Ecdysteroids play an important role in the regulation of molting process in crustaceans. The suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) technique was employed to search for 20-hydroxyecdysone-responsive genes in the hepatopancreas of the crayfish Procambarus clarkii. Ninety-three putative expressed sequence tags were identified by SSH, including three immune response-related genes, two cell cycle and apoptosis genes, four respiration and energy metabolism genes, four transport-related genes, six metabolism-related genes, two stress response genes, and eight transcription and translation regulation genes. The expression levels of the examined genes were regulated by 20-hydroxyecdysone and varied in the hepatopancreas during the molting stages; data were confirmed by real-time PCR. RNAi of the ecdysteroid receptor had significant effects on the expression levels of 20-hydroxyecdysone- responsive genes. These differentially expressed genes identified by SSH will provide insight into the ecdysteroid signaling pathway in P. clarkii.

Numerical simulations of the Vortex-Induced Vibration (VIV) about a large-scale flexible pipe subject to shear flow were carried out in this paper. Efficiency verification was performed firstly, validating that the proposed fluid–structure interaction solution strategy is competent in predicting the VIV response. Then, the VIV characteristics related to multi-mode and spanwise hybrid waveform about the flexible pipe attributed to shear flow were investigated. When inflow velocity rises, higher vibration modes are apt to be excited, and the spanwise waveform easily convertes from a standing-wave-dominated status to a hybrid standing–traveling wave status. The multi-mode or even multiple-dominant-mode is prone to occur, that is, the dominant mode is often followed by several apparent subordinate modes with considerable vibration energy. Hence, the shedding frequencies no longer obey Strouhal law, and vibration trajectories become intricate. According to the motion analysis concerning the coupled cross-flow and in-line vibrations, as well as the corresponding wake patterns, a tight coupling interaction exists between the structural deformation and the wake flow behind the flexible pipe. In addition, the evolution of the vortex tube along the pipe span and a strong 3D effect are observed due to the slenderness of the flexible pipe and the variability of the vortex shedding attributed to the shear flow.
Strategic Transformation and Innovation of Population Urbanization in China

After thirty years of reform and opening up, China's urbanization obtains the considerable development, China's urbanization rate reached 52% in 2012, but the population urbanization rate is only 35%, lots of migrant workers has not really integrated into the city, China’s urbanization is facing a series of problems. This paper put forward the proposals of the realization of the population urbanization through intuition innovation, so as to promote the transformation of economic development, integration of urban and rural development, culture the economic growth point. The internal and external environment is undergoing profound and complex changes nowadays, China will room for development and development path in the next 10 years. The paper presents a new urbanization, namely achieving high quality of population urbanization. The population urbanization is the main carrier of expanding domestic demand, institutional innovation is the key to release the potential demand of urbanization, China is building a well-off society and sustainable development of the strategic focus of fair. Main recommendations are: the basic realization of migrant workers citizenization conditions and forming the system frame of population urbanization in 5~6 years; basically forming a new pattern of population urbanization.
Transcriptional analysis of Pieris rapae in response to P. rapae granulovirus

Pieris rapae granulovirus (PrGV) is an important pathogen that has been exploited as a microbial insecticide to control agriculture pests. They can specifically infect cabbage butterfly (Pieris rapae), causing a series of pathological symptoms. In this infected P. rapae at 6 h and 72 h. As a result, a series of host genes were significantly modulated following PrGV infection, including those correlated with exoskeleton, ribosome, heat shock protein (HSP), proteasome, oxidation-reduction and apoptosis. Taken together, our study unveiled the P. rapae response to PrGV at different time point and provided a potential strategy for pest management.
Cooperation Performance Evaluation between Seaport and Dry Port; Case of Qingdao Port and XI'an Port

Along with the drastic competition among ports, the strive for the vast economic hinterland and the supply of goods have become strategic problems for port operators. At the same time, port enterprises are paying more and more attention to the construction of dry ports. This article establishes the port cooperation performance evaluation index based on the balanced score card method and uses the grey relational degree method to evaluate the cooperation performance between seaports and dry ports. Finally using Qingdao port and Xi'an port as an example, and Zhengzhou port and Lanzhou port as benchmarks, the application of this evaluation method is introduced in detail. The conclusion reveals that cooperation between Qingdao port and Xi'an port has deficiencies in customer satisfaction, financial cooperation and non-market tools. Alongside this, the author proposes related issues about information management in the supply chain, competition position and the scope of hinterland. This article, combined with the related theory of supply chain and performance evaluation, puts forward a set of relatively complete cooperation performance evaluations between seaports and dry ports, which provide scientific theory support for better cooperation.
Two Factors Failure Model of Oil-Paper Insulation Aging under Electrical and Thermal Multistress

Converter transformers play important roles in high-voltage direct current transmission systems. This paper presents experimental and analysis results of the combined electrical and thermal aging of oil-impregnated paper at pulsating DC voltages. Breakdown voltages and time-tobreakdown of oil-paper specimens were measured by using short-time and constant-stress tests. The breakdown characteristics of combined electrical and thermal aging on insulation system were discussed. According to the relationship between failure time and aging temperature, the twoparameter Weibull model was improved. On the basis of the competing risk algorithm and the improved Weibull model, the two factors failure model was calculated. And the influence of temperature in the insulation system has been analyzed. This model performs better than the twoparameter Weibull model when both time and temperature are considered as variables in estimating the lifetime of oil-paper insulation.
