Isolation of Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitors from Ginkgo biloba Leaves-Derived Components

The extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves was measured for inhibitory activity against xanthine oxidase. Aceton extract of G. biloba leaves showed strong inhibitory activity. Inhibitory activities of the fractionated extract were in the order of water > ethyl acetate fractions. Two fractions exhibiting strong inhibitory activities ware further purified via repeated silica gel, Amberlite IRN-78, Polyclar AT, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Active components were isolated and identified through $^1$H-NMR and $^{13}$ C-NMR. The compounds were characterized as kaempferol 3-Ο-$\alpha$-(6$^{"′}$-p-coumaroylglucosyl-$\beta$-1,4-rhamnoside), and quercertin 3-Ο-$\alpha$-(6$^{′}$-p-coumaroylglucosyl-$\beta$-1,4-rhamnoside).

목적 : 본 연구는 조현병 클라이언트를 대상으로 시간 사용과 작업 균형의 상태를 알아보고, 작업수행과 참여의 관계를 사례를 통해 알아봄으로서, 작업참여에 대한 중재를 마련할 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 연구는 2020년 9월 1일부터 주 1회 40분씩 10주간 일대일로 클라이언트가 방문하는 사설센터에서 진행하였으며, 작업설문지(Occupational Questionnaire; OQ)와 통계청에서 시행한 2019년 생활시간조사표를 활용하여 시간사용에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 캐나다 작업수행 측정(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure, COPM)을 사용하여 작업수행도와 만족도에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 이를 바탕으로 클라이언트중심 작업치료중재를 실시하였다. 결과 : 클라이언트의 하루 일과 시간 사용은 개인유지가 48.3%, 일 29.2%, 가정관리와 가족 및 가구원 돌보기가 각각 8.3%였으며, 클라이언트 중심 작업치료 중재 후 COPM의 통한 수행도와 만족도가 향상되었다. 결론 : 조현병 클라이언트의 시간사용과 작업균형에 대하여 더 면밀히 파악하고, 작업적 목표에 기반한 참여형 중재가 조현병 클라이언트에게 적극적으로 활용되기 위하여 더욱 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 생각되어진다. *Dept. of Occupational Therapy, Son Il-Hyun Center for Children and Youth **Dept. of Occupational Therapy, Division of Health Science, Baekseok University, Associate Professor Objectives : This study aims to provide basic data for preparing interventions for occupational participation by examining the degree of time use and occupational balance for the schizophrenic client, and by grasping the work performance and participation level. Methods : The study was conducted at a private center visited by clients one-on-one for 10 weeks for 40 minutes once a week from September 1, 2020. Analyzed for use. In addition, data on occupational performance and satisfaction were collected using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), and based on this, a client-centered occupational therapy intervention was conducted. Results : As for the client s daily work and time use, personal retention was 48.3%, daily 29.2%, and family management and family and household member care were 8.3%, respectively, and performance and satisfaction through COPM improved after client-centered occupational therapy intervention. Conclusion : It is thought that more studies should be conducted in order to more closely grasp the time use and work balance of schizophrenia clients, and to actively utilize participatory interventions based on work goals for schizophrenia clients.

본 논문은 최근의 급변하는 국제무역환경, 통관제도의 발전내역, 컨테이너 물동량의 변화추이 등을 살펴보고 물류현장에서의 경험과 다양한 의견 수렴을 토대로 부산항에 대하여 부두지역에서의 컨테이너화물 물류를 촉진할 수 있는 효율적인 통관제도를 연구하였다. 항만지역 컨테이너의 흐름을 더욱 원활히 하기 위하여 해상 수입화물의 적하목록 제출~하선신고~반입신고 구간에서 보세운송신고와 수입통관에 제한을 두고 있는 구간을 개선하는 방안을 제시하였고, 물류보안 강화를 통한 항만경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 수출화물 선적지세관 선별검사제도와 환적 컨테이너 교체 작업 예정신고제 및 컨테이너번호.봉인번호 추적체계 도입 등을 제시하였다. This thesis describes the key elements for efficient customs clearance system which can facilitate flow of maritime container cargo in the pier area of Busan port, on the basis of considering great changes on international trade environment, development of customs clearance system, variation of commercial container traffic, and diverse views originated from field experience in the distribution industry. To facilitate the flow of maritime containers, reform plan of bonded-transportation and import declaration is proposed to relieve the customs restriction during the days from discharging cargos to taking them into bonded warehouse. Also, various plans to strengthen maritime security, such as customs exam of high-risk export cargos in loading port, pre-declaration of transit container replacement, container tracing system, are proposed to improve Busan port's competitiveness in safety.

Purpose: Modifications of implant design have been related to improving initial stability. The purpose of this study was to investigate their respective effect on initial stability between two tapered implant systems (self-tapping vs. non-self-tapping) in medium density bone using three different analytic methods. Materials and Methods: Self-tapping implant (GS III$^{(R)}$; Osstem Implant Co., Busan, Korea) and non-self-tapping implant (Replace Select$^{(R)}$; Nobel Biocare, G$\H{o}$teborg, Sweden) were investigated. In Solid rigid polyurethane blocks of artificially simulated Quality 2 bone, each of the 5 implants was inserted according to the manufacturer's instructions for medium-bone drilling protocol. Evaluation of initial stability was carried out by recording the maximum insertion torque (IT) and performing the resonance frequency analysis (RFA), and the pull-out test. Results: The IT and RFA values of self-tapping implant were significantly higher than those of non self-tapping implant (P=.009 and P=.047, respectively). In the pull-out values, no significant differences were found in implants between two groups (P=.117). Within each implant system, no statistically significant correlation was found among three different outcome variables. Conclusions: These findings suggest that design characteristics of implant geometry significantly influence the initial stability in medium bone density.
