        확장된 UTAUT를 활용한 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 사용의도에 대한 연구

        [연구목적] 우리나라 중소 제조기업들의 스마트 펙토리 관련 기술들의 도입 및 사용 영향요인, 사용의도, 사용행동 간의 관계에 대하여 연구함으로서 스마트 팩토리 도입 수준을 제고하기 위한 전략적 방안과 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. [연구방법] 확장된 UTAUT 모형의 수립을 위하여 기존 선행연구들과 논의를 검토하였으며, 연구가설을 도출하였다. 중소 제조기업들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였으며, 연구항목들에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였고, Smart PLS 2.0을 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 기술 도입 및 사용 영향요인, 사용의도, 사용행동 간의 관계에 대한 가설검정의 결과, 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 네트워크 효과, 조직특성은 기술 사용의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 노력기대와 촉진조건은 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않으며, 혁신저항은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 사용의도는 사용행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 도입에 긍정적 및 부정적인 영향을 미치는 영향요인들을 규명하였으며, 이를 통해 제고 및 감소시켜야 요인을 제시하였다. 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 수준은 조직특성, 성과기대, 네트워크 효과, 사회적 영향, 혁신저항의 순서이며, 이를 통해 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. [Purpose] It is to provide strategic plans and implications for enhancing the level of smart factory introduction by studying the relationship between the factors influencing the introduction and use of technologies related to the 4th industrial revolution and smart factory in Korea by small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, intention to use, and behavior. [Methodology] In order to establish an extended UTAUT model, previous studies and discussions were reviewed, and research hypotheses were derived. Survey data were collected for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, reliability and validity of research items were reviewed, and research hypotheses were verified using Smart PLS 2.0. [Findings] The results of the hypothesis test on the relationship between the factors influencing the introduction and use of technology, intention to use, and behavior, performance expectation, social impact, network effect, and organizational characteristics have a positive (+) significant effect on the intention to use technology. Effort expectations and promotion conditions have a positive (+) effect, but not significant, and innovation resistance has a negative (-) significant effect. The intention of use was found to have a positive (+) significant effect on the behavior of use. [Implications] Influencing factors that positively and negatively affect the introduction of technologies related to the 4th industrial revolution and smart factory were identified, and factors that should be improved and reduced were suggested. The levels that influence the intention to use are in the order of organizational characteristics, performance expectations, network effects, social influences, and innovation resistance, through which theoretical and practical implications were presented.

        스마트 팩토리 관련 기술과 혁신저항 및 기술 수용의도 간의 관계에 대한 연구

        [연구목적] 우리나라의 제조 기업들이 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 수용에서 나타날 수 있는 혁신저항에 대하여 영향을 미칠 수 있는 영향요인을 규명하고, 혁신저항이 기술 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로서 중소기업들이 빠르게 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술을 수용하고 스마트 팩토리로 변화될 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 혁신저항과 관련된 선행연구들을 충분히 검토하였으며, 연구항목들에 대한 세부측정내용에 대하여 SPSS 25를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 이를 충족하는 연구항목들을 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였다. 또한 이를 충족하는 연구항목을 활용하여 경로분석 방식으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. [연구결과] 연구가설의 검정결과 상대적 이점, 적합성은 혁신저항에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 복잡성은 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않았고, 지각된 위험은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 네트워크 효과와 사회적 영향은 부(-)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않으며, 혁신저항은 수용의도에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 또한 기업규모가 클수록 대부분의 혁신저항 영향요인, 수용의도가 높으며, 지각된 위험, 혁신저항의 수준은 낮은 것으로 검정되었다. [연구의 시사점] 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 도입과 관련하여 혁신저항에 긍정적 및 부정적 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하였으며, 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 도입은 비교적 규모가 큰 기업부터 진행하여야 한다는 연구결과를 제시하였다. [Purpose] Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are using smart factory-related technologies by identifying the influence factors that can affect the innovation resistance that can be seen in the acceptance of smart factory-related technologies by Korean manufacturing companies and by influencing the effect of innovation resistance on technology acceptance intention. It is to suggest ways to accept and support the transformation into a smart factory. [Methodology] This study thoroughly reviewed prior studies related to innovation resistance, and conducted exploratory factor analysis on SPSS 25 for detailed measurement of research items, and confirmed the research items satisfying this by using Smart PLS 2.0 The factor analysis was conducted. The research hypothesis was tested by the route analysis method using the research items that satisfied this. [Findings] As a result of the test of the research hypothesis, the relative advantage and suitability have a negative effect on innovation resistance, and the complexity has a positive effect, but the perceived risk has a positive effect. Influence. The network effect and the social effect had a negative effect, but it was not significant, and the innovation resistance was tested to have a negative effect on acceptance intention. In addition, the larger the size of the company, the higher the impact factor and acceptance intention of most innovation resistance, the perceived risk and the level of innovation resistance were tested as low. [Implications] The factors that have positive and negative effects on innovation resistance have been identified in relation to the introduction of smart factory-related technologies, and the research results suggest that the introduction of smart factory-related technologies should be started from relatively large companies.

      • 일반적 분류에 의한 석유 아스팔트의 성분 분석

        Asphalt의 화학적 성분을 분석해보면 물리적 특성을 평가할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 정유회사에서 생산되는 AP-3와 AP-5를 시료로 택해서 효과적인 solvent deasphaltening의 조건을 찾고, asphaltenes를 분리한 후 petroleumes을 elution-adsorption chromatography를 이용해서 saturates, naphthene-aromatics 및 polar-aromatics로 분리하여 두 asphalt의 특성을 비교해 보았다. 효과적인 solvent deasphaltening의 조건을 용매로 n-heptane을 사용하고 80℃에서 1시간 extraction을 할 때 였다. AP-3와 AP-5의 조성상의 특징은, AP-3에 비해 AP-5의 asphaltenes 비율이 3.24% 높은 데 비해 polar-aromatics는 AP-3가 2.46% 높았으며, naphthene-aromatics와 saturates에서는 각각 1% 이내의 차이를 나타내었다. 이 결과에서 asphaltenes의 비율이 AP-3와 AP-5의 물성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것을 알았다. The analysis of the chemical compositions of asphalts can help to evaluate the physical properties of them. In this experiment solvent deasphaltenings were carried to find out the most effective conditions for asphalt samples, AP-3 and Ap-5, produced in some domestic oil refineries. Asphaltenes were separated as precipitates on these conditions, and then petrolenes were separated into saturates, naphthene-aromatics, and polar-aromatics using elution-adsorption chromatography. AP-3 and AP-5 were most efficiently deasphaltened when extracted by n-heptane at 80℃ for one hour duration. Comparing the compositions of AP-3 and AP-5, AP-5 contains 3.24% more amount of asphaltenes than AP-3, meanwhile Ap-3 contains 2.46% more amount of polar-aromatics than AP-5. In the contents of naphthene-aromatics and saturates AP-3 and AP-5 are almost the same within 1% range. This analytical results suggest that the physical properties of asphalt is mainly influenced by the content of asphaltenes.

      • 淡水産 새우, Macrobrachium nipponense (De Haan)의 增·養殖에 關한 生物學的 基礎硏究 : 2. Life History and Seedling Production 2. 生活史 및 種苗生産에 關한 硏究

        Life cycle and seed production of the freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium nipponense, were studied and the results are as follows: 1. Larval development : Embryos hatched out as zoea larvae of 2.06 ㎜ in mean body length. The larvae passed through 9 zoea stages in 15∼20 days and then metamorphosed into postlarvae measuring 5.68 ㎜ in mean body length. Each zoea stage can be identified based on the shapes on the first and second antennae, exo- and endopodites of the first and second pereiopods, telson and maxillae. 2. Environmental requirements of zoea larvae : Zoea larvae grew healthy when fed with Artemia nauplii. Metamorphosing rate was 65∼72% at 26∼28℃ and 7.85∼8.28‰Cl. The relationship between the zoeal period (Y in days ) and water temperature (X in ℃) is expressed as Y=46.0900-0.9673X. Zoeas showed best survival in a water temperature range of 26∼32℃ (optimum temperature 28℃), at which the metamorphosing rate into postlarvae was 54∼72%. The zoeas survived more successfully in chlorinity range of 4.12∼14.08‰Cl. (optimum chlorinity 7.6∼11.6‰Cl.), at which the metamorphosing rate was 42∼76%. The whole zoeal stages tended to be longer in proportion as the chlorinity deviated from the optimum range and particularly toward high chlorinity. Zoeas at all stages could not tolerate in the freshwater. 3. Environmental requirements of postlarvae and juveniles : Postlarvae showed normal growth at water temperatures between 24∼32℃ (optimum temperature 26∼28℃). The survival rate up to the juvenile stage was 41∼63%. Water temperature below 24℃ and above 32℃ resulted in lower growth, and postlarvae scarcely grew at below 17℃. Cannibalism tended to occur more frequently under optimum range of temperatures. The range of chlorinity for normal growth of postlarvae and juveniles was from 0.00 (freshwater) to 11.24‰Cl., at which the survival rate was 32∼35%. The postlarvae grew more successfully in low chlorinities, and the best growth was found at 0.00∼2.21‰Cl. The postlarvae and juveniles showed better growth in freshwater but did not survive in normal sea water. 4. Feeding effect of diet on zoea llarvae : Zoea larvae were successfully survived and metamorposed into postlarvae when fed commercial artificial plankton, rotifers, and Artemia nauplii in the aquaria. However, the zoea larvae that were fed Artemia nauplii and reared in Chlorella mixed green water showed better results. The rate of metamorphosis was 68∼75%. The larvae fed cow liver powder, egg powder, and Chlorella alone did not survive. 5. Diets of postlarvae, juveniles and adults : Artemia nauplii and/or copepods were good food for postlarvae. Juveniles and adults were successfully fed fish of shellfish flesh, annelids, corn grain, pelleted feed along with viscera of domestic animals or fruits. 6. Growth of postlarvae, juveniles and adults : Under favorable conditions, postlarvae molted every five or six days and attained to the juvenile stage within tow months and they reached 1.78 ㎝ in body length and 0.l7 g in body weight. The juveniles grew to 3.52 ㎝ in body length and 1.07 g in body weight in about four months. Their sexes became determinable based on the appearance of male's rudimental processes (a secondary sex character) on the endopodites of second pereiopods of males. The males commonly reached sexual maturity in seven months after attaining the postlarvae stage and they grew to 5.65 ㎝ in body length and 3.41 g in body weight. Whereas the females attained sexual maturity within six to seven months, when they measured 4.93 ㎝ in body length and 2.43 g in body weight. Nine or ten months after hatching, the males grew 6.62∼7.14 ㎝ in body length and 6.68∼8.36 g in body weight, while females became 5.58∼6.08 ㎝ and 4.04∼5.54 g. 7. Stocking density : The maximum stocking density in aquaria for successful survival and growth was 60∼100 individuals/ℓ for zoeas in 30-days rearing (survival rate to postlarvae, 73∼80%) ; 100∼300 individuals/㎡ for postlarvae of 0.57 ㎝ in body length (survival rate for 120 days, 78∼85%) ; 40∼60 individuals/㎡ for juveniles of 2.72 ㎝ in body length (survival rate for 120 days, 63∼90%) ; 20∼40 individuals/㎡ for young prawns of 5.2 ㎝ in body length (survival rate for 120 days, 62∼90%) ' and 10∼30 individuals/㎡ for adults of 6.1 ㎝ in body length (survival rate for 60 days, 73∼100%). The stocking density of juveniles, youngs and adults could be increased up to twice by providing shelters.

      • 장애를 지닌 여성인력에 대한 취약구조 분석과 지원체계

        본 연구에서는 여성장애인의 직업실태를 파악하고 문제점을 발견하여 복지대안을 마련하기 위하여 1980년 이후부터 2000년 이전까지의 문헌을 토대로 분석하였다 분석결과에 의하면, 전체 장애인의 약 절반을 차지하는 여성장애인의 직업실태에 관한 체계적 연구가 부족하고, 여성장애인 고용이 불충분하뇌, 취업직종이 단순지콩 및 특종직종에 정형화되어 있다. 또한 이직율이 일반인의 2배이며 이직이유 1순위가 보수로 나타났다. 소득수준이 비현실적으로 낮아서 경제적인 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 고용과정 및 취업상의 차별을 받고 있고, 남성장애인애 비해 인적 자원면에서 열악했다. 또한 직업 및 가사일에 대한 지지체계가 부족하고, 중중여성장애인의 직업재활 대책이 부족하다 여성장애인을 위한 복시대안으로는 장애인에 대한 국민의식 개선이 필요하고, 고용촉진 대안 및 고용증진 방안이 필요하며, 기본생활 보장을 위한 재정적 지원이 필요했다.

      • Piezocone과 Rowe Cell을 利用한 水平壓密係數 推定

        Site characterization is one of the most important performances in projects with regard to solving geotechnical problems. Piezocone penetration test is a fast, economic, and accurate method of site characterization. Static cone penetrometer and the piezocone represents the most versatile tools currently available for soil exploration. The cone penetration and piezocone tests provide continuous sounding capability and repeatability. Rare of consolidation parameter may be assessed form the Piezocone test by measuring the dissipation or decay of pore pressure with time after a stop in penetration. And many researches have been developed to determine the horizontal coefficent of consolidation from the Piezocone test. Many of these researches using a theoretical solutions which is determined from either the cavity expantion theory or the stress path method. However, depending on assumptions and analytical techniques, the results can be varied considerably. For that reason, many researchers make their effort to improve and complement the defect of already established methods. In this dissertation, the correlation between the Coefficient of Consolidation from Piezocone dissipation test and the Coefficient of Consolidation Rowe Cell horizontal consolidation test in many cases was studied. The purpose of this study is to know the changing of the Coefficient of Consolidation by loading condition while Rowe Cell horizontal consolidation test is used

      • 동남참게, Eriocheir japonicus (De Haan)의 種苗生産에 關한 生物學的 基礎硏究 : 2. Influence of Temperature and Salinity on the Growth of Larvae 2. 幼生의 成長에 따른 水溫과 鹽度의 影響

        For the development of seedling production techniques of the freshwater crab Eriocheir japonicus, the effects of salinity and temperature on the growth of larvae of the crab were studied. Embryos hatched out as zoea larvae were measured 0.421 mm in average carapace length. Five zoea stages needed 16~26 days for metamorphosis from zoea to megalopa at 22℃ and 24.5‰. The average carapace length of the 5th zoea was 1.16 mm and that of the megalopa larvae was 1.89 mm. Each zoea stage could be identified based on both the number of plumosed seatae on the exopodite of maxilliped, and the number of spines on the posteroinner margin of telson and also based on the rudimentary pleopods appearence. Zoea larvae fed rotifers and Artemia nauplii were healthy and metamorphosing rate from zoea to megalopa was 80~90% at 22~26℃ and 17.5~31.5‰. The relationship between larval period(Y in days) and water temperature (X in ℃) is expressed as Log Y=3.8604-1.91735 Log X. Water temperature and salinity ranges for better survival and metamorphosis of the larvae was 22℃~26℃ (optimum at 26℃) and 17.5‰~31.5‰(optimum at 24.5‰), respectively. The duration of larval stages tend to longer as salinity levels deviated from optimum particulaly at lower porendtion. All zoea larvae did not survive in freshwater

        장애아동 양육자의 양육부담감과 사회적 지지에 관한 연구

        A questionnaire was administerd to 82 caregivers of disabled childrens attending inclusion daycare centers(IDC) and disabled children only centers(DOC) to study if there were any differences between two groups in terms of caregivers' caregiving burdens and their social supports. Caregivers of DOC have scored higer than those of IOC in all sub categories of caregiving burdens except physical burden and the former appeals higher level of emotional support needs and infomational support needs than the latter. There are positive correlations(person's r=.7~.8) between careging burdens of sub catogories and emotinoal, material, informational, and over-all social supports except instrumental support(r=.3~.4). It is also found that the levels of sub catogories of careging burdens are inlfluenced by the kinds of social supports the caregivers perceive. It is discussed that various social welare services(i.e. Respite-care service) shoud be provided in order to recuce the caregiving burdens and that inclusion daycare policy need to be more emphasized in order for the disabled childrens' wholistic development and social integration.

        수로부인 이야기의 공간과 인물의 서사구조

        이 글은 수로 부인 이야기가 문헌에 정착되기 전 구술로써 전승하였으리라는 사실에 주목하고 전승을 가능하게 한 기억의 힘, 즉 이야기의 형성 원리를 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 연구 성과를 보면 이야기에 등장하는 개별인물의 정체성이나 시가와 관련한 구절의 뜻을 밝히는 데 있어 다각도로 조망되었으나 이야기의 바탕을 이루는 전반적인 서사 구조에 관심을 기울인 연구가 별로 없었다. 이에 공간과 인물의 서사 구조를 분석하고 공간 층위에 따라 기능을 달리하는 인물의 성격이 이야기를 이끌어 가는 중요한 몫을 하고 있음을 밝혔다. 나아가 건국 신화의 서사 구조와 비교해 봄으로써 역사시대에 접어들어 공동작인 이야기가 창조될 수 있는 까닭을 해명하고자 했다. This study aims at finding out the formative principle of the tale, that is, the power of memory to have made the possible transmission, getting an eye to the fact that Su-Ro tale has been transmitted orally before being recorded in the literature. In the most studies until now, they have studied on finding out the meaning of phrase in relation to an identity and song of the individual who appears on the tale. But there was few studies on the whole narrative structure which makes the outline of tale. So I analyzed space and narrative structure of figure and found out that the figure having its own different function according to space patterns took charge of the important role of the tale. And comparing this narrative structure with the narrative structure of Korean Myths, I tried to make clear that a tale of cooperative literary work could be created since the beginning of historic dynasty.
