        A Method for Measurement of Limiting Intrinsic Non-Uniformity Due to Process in CCD-Multiplexers for Focal Plane Arrays

        We present a simple experimental method for determination of limiting intrinsic fixed-pattern non-uniformity (NU) due to fabrication process in two-dimensional CCD multiplexers (MUXs) that are used for hybrid focal plane arrays. Here, this is done by determining separately the two NUs viz. that are $V_T$ dependent and $V_T$ independent. From these measurements, process dependent NU can be extracted. It is argued that $V_T$ dependent NU can be eliminated by designing novel input circuits whereas $V_T$ independent NU, primarily, dependent on process control and material variations may be reduced but cannot be eliminated completely and hence limits the FPA performance eventually.

        Relative larvicidal potentiality of nano-encapsulated Temephos and Imidacloprid against Culex quinquefasciatus

        Encapsulation of temephos ranging from 1% to 16% and imidacloprid from 1% to 8% within biodegradable andbiocompatible, polyethylene glycol in different ratios was done by using melt-dispersion method. The efficacyof encapsulated forms was evaluated and compared with their non-capsulated forms against larvae of Culexquinquefasciatus. The encapsulated temephos was more toxic than the encapsulated imidacloprid with LC50values of 0.013, 0.010 and 0.003 mg/L after 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. No doubt, the non-capsulated temephosand imidacloprid were more effective as compared to their encapsulated forms. However, the same mortalityrate was achieved by the slow release of lesser amount of pesticides after encapsulation, e.g., 0.003 mg/L for 8%temephos formulation and 0.019 mg/L for 4% imidacloprid as compared to their non-capsulated form oftemephos and imidacloprid (0.004 and 0.021 mL/L) after 72 h of exposure. Thus, encapsulated forms are moreeconomical and eco-friendly due to controlled slow release of their nanoparticles.

        세무정보시스템 품질이 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도와 성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 세무정보시스템의 품질이 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도와 세무서비스기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 설문조사는 세무서비스기업에서 세무 정보시스템을 직접 사용하는 사용자를 대상으로 사용자 만족도와 세무서비스기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들 사이의 인과관계를 규명하기 위하여 회계법인, 세무법인, 개인회계사사무소, 개인세무사사무소에 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 구글독스, 직접방문, 팩스 등을 활용하여 총 400부의 설문서를 배포하여 292부를 회수하였고(회수율 73%) 응답이 불성실하여 자료로 이용할 수 없는 23개를 제외하고 총 269부를 분석에 이용하여 실증연구 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 세무정보시스템의 품질(시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질)은 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향력은 시스템품질〉정보 품질〉서비스품질 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세무정보시스템의 품질에 대한 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도는 세무서비스기업의 업무효율성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 세무서비 스기업의 수익성에 미치는 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무정보시스템의 품질(시스템품 질, 정보품질, 서비스품질) 중 시스템품질과 서비스품질은 업무효율성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 서비스품질은 수익성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 세무정보시스템의 품질이 세무서비스기업의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향은 기장업체특징, 업무경력, 회계지식정도, 사용중인 프로그램 종류에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the quality of tax information automated system on user satisfaction and performance of tax service companies. In order to do so, this research carried out literature review and empirical study together, and conducted a survey to identify the cause-and-effect relationship among the elements influencing the satisfaction and performance of users who directly use tax information automated system. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of accounting firms, tax firms, private accounting offices, and private tax offices through Google Docs, direct visit, fax, and others. Among them, 292 copies were collected back (73% of the total), and final 269 copies were used for analysis after excluding 23 copies that had insincere responses to be used as data. The questionnaire was composed of 7-point Likert criterion. SPSS 18.0 statistical program was used in order to analyze the research data by an appropriate statistics technique for this research purpose, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. The research results are as follows. First, the quality of tax information automated system had a positive influence on user satisfaction, in the order of system quality, information quality, and service quality from the strongest to weakest. Second, the user satisfaction on the quality of tax information automated system had a positive influence on the performance of tax service companies. Through the use of tax information automated system, tax service companies’ workload and work processing time decreased, which helped improve work efficiency. The user satisfaction on the quality of tax information automated system did not have any influence on the profitability of tax service companies. Third, the quality of tax information automated system had a positive influence on tax service companies workload and work processing time decreased, which helped improve work efficiency. Service quality was found to effect a positive effect on profitability. Fourth, the difference in the quality and user satisfaction of tax information automated system according to user satisfaction was examined. As a result, there was a difference in the influence of system quality level and information quality on satisfaction according to company characteristics, while there was no difference in the influence of service quality on satisfaction. There was a difference in the influence of system quality level on satisfaction according to work experience, but there was no difference in the influence of information quality and service quality on satisfaction. Next, there was a difference in the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on satisfaction according to the level of accounting knowledge. Finally, there was a difference in the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on satisfaction according to the types of tax accounting program or tax information automated sys.

        풍수요인이 공동주택 거주자의 주거만족에 미치는 영향분석

        Satisfaction is the manifestation of a sufficient and generous human psychological state without the mind being satisfied or being exhausted. Housing satisfaction refers to the feeling of satisfaction when living in a residential area. The residential satisfaction survey is different according to the thinking about needs satisfaction, performance difference, equity, future prediction. It is also determined by physical, geographical, and environmental factors. In the existing paper, residential satisfaction was analyzed using physical, geographical, and environmental factors as variables. As a result of analysis, it was found that feng shui factors affect residential satisfaction in addition to the general factors of apartment housing which affects the residence satisfaction of residents. This study showed that the feng shui factor proved that it contributes to the stabilization of the housing by improving the residential satisfaction of residents living in the apartment complex and creating a harmonious and comfortable residence environment considering the feng shui factor and enhancing the quality level of the living environment have.

        전통적 풍수환경요인으로부터 공동주택단지내 주거환경요인의 도출

        Unlike the West, the preference for natural environment suitable for human adaptation is considered as the choice of settlement in the East. Pung shui geography is a theory that systematically develops and develops the experience of selecting a good environment. The from of modern housing has changed from the horizontal residential style centered on agriculture to a vertical style due to industrialization and urbanization. The purpose of this study is to clarify how the environmental factors of urbanization are reflected in the housing in consideration of the fact that the natural environment factors of the agrarian society have been changed as the housing style has changed. For this purpose, we conducted a telepine survey for experts related to Fung shui, and tried to understand how environmental factors are being applied and recognized in apartment complexes. As a result of the Delphi survey, 34 Fung shui factors were extracted and classified into physical, geographical and environmental factors. Of the 34 factors, only the factor 4.001 of the mean value of the descriptive statistics was selected as the respective factors. first, the physical factors were selected as left (4.92), east-west house (4.04), virtual (4.04) Factors such as the presence of rivers (4.44), water (presence of ponds (4.32), archers of rivers (424)) were selected. these factors are considered to be important feng-shui factors in apartment houses in the city, and they are almost similar factors when compared with the conditions of the traditional feng shui, which is presented by the dual feng shui. It is considered that the apartment complex with the feng shui factor directly affects the preference of the consumer and the value of the residence, and the Fung shui factor is inherent in the modern residential arrangement and space

      • 한국어 연속 숫자음 기반의 화자인식

        한국어 연속 숫자음을 DB로 사용하는 화자인식기를 구성하여 그 성능을 살펴보았다. 특징벡터는 각각의 음성에서 구한 39차의 MFCC를 이용하였고 인식기는 CHMM을 이용하였다. 훈련숫자에 따른 인식률 변화를 알아보았고 또한 mixture 증가에 따른 인식률 변화를 알아보았다. We studied speaker recognition system using Korean connected digits. After extracting 39 order feature coefficient of MFCC from DB of Korean connected digits, we perform training and recognition using CHMM. We investigated the change of speech recognition rate according to numbers of mixture.

        WWW의 사용량이 대단히 빠르게 늘어남에 따라 웹 프락시 서버의 캐싱 기능은 그 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 프락시 캐시의 교체 정책을 웹 요구의 특성과 프락시 서버 환경 자체를 고려하여 주어진 환경에 맞는 교체 정책이 되도록 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 설계하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 대부분의 기존 연구에서처럼 특정한 교체 정책 자체를 제시하는 것이 아니라, 주어진 프락시 환경에 적합한 교체 정책을 동적으로 설계할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다는 점에서 기존의 연구보다 일반성이 높다. As the demand for WWW increases rapidly, the importance of caching at proxy servers also increases day by day. In this paper, we design WWW proxy cache replacement policies which consider the characteristics of Web requests and the environment of proxy servers using genetic algorithms. Unlike most of previous works that show their fixed replacement policies, this approach provides a general framework for the design of appropriate replacement policies for dynamic proxy environments.

        淸州市 歷史的 都心住居地內 方形街區의 現況 및 變化特性에 關한 硏究

        The study aims to investigate the present condition and development of the existing square block on seongan-dong, which is traditional urban settlement area around the old castle in cheongju city. Main conclusions are as follows : 1) Outside area of square block is developed by commercial building but inner has been kept inferior housing environment. Because commercial development is difficult, the entry road and a lot area is narrow and small. 2) Inner side of square block is becoming hollow because of low attempt for new building, the change of old house to parking lot, and the increase of vacant lot. 3) Outside area of square block in contact with road, buildings have been constructing continuously, but inner side enlarging for necessary space to living. 4) Owner-occupied household in square block live in combined use of residence and commerce building because its housing environment is superior to detached house.

        A Novel Test Structure for Process Control Monitor for Un-Cooled Bolometer Area Array Detector Technology

        This paper presents the results of a novel test structure for process control monitor for uncooled IR detector technology of microbolometer arrays. The proposed test structure is based on resistive network configuration. The theoretical model for resistance of this network has been developed using 'Compensation' and 'Superposition' network theorems. The theoretical results of proposed resistive network have been verified by wired hardware testing as well as using an actual 16x16 networked bolometer array. The proposed structure uses simple two-level metal process and is easy to integrate with standard CMOS process line. The proposed structure can imitate the performance of actual fabricated version of area array closely and it uses only 32 pins instead of 512 using conventional method for a $16{\times}16$ array. Further, it has been demonstrated that the defective or faulty elements can be identified vividly using extraction matrix, whose values are quite similar(within the error of 0.1%), which verifies the algorithm in small variation case(${\sim}1%$ variation). For example, an element, intentionally damaged electrically, has been shown to have the difference magnitude much higher than rest of the elements(1.45 a.u. as compared to ${\sim}$ 0.25 a.u. of others), confirming that it is defective. Further, for the devices having non-uniformity ${\leq}$ 10%, both the actual non-uniformity and faults are predicted well. Finally, using our analysis, we have been able to grade(pass or fail) 60 actual devices based on quantitative estimation of non-uniformity ranging from < 5% to > 20%. Additionally, we have been able to identify the number of bad elements ranging from 0 to > 15 in above devices.
