        以吴文化为背景的紫砂壶造型语义层次研究

        首先通过吴文化的地域性、历史性、民族性特征具体论述其独特性,由中国传统意象说为视角对产品的语义层次进行解读,进而以此为依据将紫砂壶造型语义分为物料性语义、形态性语义、实用性语义、喻联性语义等四个不同的层次。在此基础上,以吴文化为背景将紫砂壶的每一种语义层次对应一个紫砂壶语义元素,比如包含质感、色彩、光影的紫砂矿料元素;包含点、线、面、体、虚实空间对比以及整体与细节协调统一的体态造型元素;通过紫砂壶钮、盖、把、体、足等不同部件合理组合的结构部件元素;以自然万物为源头,通过师法自然的理念,运用雕刻、堆砌等手法得到多样的装饰元素等,从而运用吴文化的内在意蕴对紫砂壶造型语义分析进行深入分析,最终得到紫砂壶的和谐造物观。

        On the Statement of the Parties in Chinese Civil Litigation

        The litigants play two roles in civil litigation, that is, litigation subject and evidence method. Correspondingly, the partys statement can be divided into the litigants statement of the subject of action and the partys statement of evidential significance. Because China has not distinguished the two kinds of Party statements for a long time, the evidential value of the parties statements has not been fully developed. In Chinas civil litigation, as an independent form of evidence, the function of the statement of the parties is dormant due to the contradiction of the relevant provisions in the legislation. Therefore, it is necessary to modify and improve the relevant provisions from the legislation to form a complete set of party statement system to fully activate its evidence function, so as to change the current situation of the marginalization of the partys statement in the civil evidence system, and get the application of judicial practice on the track of justification under the guidance of norms.

        AN ANALYSIS OF THE CIVIL LITIGATION RECONCILIATION SYSTEM IN CHINESE LAW

        The civil Litigation Reconciliation system, aiming at eliminating civil disputes, is a procedural action that both parties in face of judges make mutual concessions and compromise in order to terminate the lawsuit or part of it during proceedings. Now, under the background of the court’s trail pressure increased dramatically, how to find a dispute resolution which will be more effective than trial has become a big issue that is focused by judicial circles in different nations and regions. Establishing a civil Litigation Reconciliation system on the basis of parties’ consensus is favored by individuals, however, Civil Procedure Law legislated in 1991 only prescribed it fundamentally in Article 51: “Both sides of a civil action may reach a settlement themselves.” And then, although Civil Procedure Law experienced 3 times amendments in 2007, 2012 and 2017 respectively, there were not any involvements in settlement provision. Therefore, it’s necessary to design and improve Chinese civil Litigation Reconciliation system from the aspect of its methods, time, expense burden, forms and effects.

        Populist Terrorist Activities and their Impact in Pakistan

        In Pakistan, there are various types of populist organizations, among which some extreme populist organizations such as those in Baluchistan, Sindh, Gilgit and other regions have become extreme and taken on a certain terrorist nature because of Pakistan s history and politics as well as the long tradition of Pakistan s domestic terrorism. These extremist populist organizations have not only posed a threat to Pakistan s national security and development, but also hindered the strengthening of both China-Pakistan bilateral relations and the cooperation around the Belt and Road Initiative. The specific organizational structure of these extreme populist groups and the impact of their terrorist activities on both Pakistan and the rest of the world deserve attention in the academic community. By adopting a literature review approach, in this paper, Pakistan’s domestic populist organizations are sorted reasonably, the structure of extreme populist organizations is clarified accordingly, and the influence of their terrorist activities is noted emphatically. The conclusion drawn is that Pakistan’s domestic extreme populist groups have not only severely constrained Pakistan’s economic development and lowered the people’s living standards, but also hindered the strengthening of Pakistan’s diplomatic relations with neighboring countries, thus worsening Pakistan’s domestic political environment and impeding its integration into the trend of globalization. 파키스탄의 포퓰리즘 조직은 몇 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다, 그 중에 극단적 포퓰리즘 조직의 예를 들면 발루치스탄(Baluchistan), 신드(Sindh), 길기트(Gilgit) 등 지역의 포퓰리즘조직은 역사적, 정치적 원인으로 테러리즘 성질을 가지고 있다. 이러한 극단적 포퓰리즘 조직들은 파키스탄의 국가 안보 및 발전에 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 중-파 양국관계 및 “일대일로”를 중심으로 한 협력에도 영향을 준다. 이 조직들이 어떻게 형성되었는지, 어떤 특징을 갖고 있는지를 연구하고 구체적으로 파키스탄 및 국제사회에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가가 학계의 관심사이다. 본 논문은 문헌연구를 통해 파키스탄의 포퓰리즘조직을 분류하고, 조직구성 및 그들의 테러리즘활동이 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 극단적 포퓰리즘조직들은 파키스탄의 국내정치환경을 악화시키고 본국의 국제화를 지연시킨다. 이와 더불어 파키스탄의 경제성장발전과 국민생활 수준의 향상을 저해시키고 있다. 또한 주변국가간의 외교관계도 악화시키고 있다는 점도 도출하였다.

        Exploiting the Reversibility of GTBP1 Catalyzed One-pot Reactions for the Synergistical Synthesis of Ponasterone A and Phenolic Glycosides

        In the process of glycosyltransferase-catalyzed transglycosylation, the synthesis of uridine diphosphate sugars is generally thermodynamically disfavored. This study found that GTBP1 from Bacillus pumilus BF1 displayed the potential to reversely synthesize uridine diphosphate glucose (UDPG, UDP-glucose), which catalyzed the deglycosylation of ponasteroside A and the transglycosylation of phenolic compounds in one-pot reaction. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis of GTBP1 and other GTs with reversible glycosylation ability were also implemented. Using solvent engineering strategy, the reaction time in water-organic biphasic was shortened and the conversion was improved. The final conversion of ponasterone A was reached 93.4%, and the final yield of ferulic acid glycoside was 92.7%. Using the fed-batch technology with the coupled reaction, the cumulative product of ponasterone A was about 1.97 g/L, and the level of produced ferulic acid glycoside was about 1.52 g/L. The substrate specificity of the GTBP1 was also confirmed. It implies the diversity of GTBP1's ability to construct UDP cycles.

      • Visualizing Emerging Trends and International Cooperation Network in Pakistan’s Terrorism Research Literature

        최근 몇 년간 국제 테러단체가 점점 확대고 있으며, 파키스탄은 새로운 테러단체인 “Arch of Instability” 의 중심이 되고 있다. 이는 파키스탄의 국내 정치 경제 발전에 심각한 위협을 줄 뿐만 아니라 국제 안보 구조와 대테러 국제정세에 심각한 위협을 가하고 있다. 또한 이는 중국 “일대일로”의 중요한 프로젝트인 “파키스탄 경제 통로”에도 심각한 위협이 되고 있다. 따라서 기존문헌을 정리한 결과를 파키스탄의 테러 상황에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하여 본 논문은 컴퓨터 과학 및 기술영역에서 새로 부각되고 있는 시각화 연구방법을 사용하여 Web of Science 데이터베이스를 활용하고 국제 학술계가 파키스탄의 테러에 대한 연구결과를 시각화 분석하여 국제학술계가 연구한 파키스탄 테러단체의 국가간의 협력망도 제출하였다. 더불어 파키스탄 테러 연구에 관한 국제 학술계의 저자 및 협력 네트워크에 대한 양적인 분석으로 파키스탄 테러 연구소의 국제 학술계의 연구 핫스팟 및 연구 트렌드도 정리하였다. In recent years, as the international terrorism is increasingly spread around, Pakistan has become one of the center of the Arch of Instability of the Indian subcontinent, which not only seriously threatens the political economy in Pakistan but also challenges the international safety pattern and anti-terrorist security situation severely. At the same time, this will also be a serious threat to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC), a flagship project of China s Belt and the Road Initiative(BRI). Therefore, it is necessary to study the current situation of Pakistan terrorism. The authors use the visualization research method to have visualization analysis of the results from international academe about the Pakistan terrorism research in database of Web of Science and depicts the international cooperation network of Pakistan terrorism studied by the international academe. The quantitative analysis of the international academe about the author and cooperation network of Pakistan terrorism research can help to further figure out the research hotspots and research fronts of the Pakistan terrorism research from the international academe.

      • Synthetic studies of Sepositoside A model systems

        Saponins, water soluble compounds composed of sugars and steroid or triterpenoid moieties, have attracted considerable interests due to the increased understanding of their wide spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities.Saponins have been found only in marine phylum Echinodermata and particularly in species of the classes Holothuroidea (sea cucumbers) and Asteroidea (starfishes) in the animal kingdom. Starfish extracts and also purified saponins have shown a broad spectrum of physiological and pharmacological activities. In 1981, Sepositoside A, the major saponin, was isolated from the hydrolysate of the Mediterranean starfish Echinaster sepositussaponins mixture(Figure 1). It has a number of unusual features when compared to the more common asterosaponins: it is devoid of the sulphate group and the Δ7, 3β,6β-dioxygenated steroidal nucleus is unprecedented, and, the most remarkable feature is that the trisaccharide chain is cyclized between C-3 and C-6 of the aglycon, giving rise to a highly strain 16-membered macrocyclic ring reminiscent of a crown ether. Sepositoside A had been shown to display antifungal activity, cytotoxic acitivity toward bovine turbinate cells up to a level of 1 μg ml-1 and inhibition of cell division of fertilized sea urchin eggs (ca. 30% inhibition at 10-5 M).Fascinated by the unprecedented highly strain 16-membered macrocyclic molecular structure of Sepositoside A, we contemplated its total synthesis, which might require new synthetic strategies and technologies to close the challenging 16-membered macrocyclic ring by virtue of its expected high strain and lability. Herein, we report our synthetic studies for the construction of 16-membered macrocyclic ring of Sepositoside A model systems.
