        Ki-1 임파종 1 예

        A 60-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of fever with chillness and anarexia for 12 weeks. Physical examination revealed supraclavicular lymphadenopathy and left inguinal lymphadenopathy. Abdominal CT scan showed the evidence of maked lymphadenopathy on retraperitoneal, external iliac, obturator, left inguinal, and celiac lymph nodes. A pathologic diagnosis of Ki-1(+) lymphoma was made by the biopsed supraclavicular lymph node because the node consisted of large cells with pleomorphic nuclei, scanty cytoplasm, large basophilic nucleoli, atypical vacuoli and large cells were positive for leukocyte common antigen, Ber-H2, marker, and B-cell marker.

      • 고차원 색인 구조를 위한 효율적인 벌크 로딩 알고리즘

        고차원 색인 구조를 위한 기존의 벌크 로딩 알고리즘은 색인 구성 시간과 검색 성능 모두를 향상시키지 못하는 문제점을 갖는다. 이 논문은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결한 대량의 고차원 데이터에 대한 색인 구조를 위한 새로운 벌크 로딩 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 색인을 구성하는 시간을 단축시키기 위해 전체 데이터 집합을 정렬하는 것이 아니라 데이터의 특성을 파악하여 피벗값에 따라 분할하는 기법을 이용한다. 또한 검색 성능을 향상 시키기 위해 데이터들의 분포 특성에 따라 분할 위치를 선택한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에 대한 우수성을 입증하기 위해 실험을 통해 기존에 제안된 알고리즘과 색인 구성 시간 및 검색 성능을 비교한다. Existing bulk loading algorithms for high-dimensional index structures suffer from improving both index construction time and retrieval performance. In this paper, we propose an efficient bulk loading algorithm to construct high dimensional index structures for large data set that overcomes the problem. Although several bulk loading algorithms have been proposed for this purpose, none of them improve both construction time and search performance. To improve the construction time, we don't sort whole data set and use bisection algorithm that divides the whole data set or a subset into two partitions according to the specific pivot value. Also, we improve the search performance by selecting split positions according to the distribution properties of the data set. In order to show superiority of the proposed algorithm, we compare it with existing algorithms in terms of search time and construction time through experiments.

        According to traditional approach to acquisition of Social Studies knowledge. The Social Studies Educator's teaching-learning method was the craming or memorizing system of Social Studies knowledge. but that is undesirable, therefore. This study aimed to approach the effective teaching-learning method in Social Studies. The result of this study. The effective teaching-learning method is group investigation method of cooperative learning in Social Studies and The best pattern of the communication network in group learning is the All-Channel or Circle pattern in Social Studies instruction design. This study is a helpable to Social Studies educators to get the reperception of the Social Studies instruction design but the Social Studies educators must seriously consider the change of environment of class-room for practical use of this method and pattern of the communication network in Social Studies.

        고온 접촉식 탐상용 초음파 탐촉자 개발 및 평가

        고온(500℃) 환경에서 접촉식 탐상이 가능한 초음파 탐촉자를 개발하고 평가하였다. 고온용 탐촉자는 Curie 온도가 600 ℃ 이상인 bismuth titanate 계열의 압전세라믹 소자, 텅스텐 분말과 inorganic binder를 혼합한 후면재, 알루미나 튜브, 전면재, 하우징 등으로 구성되었다. 기본 공진주파수가 각각 1.04 및 2.08 ㎒의 2 종류 탐촉자를 제작하였으며 각종 고온용 커플런트의 온도특성을 시험하였다. 개발된 고온용 탐촉자를 이용하여 강재 시편을 대상으로 시편에서의 초음파 반사신호를 측정한 결과 시편의 온도가 증가함에 따라 반사신호의 크기는 감소하였다. 고온에서 반복측정 실험결과 500℃에서 연속적인 접촉식 초음파 탐상이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers for high temperature contact measurement were developed. These high temperature ultrasonic transducers (HTUT) consisted of bismuth titanate piezoceramic element whose Curie temperature is higher than 600℃, a backing material of the mixture of tungsten powder and inorganic binder, an inner alumina tube, a wear plate and a housing. The operational frequencies of the HTUT were 1.04 and 2.08 ㎒, respectively. Various commercially available couplant for high temperature were evaluated and compared. As a couplant for high temperature ultrasonic testing between HTUT and test specimen, gold epoxy was selected. The peak amplitude of pulse-echo signals from steel test specimen decreased with increasing temperature. The operational temperature of the HTUT reached up to 500℃ at which the continuous contact measurement was possible.

      • 광투과방식과 연속식 GC분석방식을 이용한 대기 중 BTX 성분의 정량적 분석

        To study the applicability of DOAS system on the analysis of VOC including benzene, toluene, and xylenes in air, we made a comparative measurement using an on-line GC system. Results of our study indicate that the compatibility between two different methodologies is highly distinct among species, when checked in terms of various standards. When the differences between the two are expressed in terms of percent differences, the level of agreement between the two were found on the order of toluene (-2.7 %), xylenes (-45.5 %), and benzene (-80.8 %). Moreover, if the compatibility of the data sets is checked by correlation analysis, their relationships were found as follows: Benzene (DOAS) = 0.485 Benzene (GC) + 0.199 (r=0.236) Toluene (DOAS) = 0.900 Toluene (GC) + 0.280 (r=0.738) Xylenes (DOAS) = 0.812 Xylenes (GC) + 0.114 (r=0.592) According to our comparative analysis, it is found that toluene exhibits the strongest compatibility between the two systems, while benzene tends to record the least agreement. Although the system-to-system bias is different among different chemical species, the overall results of our study suggest that DOAS system can be useful enough to provide valuable information of temporal and spatial distribution patterns of major aromatic VOCs in air.

        Many researchers and companies have been studied IMC(Integrated Marketing Communication)theory as a new Paradigm in marketing field. Since many American companies could not accomplish full of use of IMC, more conservative minded Korean companies may have difficulties in adopting IMC Korean market researchers are positive for using IMC, but they did not use IMC and also had no effective results from IMC in fields yet. There is no case study on effectiveness and Problems of IMC in Korean market. On this study, I analyzed use of IMC in Korean companies and explores pros and 춘 of IMC application in Korean advertisement field and also in marketing research field to build application strategy of IMC in Korean market.

        부착형 고분자 압전센서를 이용한 탄성파 검출 연구

        스마트 구조물에 적합한 탄성파 검출 센서로서 고분자 압전센서를 이용한 부착형 센서에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. PVDF와 P(VDF-TrFE)에 대하여 센서로서의 특성을 평가하였으며 상용화된 PZT 센서와 비교하였다. 음향임피던스가 서로 다른 여러 가지 재료에 고분자 압전센서를 부착하여 연필심 파괴 시 발생하는 탄성파를 검출하여 분석하였다. 센서의 직경이 증가함에 따라 검출 신호의 최대 진폭값은 증가하였으나 센서의 주파수 검출한계는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 시편의 음향임피던스가 감소할수록 검출신호의 최대 진폭값은 증가하였으며 주로 저주파수의 주파수 성분의 신호에 민감한 것으로 분석되었다. 전반적으로 P(VDF-TrFE) 센서가 PVDF 센서보다 감도 면에서 다소 양호한 것으로 나타났다. Patch type piezo-polymer sensors for smart structures were experimented to detect elastic wave. The pencil lead braking test was performed to analyze the characteristics of patch-type piezo-polymer sensors such as polyvinyliden fluoride (PVDF) and polyvinylidene fluoride trifluorethylene (P(VDF-TrFE)) for several test specimens with various elastic wave velocities and acoustical impedances. The characteristics of the patch-type piezo-polymer sensor were compared with the commercial PZT acoustic emission (AE) sensor. The vacuum grease and epoxy resin were used as a couplant for the acoustic impedance matching between the sensor and specimen. The peak amplitude of elastic wave increased as the diameter of piezo-film and acoustical impedance of the specimen increased. The frequency detection range of the piezo-film sensors decreased with increasing diameter of the piezo-film sensor. The P(VDF-TrFE) sensor was more sensitive than the PVDF sensor.

      • 과실 비파괴 검사용 초음파 트랜스듀서 개발

        In this study, the ultrasonic transducers for contact measurement of whole fruits were developed. The design parameters for ultrasonic transducer such as acoustical impedance of fruits, kinds of piezoelectric materials, ultrasonic wave frequency, and transducer diameter were investigated. In order to match the impedance between piezoelectric material and fruit, various wear plates were fabricated and evaluated. And to control the bandwidth of ultrasonic wave of the transducer, various backing materials were fabricated and evaluated. The wear plate of the transducer was specially designed and fabricated considering the curvature of fruit. Two kinds of transducers such as 100 kHz of central frequency with 40 mm of transducer diameter and 200 kHz of central frequency with 20 mm diameter were developed. Nondestructive evaluation of the fruit will be possible with the developed ultrasonic transducers.
