        Errors in calculation of the gate-source capacitor's charging time in a switch-on process may occur when a characteristic simulation is performed for power MOSFETs by means of SPICE with a commonly used equivalent circuit This is related to the gate-drain capacitor's non-linear charge and discharge behavior An improved model for precise simulation of the switching process of power MOSFETs is presented in this paper The variation of the gate charges with input voltage is calculated accurately.

        Synthesis and characteristics of lignin-derived solid acid catalysts for microcrystalline cellulose hydrolysis

        Three kinds of solid acid catalysts were prepared from alkali lignin in the waste liquor of pulping using carbonation- sulfonation method with different pretreatment. The lignin-derived solid acids (LDSAs) were characterized by FESEM, XRD, FTIR, TGA, BET and acid-base titration, respectively. A comparison study on the catalytic performance of LDSA prepared by different pretreatment method before carbonation in the hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was carried out. Results showed that the LDSA prepared by chemical activation with phosphoric acid (LPC-SO3H) exhibited superior catalytic activity due to its higher densities of -COOH group (1.68mmol/g) as binding site and -SO3H group (0.88mmol/g) as catalytic site as well as its larger specific surface area (488.4m2/g) than those of the other two LDSAs. A total reducing sugar yield of 50.8% in MCC hydrolysis was obtained under the reaction conditions of temperature of 180 oC, time of 3 h, MCC concentration of 6mg/mL and mass ratio of catalyst to MCC of 3.3 (w/w). Additionally, the value activation energy for hydrolysis of MCC to reducing sugars using LPC-SO3H was 83.31 kJ/mol, which was smaller than that using sulfuric acid.

        Operational data-based adaptive improvement method of gas turbine component characteristics for performance simulation

        Accurate component maps are crucial for gas turbine performance simulation. However, generating component maps is challenging due to limited data availability and individual characteristic differences between gas turbines. Thus, a component characteristic adaptation method is proposed here. Initially, the original component analytical formulas (OCAF) are enhanced, and the analytical normalized characteristic parameters (ANCPs) are calculated. Subsequently, the real normalized characteristic parameters (RNCPs) are calculated reversely based on field-measured data. Next, the tuning factors are optimized to obtain optimal improved component analytical formulas (ICAF). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated using LM2500+ gas turbine field data and compared with two previous adaptive methods. The results reveal that the proposed method offers high tunability and computational efficiency during the adaptation process, significantly improving the accuracy of the gas turbine performance simulation model. This study paves the way for more reliable gas turbine performance simulations and enhanced fault diagnosis in the field.

      • Clinical and Pathological Factors Related to the Prognosis of Chinese Patients with Stage Ⅰb To Ⅱb Cervical Cancer

        Objective: The aim of this retrospective study is to analyze the clinical and pathological factors related to the prognosis of Chinese patients with stage Ib to IIb cervical cancer. Methods and Results: 13 clinical pathological factors in 255 patients with stage Ib to IIb cervical cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy and systematic lymphadenectomy were analyzed to screen for factors related to prognosis. The cumulative 5-year survival of the 255 patients was 75.7%. The result of the univariate analysis suggested that clinical stage, cell differentiation, depth of cervical stromal invasion, parametrial tissue involvement, and lymph node metastasis were prognostic factors for patients with stage Ib to IIb cervical cancer (P<0.05). Compared with cases with involvement of iliac nodes, obturator nodes, or inguinal lymph nodes, cases with metastasis to the common iliac lymph nodes had a poorer prognosis (P<0.05). Cases with involvement of four or more lymph nodes had a poorer prognosis than those with involvement of three or fewer lymph nodes (P<0.05). Using multivariate Cox proportional hazards model regression analysis, non-squamous histological type, poor differentiation, parametrial tissue involvement, and outer 1/3 stromal invasion were found to be independently related to patients poor prognosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Non-squamous histological type, poor cell differentiation, parametrial tissue involvement, and outer 1/3 stromal invasion are the independent poor prognostic factors for patients with stage Ib to IIb cervical cancer.

        『한중관용구사전(韓中慣用句辭典)』편찬을 위한 연구

        This study intends to introduce a plan for compiling a new Korean-Chinese dictionary of idioms and to describe the lexicographical characteristics of Korean-Chinese idiom dictionary. This research focuses on a productive dictionary for learners (Chinese L2 learners), the selecting and arrangement of idioms as headwords. In the micro-structure of this dictionary, pronunciation information, definitions, examples and sentence-patterns are described briefly. Finally, we proposed specific manners of description to show pragmatic information and reference information.

        Optimization of fructose dehydration to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural catalyzed by SO3H-bearing lignin-derived ordered mesoporous carbon

        A sulfonated lignin-derived mesoporous carbon (LDMC-SO3H) was prepared from kraft lignin (KL) using phenolation and soft-template method followed by sulfonation. LDMC-SO3H bearing a sulfonic acid density of 0.65 mmol/g possessed a well-ordered 2D hexagonal mesoporous characteristics with mesopore volume of 0.067 cm3/g and specific surface area of 262m2/g as well as mesopore size of 3.42 nm. A high 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) yield of 98.0% with a full fructose conversion was obtained using LDMC-SO3H as catalyst under the optimized reaction conditions of reaction temperature and time of 140 oC and 120 min, initial fructose concentration of 100 g/L, catalyst load of 0.1mg/mg in DMSO. Furthermore, there was no obvious decrease in 5-HMF yield (95.0%) within the fivecycle experiment, highlighting the superior reusability and stability of LDMC-SO3H in fructose-to-5-HMF transformation.
