This paper analysis a causality under the heteroskedasticity. That the error terms have a covariance in the time series analysis can not be estimated efficiently If the covariance assumption have been broken, The OLS analysis method is overestimated at the coefficient and the test value is incorrected in the significant level For the causality, the unit root test decides stability level of the variable and the level is choosen between level instrument and difference instrument. The result of the unit root test was proved that the first difference instrument had the stability for WPI, CPI, WAGE. The optimal lags was adapted by the Akaike-Shwaltz lags method. The result of the Akaike-Shwaltz was appeared the optimal lags of 3-6. To efficiently estimate was used the ARCH, GARCH models that the error terms have the heteroskedasticity. In case of the Granger's causality, the WAGE was caused by WPI, CPI but In case of the optimal lags causality, the WAGE caused by WPI, the CPI was caused the wage. The efficient estimator was estimated by the ARCH and GARCH models. <P>In this paper, we investigate the mechanism of low efficacy of a 200-μm-gap structure in a high driving frequency and suggest a new driving waveform for improving the efficacy. The detailed role of the address electrode during the surface discharge is discussed by measuring the discharge current flowing to each electrode. Our observation reveals that the current flowing to the address electrode increases with driving frequency and it makes the surface discharge be weakened. A new sustain waveform with the floating time has been suggested which can enhance the surface discharge by suppressing the opposite discharge. As a result of adopting the proposed sustain waveform, the luminous efficacy has been improved to around 30% compared with the conventional sustain waveform at the driving frequency of 200 kHz.</P>
Observations of Pulsed Bi-polar Discharges in Saline Solutions with Pin to Plate Electrodes

In this study, we have been investigated pin to plate pulsed bi-polar discharges in saline solutions, where bubble generation occurs. We integrate basic I-V-t electrical characteristics with the ICCD shadowgraph images, and finally instant and time averaged I-V waveforms. We observed that the bubble formation phase dynamics is quite different corresponding to the polarity applied to the pin electrode. When the pin electrode is a cathode, the bubble tends to be periodically detached from the pin electrode and the numerous tiny voltage spikes occur related to the electron emission from a pin cathode casing via, we judge from, direct dissociation of water molecules by energetic electrons. On the contrary, the bubble tends to stick to the pin electrode, when the pin electrode is anode; the bubble grows in size throughout the pulse duration. The dynamic electrical characteristics relative to the applied polarity of a pin electrode are presented and discussed by analysis of time averaged I-V waveforms.

Pneumatosis intestinalis (PI) is an uncommon disorder characterized by an accumulation of gas in the bowel wall, and has been associated with a variety of disorders and procedures. We describe a 35-year-old man who undertook hematopoietic stem cell transplantation due to myelodysplastic syndrome. An abdominal X-ray demonstrated extensive PI with pneumoperitoneum mimicking hollow organ perforation. However, the patient had no abdominal symptoms and there was no evidence of peritoneal inflammation. After two weeks of conservative management, including bowel rest and antibiotics, his pneumoperitoneum resolved spontaneously without any complications. Of the many factors that affect the gastrointestinal tract mucosal integrity, intramural pressure, and bacterial flora-produced intraluminal gas interact to produce PI. If the condition is accompanied by bowel ischemia, portomesenteric venous gas, metabolic acidosis, and abdominal sepsis, or if PI is severe in extent immediate surgical intervention is indicated. The described case supports that a mechanical rather than a bacterial etiology underlies the pathogenesis of PI.
