hyperemia. Purpose: We investigated the patients who have had ischemic heart disease(n=8). After adenosine intravenous administration(150㎍/kg/min), the effect cause maximal hyperemia of coronary artery. During peak maximal hyperemia, we reported clinical findings, coronary hemodynamics and electrocardiogram findings. Methods: After diagnostic coronary angiography and left ventriculography, catheter was advanced into the ostium of coronary artery. We investigated coronary hemodynamics such as systolic coronary artery pressure, diastolic coronary artery pressure, mean coronary artery pressure and heart rate. To assess the use of adenosine for determination of fractional flow reserve, hemodynamics and electrocardiogram were measured at basal state and during peak maximal hyperemia. Results: Symptoms developed 1.5-2 minute after adenosine intravenous administration and each symptom disappeared 2-2.5 minute after adenosine administration. Two patients represented asymptomatic appearance and six patients complained of flushing, chest pain, palpitation and headache. In eight patients with ischemic heart disease, 1.5 minute after venous administration of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine, coronary artery pressure decreased and heart rate increased significantly. Conduction abnormalities after administration of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine were transient 2nd degree AV block 2 cases(25%). Conclusions: Adenosine is a potent ultra short-acting vasodilator. Although coronary artery pressure decreased and heart rate increased and mild cardiovascular symptoms occurred after continuous infusion of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine, it is useful as an agent for determination of fractional flow reserve.

      • VOCs의 시료채취 및 보관에 따른 안정성 검토

        This study was fulfilled to evaluate the durability of VOCs for different sampling methods. The sampling methods widely used to collect atmospheric VOCs are Canister method (EPA method TO-141, Absorbtion tube method (EPA method TO-17), and Tedlar-bag method, and those methods are used in this study. The samples were analyzed after 0, 1, 3, 7, 15, 30 days to figure out the durability of components while keeping under low temperature (4℃) and room temperature (about 20 ℃). Each sample collected by above sampling method was analyzed by high resolution gas chromatography (GC) with flame ionization detector (FID). The test results were shown that the compounds in canisters and absorbtion tubs were stable, but the ones in tedlar-bags were not stable. Heavy components such as Toluene, m/p-Xylene in absorbtion tubes were kept their stability for a long time longer than the ones in canisters. However, the reducing rates of heavy components in canisters were not bigger than those of Tedlar-bags. The VOCs sample collected and stored in tedlar-bag are unstable for analysis, even after a days. As a result of this study, it is found that Canister method and Absorbtion tube method are reliable for collection and storage for a variety of ozone precursors compared to Tedlar-bag method. It is strongly recommended that the samples collected using Tedlar-bag need to be analysed shortly after sampling.

        정보 시스템을 이용한 항공기 착륙요율 결정 사례 연구 : 잔액 보상 방식에 의한 착륙요율 결정 방법 중심

        The purpose of this research is to look for the best description of calculating the reasonable Landing Fee. Landing Fee is consisted one of major revenues for maintaining an airport. Traditional Landing Fee Rate has been charged based on the weight factor; Maximum take-off weight, Maximum landing weight, or Maximum authorized weight. To achieve a better reliable value of Landing Fee Rate, The elements of Noise and Peak-Time have to be considered as well as the aircraft weight. This research designs the algorithms for calculating Landing Fee Rate and also Landing Fee, based on the aircraft weight. The Network is also applied to above. That is, CGI(Common Gate Interface) is constructed to interface the terminal of calculating Landing Fee Rate, and the terminal of collecting and transmitting the data such as the Weight. The computer language on the CGl was made by C++ and PERL. The main point of this research is to integrate the airport and Information System and to construct the database which is based on the different perspective of calculating Landing Fee Rate. However, the result of the most efficient and reliable will be computed based on above. This research will broaden the range of application up to the each case of airports.

        납 취급근로자의 증상호소와 임상검사치간의 관련성에 관한 연구

        This research was conducted to determine the usefulness of reported symptoms for the diagnosis of lead poisoning for workers exposed to lead. A group of 147 male lead smelting workers were given special physical examinations from June to September of 1989. The examinations included the reporting of ailments (symptoms) by the workers, as well as analyses of their blood lead concentrations and urinary coproporphyrine and delta-aminolevulinic acid concentrations. The associations were analyzed between the biological exposure indices and the symptoms described by the workers. The results were as follows : 1. The only symptoms which were described more frequently by the lead workers compared to the control group were paresthesia of the extremities, myalgia, arthralgia, and insomnia. The frequency of other symptoms described were actually lower for the lead-exposed workers. 2. For those workers whose blood lead concentrations were above 60 ㎍/dl, only the increase in the frequencies of arthralgia and paresthesia of the extremities were statistically significant, compared to those workers whose blood lead concentrations were below 60 ㎍/dl. Also, arthralgia was the only symptom which increased in frequency in workers whose urinary coproporphyrine concentrations were above 100 ㎍/1; however, this increase was not statistically significant by urinary delta-aminolevulinic acid levels.

      • 생명보험재보험 需要의 特性에 관한 硏究

        Integrating insurance and other financial markets, capital market theory yields a number of testable implications regarding the demand for reinsurance. This study empirically examines these factors with life reinsurance data. A sample of 305 U.S. life insurers is analyzed using OLS and Zellner's seemingly unrelated regressions. The regression models are fitted cross-sectionally and intertemporally for the sample period and only cross-sectionally for individual years. The results generally coincide with those of Mayers and Smith(1990) on non-life reinsurance and support the basic argument of capital market theory that reinsurance utilization varies across ownership structure. Further, the results identify the following observable characteristics of those life insurers that are likely to purchase more reinsurance: (1) marketing of life insurance mainly in the upper end of the market, (2) having lower Best's ratings, (3) geographical diversification, (4) small firm size, (5) having higher ratios of premium to surplus, (6) high growth rate, and (7) greater diversification across product lines. The study's findings have practical implications for the life reinsurance market. Especially for professional reinsurers, they will be helpful in formulating marketing strategies.

      • 나노 세리아 슬러리를 이용한 Stainless steel 304의 MR Polishing 특성에 관한 연구

        An finishing process using magnetorheological fluid has been developed as a new precision finishing technique to obtain a fine metal surface. Therefore, magnetorheological fluids has been used for micro polishing and micro part. The applied material is 304 stainless steel. It is widely used in the semiconductor machinery and aerospace industries because of high corrosion resistance. For MR polishing process, MR fluids was consisted of carbonyl iron, DI-water and nano slurry ceria(Celexis cx 94s slurry). The wheel speed and electric current were chosen as the variables for analyzing the characteristics of MR polishing process. In the results, the surface roughness according to the variation of wheel speed was analyzed , and it was obtained 1.393nm surface roughness.

      • 광용혈에 의한 Phenothiazine류의 광독성에 관한 연구

        To investigate the phototoxicity of phenothiazines, five phenothiazines and one thioxanthene derivative were examined by using a 40W BLB fluorescent tube in the buffered (phosphate buffered saline and veronal buffered saline) reaction system consisting of human RBC (20 V/V%) and the drugs in concentrations from 1㎍/㎖ to 100㎍/㎖. The extent of photohemolysis was examined by a spectrophotometer. It was also observed that toxic photoproducts were formed by perphenazine and chlorpromazine. All of the active compounds showed more potent photohemolyzing activities in veronal buffered saline than in phosphate buffered saline. Substitution in 2-position of phenothiazine structure is thought to enhance this capacity, and particularly so when the substituent is chlorine. Substitution in 10-position of phenothiazine structure may also augment the phototoxic activity, though to a lesser degree.

        The object of this study is the development of a Method which is enable to review the preliminary feasibility for co-generation system in new apartment buildings. In Korea co-generation systems have been installed in most of large industrial plants and commercial buildings which consume a large quantity of electric and heat energy, for energy saving and cutting products cost, under positive governmental supports. However for apartment buildings which consume quite a large electric and heat energy, are still remained in conventional energy supply system, and are not popular to utilize useful co-generation system. One of the major reason for these is the lack of clear and easy justification tool. In this circumstance, this study can provide a tool to verify the feasibility of co-generation in apartment buildings with this handy tools for planners and designers beforehand.

      • 跆拳道 修練生의 意識構造에 關한 硏究

        We took the survey and analysis for the conciousness status of 1,000 Taekwondo trainee, 50 Taekwondo trainee, 50 Taekwondo gymnasium in the Seoul, Inchon area through the method of documental questions and obtained the conclusion as following: 1. The sports experience of majority of trainees was in "Cho Dan" with training days 1 to 2 years and the minimum number of trainees were under 6 month of training days. 2. It was appeared that the motive of training of the trainees was caused on persuation of theirs(28.9%), couriosity(26.9%) in case of students, and for the sports life(43.8%) in case of general people. 3. It was appeared that the training objective was for physical protection(40.5%), promotion of health(37.2%), and wishing of national representative champion(33.9%) in case of students, also satisfaction as hobby(40.4%) in case of general people. 4. It was appeared that the effect of Taekwondo training was efficient for promotion of physical power(63.2%) including spiritual, combative(37%), perseverance(31.6%), and further, indicated the forming of personality(36.0%) and the social effect. 5. It is appeared that the most of trainees commented fo rthe instruction method as earnestness(63.4%), on the other hand, it commented as the way of interest(7.1%) and commercial objective(2.75). 6. For the improvement of Taekwondo, it is indicated that the judgement of game should be fair(29.2%) including the promotion of quality of instructor(27.2%), expansion of Gymnasium facility(22.5%) and scientific method in the technique(21.1%)
