        환경혁신전략, MCS의 역동적 긴장, 그리고 경영성과 간의 관계

        [연구목적] 최근 환경과 혁신이 중요해지면서 환경과 혁신을 모두 고려할 수 있는 환경혁신전략이 대두되었고 이를 효과적이고 효율적으로 지원해 줄 수 있는 시스템으로 MCS가 제시되고 있다. 그러나 연구결과는 일관된 결론을 도출하지 못하였다. 그 이유는 MCS의 이용을 개별적 또는 상반되는 성격으로 분류하여 이들 간의 상호보완적이고 함께 이용된다는 점을 간과하였기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MCS의 이용을 진단적 통제와 상호작용적 통제를 동시에 이용해야 한다고 제시한 Henri(2006)의 MCS 역동적 긴장 개념 측면에서 환경혁신전략, MCS의 역동적 긴장, 그리고 경영성과 간의 관계를 검증해보고자 한다. [연구방법] 가설검정은 SMART PLS 2.0을 사용하여 환경혁신전략, MCS의 역동적 긴장, 경영성과 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 한국신용평가(주)의 Kis-Value에 산업분류로 나타난 제조업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. [연구결과] 환경혁신전략은 경영성과와 MCS의 역동적 긴장에 각각 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, MCS의 역동적 긴장은 재무성과와 비재무성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 환경혁신전략을 추구하는 기업은 이를 성공적으로 수립 및 실행시키기 위해서 MCS의 역동적 긴장을 강조할 것이며, 이를 통해 궁극적으로 경영성과를 개선시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 선행연구의 MCS에 대한 제한적인 시각을 확장하여 MCS를 진단적 통제와 상호작용적 통제를 동시에 사용하는 관점에서 환경혁신전략과 MCS의 역동적 긴장, 그리고 경영성과 간의 관계를 실증분석 하였다는데 의의가 있다. [Purpose] As environment and innovation have become more important recently, environmental innovation strategies have emerged that can consider both environment and innovation, and MCS is being presented as a system that can effectively and efficiently support them. However, the findings did not produce consistent conclusions. This is because the use of MCSs was classified as individual or contradictory, ignoring the complementary and co-use between them. Therefore, we would like to verify the relationship between the environmental innovation strategy, the dynamic tension of the MCS and the management performance in terms of Henry (2006)’s concept of MCS dynamic tension, which suggested that the use of MCS should be used simultaneously with diagnostic control and interactive control. [Methodology] The hypothesis test used SMART PLS 2.0 to verify the relationship between the environmental innovation strategy, the dynamic tension of the MCS, and the management performance. In order to verify the research model, a survey was conducted on manufacturing businesses that appeared in the industry category in the Kis-Value of the Korea Credit Rating Corporation. [Findings] The environmental innovation strategy was shown to have significant positive effects on management performance and dynamic tension in MCS, respectively, while the dynamic tension in MCS had significant positive effects on financial and non-financial performance. [Implications] An entity pursuing an environmental innovation strategy will emphasize the dynamic tension of the MCS in order to successfully establish and implement it, suggesting that it could ultimately improve its management performance. It is meaningful that this study expanded the limited view of MCS in the preceding study to empirical analysis of the relationship between the environmental innovation strategy and the dynamic tension of MCS and the management performance from the perspective of using MCS simultaneously with diagnostic control and interactive control.

      • 무정자증 환자에 있어서 고환내 Leydig 세포의 변화에 관한 초미세형태학적 연구

        The Leydig cells are identified in a peritubular boundary area of the testicular interstitium. These cells are differentiated in situ from myoid cells within the boundary layer and invaded into the interstitial tissue at puberty. The materials for study consisits of twenty cases of azospermia with cryptorchidism confirmed by sperm analysis at Chosun University Hospital. All cases were performed by hematoxylineosin stain and PAS stain for detection of Leydig cells, and ultrastructural abservation for change of cytoplasmic organelles in azospermic patients. The results obtained are follows. The leydig cells in the interstitial tissue of azospermic testis forming large clusters and showing hypertrophic change. Within the cytoplasm, numerous dilated endoplasmic reticulum, disrrupted mitochondria and osmiophilic round bodies are seen. A few myoid cells within the boundary layer are hypertrophied and show an intermediate pattern between myoid cells and Leydig cells. There are unusual cells, either single or clusters, within the thickened boundary layer. They can be identified as Leydig cells similar to the ordinary Leydig cells in the interstitial tissue. This findings indicated that ordinary function of Leydig cells are intact, but it is thought that the decreased function may be due to damage of the testis in cryptorchidism.

        There are two common problems that the mordern cities have. One is to how he citizens are effecially interested in the cultural remains in the cities. The other is to how the people who have the architectural treasure in the cities don't convert these into economical property values, but have a preserving awareness It is the tendency that the historical cultural environment is gradually incorporate into the area of the cities according to rapid increase in papulation and the diffuseness of the city. In this process some people think that the valuable historical architectural treasure is an obstacle in devising the city planning. This thesis is to how effecially preserve and applicate thet Taejon,s historical cultural environment. In this thesis it has made up questions to 1,134persons of Taejon citizents to what extent were rocognizing the local historical archtecural treasure. the questionnaires items were divided under five heads as follows. 1) the cognition about Taejon's historcal architectural treasure 2) The satisfaction to the preservation status 3) the opinion about the application plan The population characteristcs of effective answers were devided into sex, age, education level, occupation, occupation of architecture, duration of residence in Taejon, residential district, etc. The content of questionnaires were analyzed in chapter6 in detail. To preserve the historical cultural environment of cities is troublesome and complicated works right now, but it is our's duties and resposibilities to do necessaily. In this thesis (Ⅰ) it will be find the method to high up the recognition about the historical cultural environment on the basis of this recognition reserch and frame the architectural planning about the effective preservation and application plan.

      • 정사각튜브의 좌굴영역에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study is presented on the local and overall buckling of the square tubes made of mild steel. A total of 150 square tubes were axially loaded in quasi static loading condition. Three kinds of specimens were chosen according to the discrepancy of thickness to width. Based on th test results, a new domain for distinction of overall and local buckling is suggested on the square tube. It is different from that of the column. A experimental equation of the overall buckling is suggested.

        천연가스 사용 난방 및 산업보일러의 NOx와 CO 배출계수 산정 연구

        This study was conducted for developing the emission factors of nitrogen oxide(NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) from the combustion boilers burning liquefied natural gas (LNG). These emission factors were compared with those of U.S. EPA and European Environment Agency (EEA). NOx and CO concentration in the flow gas were measured using Kane-May, KM9106 and Thermo Environmental Instruments Inc., 42C-HL. Measurement were conducted at thirty industrial and commercial LNG boilers. Emission factors were calculated on the basis of fuel consumption (kg-pollutant/㎥-fuel burned). NOx concentration at industrial boiler was 14~125 ppm and it was measured as 35~125 ppm at commercial boiler. NOx emission factors of industrial boiler and commercial boiler were 1.84kg/㎥ and 2.09kg/㎥, respectively. NOx emission factor of commercial boiler was higher than that of industrial boiler. The NOx emission factors estimated in this study were lower than those of U.S. EPA and higher than those of EEA. Average CO emission factor of industrial boiler was 0.65 kg/㎥ and at commercial boiler it was 0.70kg/㎥, CO emission factor at industrial boiler was lower than that at commercial boiler.

        대전광역시 양축농가의 축분뇨 관리 실태 및 VOCs 농도 조사

        This study was carried out to investigate the style of livestock house, concentration of malodorous substances of livestock feces and livestock houses in Daejeon area. Among the livestock houses investigated, as most of cow pens(94.5%) have sawdust or chaff on the bottom, there was no leakage of feces out of pen. Most pig pens adopted slury style, but some of them currently use buffering material on the bottom. It is thought that there will be no possible contamination leakage. When it comes to hen house, all the broiler house use litters on the bottom and all the layer house use scrapper. It is also thought that there will be no possible contamination leakage. 3 out of 12 deer pens used buffering material on the bottom, 10 places were maintained in a traditional method, and 7 places left possibility of contamination leakage considering whether the roof was installed or not. The contents of ammonia, amine and volatile fatty acid in fresh feces were lower compared to rotten feces, but the concentration of sulfur-containing matter - hydrogen sulfide, methylmercapthan and ethylmercapthan were higher compared to rotten feces. In the case of malodorous ingredient in livestock houses, only small amount of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were detected in pig pen and hen house, and other ingredients were not detectable. And those who are engaged in animal husbandry reacted negatively to the use of feed additives for decreasing malodor. In conclusion, it is not worrisome that contamination can be leaked out of animal raising facilities. But if we take into consideration that the point of investigation time is wintry season, there should be more considerate attitude. And feed additives for decreasing malodor need establishing criteria in the manufacturing process.

        Fe-Ni-Co 저열팽창성 합금의 고온 변형 특성 및 열간가공에 따른 열팽창 거동 연구

        The high temperature deformation behavior and the effect of hot compression on the thermal expansion behavior of Fe-29Ni-17Co low thermal expansion Kovar alloy were investigated in the compressive temperature range of 900~1300℃ at the strain rate range of 25~0.01 sec.^(-1). The temperature (T) and strain rate (ε˙) dependence of the flow stress (σ_(0.7)) could be well described by hyperbolic sine law as ε˙= A [sinh(0.0084 σ)^(5.2018)] exp(-330.41/RT). Surface hot cracking and significant voids around grain boundary could be found at low temperature below 1000℃ and low strain rate (0.01 sec.^(-1)). Thermal expansion coefficient α_(30~400) generally increased with increasing compressive temperature. Moreover, α_(30~400) remarkably increased as strain rate decreased at high temperature above 1100℃. However the thermal expansion coefficient α_(30~400) of low compressive temperatures (900℃ and 1000℃) anomalously increased especially at high strain rates. Experimental results indicated that not only α phase appearance but also grain size had definite influence on the thermal expansion behavior with hot deformation. The correlation between microstructure and thermal expansion behavior of Kovar alloy were also discussed.
