디지털 미술치료 적용을 위한 미술치료사의 디지털 매체 체험 연구

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료사의 디지털 매체 체험의 구성요소와 구조를 살펴보고 그 의미를 파악함으로써, 디지털 미술치료의 적용 가능성을 탐구하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 미술치료사 5명으로 주 2회, 10회기, 회기당 90분의 디지털 미술치료 프로그램에 참여하였다. 자료 분석은 Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 체험연구 방법을 따랐다. 연구 결과 체험의 구조는 ‘안정적인 치료 환경의 조성’, ‘매체 탐색 및 조작 능력의 습득’, ‘디지털 매체의 치료적 촉진성’, ‘디지털 매체의 치료적 제한성’, ‘디지털 매체의 기능과 치료 목적의 적합성’, ‘디지털 매체 적용의 상호보완적 확장 및 개발의 필요’로 드러났다. 체험의 의미는 ‘디지털 미술치료의 준비요소’, ‘디지털 미술치료의 치료적 특성’, ‘디지털 미술치료의 보완적 측면’으로 도출되었다. 체험의 구조와 의미를 바탕으로 파악된 디지털 미술치료의 적용 가능성은 안정적인 치료 환경과 능숙한 매체 조작 능력을 전제 조건으로, 목적과 대상에 적합한 디지털 매체의 적용은 내담자의 창의적 표현을 촉진하는 치료적 매개 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 디지털 미술치료 적용에 관한 경험과 이해에 도움이 되며, 디지털 미술치료 적용 가능성의 토대를 마련했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to explore the potential and applicability of digital art therapy by examining the elements and structure and grasp the meanings of art therapists’ digital media experience based on the phenomenological research. Using typical case sampling, five art therapists who fitted the desired profile were selected to participate in this study. The digital art therapy program was conducted between October 1 and November 12, 2019, twice a week for 90 minutes per session, together with in-depth interviews. The data collected were analyzed according to Colaizzi’s(1978) method. As a result of the study, the structure of experience was derived as “creation of a stable therapy environment,” “exploration of media and acquisition of media manipulation skills,” “therapeutic facilitation of digital media,” “therapeutic limitation of digital media,” “interaction between the functions of digital media and therapeutic objectives,” and “application of digital media and extension of their application”. Descriptions of the structure of experience were “preparations needed for digital art therapy,”, “therapeutic characteristics of digital art therapy,” and “complementary aspects of digital art therapy”. The potential and applicability of digital art therapy, identified based on the structure and meaning of the experience, are collectively a therapeutic mediating factor that promotes the creative expression of the client through the application of a stable treatment environment, skillful media manipulation, and digital media suitable for the purpose and target of therapy. This study is meaningful in two key ways; not only provides an experiential understanding of but also lays the foundation for the potential and applicability of digital art therapy.

This study was performed to investigate the lipidperoxide, AST and ALT, BUN and blood glucose level in alloxan induced diabetic mice. 1. The lipidperoxide of the liver and kidney increased each 1.36, 1.44 times as much as in the control group. 2. AST and ALT in the diabetic group increased each 4.19, 8.79 times as much as in the control group. 3. The glucose level and BUN in the diabetic group increased each 2.71, 2.34 times as much as in the control group.

This paper aims to provide the educational data through the analyses of The Family Ritual Code and The Healthy Family Ritual Code for the settlement of the healthy family rites. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The Family Ritual Code contains the processes of the rites of passage. 2. The Family Ritual Code upon amendment, considers and respects the situation and self-control of the individual and one's family. 3. It also is one of the historical themes which have been intended to rationalize the procedures of the family rites, get rid of the empty formalities and vanity, and promote the healthy social spirit.

중소병원 간호사의 환자안전 간호활동 영향 요인

본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 환자안전관리 중요성 인식, 환자안전문화 인식과 조직 의사소통이 환자안전 간호활동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 환자안전 간호활동을 증진시키기 위한 보건프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. K시에 위치한 200병상 이상의 중소병원 3곳에서 6개월 이상의 재직기간을 가진 간호사 210명을 편의추출 하였고, 2019년 2월 8일부터 15일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 202부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 환자안전관리 중요성 인식은 3.60±.49, 환자안전문화 인식은 3.39±.41, 조직 의사소통은 3.29±.45, 환자안전 간호활동은 4.08±.50이였고 환자안전 간호활동은 환자안전 중요성 인식(r=.597, p<.001), 환자안전문화 인식(r=.626, p<.001) 및 조직 의사소통(r=.559, p<.001)간에 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 환자안전 간호활동에 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(β=.258, p<.001), 환자안전 문화인식(β=.323, p=<.001), 조직 의사소통(β=.160, p=.044)은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(F=53.067, p<.001), 이들 간의 설명력은 43.7%였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 중소병원 간호사의 환자안전 간호활동을 증진시킬 수 있는 병원 규모별 구체적 특성을 고려한 간호사들의 안전관리 자신감 증진, 비처벌적 환경 조성과 조직의 적극적인 의사소통 형성을 위한 환자안전 간호활동 증진프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. This study was conducted to provide data for the development of health program to promote patient safety nursing activities by analyzing the effect of perception of importance of patient safety management, perceptions of patient safety culture and organizational communication on patient safety nursing activities in small & medium hospital nurses. Data collection was conducted from February 8 to 15, 2019. A total of 202 questionnaires were administered to nurses who have worked for more than six months in three small and medium hospitals. The perception of importance of patient safety management of the subjects was 3.60±.49, perception of patient safety culture was 3.39±.41, organizational communication was 3.29±.45 and patient safety nursing activities was 4.08±.50. The patient safety nursing activities was related to perception of importance of patient safety management(r=.597, p<.001), perception of patient safety culture(r=.626, p<.001), organizational communication(r=.559, p<.001), there was a significant positive correlation. Perception of importance of patient safety management(β=.258, p=.001), perception of patient safety culture(β=.323, p<.001) and organizational communication(β=.160, p=.044) had a significant effect on patient safety nursing activities(F=53.067, p<.001). The explanatory power of these variables was 43.7%.

Shear Fatigue Behavior of 63 Sn-37 Pb Solder Joints in IC Packaging

집적회로 팩키징에 사용되는 63 Sn-37 Pb땜납접합(solder joint)의 shear fatigue거동을 기계적 피로실험을 통해 연구하였다. 피로수명과 shear strain의 관계는 Coffin-Manson식을 따랐으며, 피로진행 과정은 두 단계로 나누어 지는데, Ⅰ단계는 미소 균열(microcrack)의 생성과 성장, 그리고 Ⅱ단계는 거시적 균열(macrocrack)의 성장과 관계있음이 관찰되었다. 땜납접합 사용시, 기존의 피로수명보다는 Ⅰ단계 수명이 보다 안전한 failure criterion으로 제시되었다.
