Purpose: This study aims to measuring the employee performance distributions of company in using relationship analysis between motivation, organization learning, compensation, and Organizational commitment. Research design and methodology: The study was conducted on 102 employees as a sample. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS. Results: the research result has shown that motivation and compensation have a positive significant effect on organizational commitment. While organizational learning has negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, motivation, organizational learning and motivation have no significant effect on employee performance distribution and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on employee performance distribution. Results for mediating effect has obtained where organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance distribution, but cannot mediate the effect of organizational learning on employee performance distribution. Conclusion: Organizational commitment in this study can make employees feel comfortable and attached to the company so that employees can perform well to achieve company goals. Motivation and compensation are driving factors in improving employee performance distribution and will achieved if employees have good organizational commitment. In this study, organizational learning is not an important factor in improving employee performance distribution.

Sexual violence is a crime in which the victims are usually blamed for being the cause. When it happens to a cisgender heterosexual woman, many people tend to use her appearance and her behavior to justify the victim blaming. It is even more complicated for lesbians, bisexual women, and female-to-male transgenders (LBT). When sexual violence happens to them, their sexual and/or gender identity tend to be added on as the reasons to justify the perpetrators’ actions. Strangely, in contrast to that, this crime is also usually thought of as the cause of their being LBT. This paper is aimed at exploring these paradoxical thoughts of sexual violence against LBT, its effects on LBT’s lives, and efforts made to take apart the paradox itself.

This study investigated the effects of supplementation of the nutraceutical product Eurycoma longifolia Jack on recreational athletes` endurance running capacity and physiological responses in the heat. Twelve Malaysian healthy male recreational athletes (Age: 23.3 (3.7) years old; VO2max: 45.1 (8.1) ml.kg-1.min-1) were recruited in this double blind, placebo-controlled, cross-over study. Subjects completed two endurance running trials in the heat (31°C, 70% relative humidity), performed on separate days, after consuming either 2 capsules of Eurycoma longifolia Jack (75 mg per capsule) or a placebo per day for 7 days before and one hour prior to the experimental trial. On trial day, after 5 minutes of warm-up at 50 % VO2max, the subjects were requested to run on the treadmill at 60 % VO2max for 60 minutes. This was immediately followed by a 20-minute time trial for determining endurance running capacity. Blood samples were taken before warm up, after warm-up, and every 20 minutes during the trial. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with repeated measures. Results showed that the endurance running capacity of E. longifolia was not significantly different from that of the placebo trial. Similarly, oxygen uptake, heart rate, skin temperature, tympanic temperature, ratings of perceived exertion, haemoglobin concentration, haematocrit level, plasma glucose concentration, and plasma free fatty acid concentration were not significantly different between the trials. These findings suggested that supplementation of the E. longifolia product at a dosage of 150 mg.day-1 for 7 days has not provided beneficial effects on endurance running capacity and physiological responses of recreational athletes in the heat. Higher dosage and longer duration of supplementation of the product may be warranted to evaluate further its endurance capacity during exercise.

We studied a cluster family in the northern part of the Carina Nebula (NGC 3372) a group of clusters near NGC 3324 (Tr 15, NGC 3293, Loden 165, Loden 153 and IC 2581). We used data from UCAC4 to determine the cluster's membership and the near infrared CMDs of each cluster. We analyzed the spatial density and elongation as a function of radius for each cluster and found a possible interaction between NGC 3293 and Loden153. However, the shape distortion of NGC 3324 cannot be evaluated because of the inhomogenity in the coverage of UCAC4 in the east part of NGC 3324.

Optimizing the design of the preform shapes used in warm forging processes is important for improving quality and reducing cost. The main objective of this study was to optimize the design of a preform shape for a bevel gear to obtain a good product and to improve the efficiency of the warm forging process. Quality parameters included in the fitness function were form-filling, preform volume, and complexity. First, basic principles pertaining to the cross sections, thickness, and concave radius of a bevel gear preform were applied in conjunction with certain theoretical expressions and empirical methods to produce an initial preform shape and initial geometry. Subsequently, mathematical evaluation models of the fitness function were generated to optimize the preform shape. Finally, a genetic algorithm was applied to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, and the best solution was determined considering the accuracy of the results, within the close proximity set generated by the multi-objective genetic algorithm optimization. The optimal preform shape was decreased in weight by approximately 8 % and its flash dimensions were decreased by about 5 % compared to the initial preform shape. This research is expected to improve the efficiency of fabricating bevel gears by means of warm forging processes.

The purpose of the research was to investigate the characteristics of technology users, their knowledge about the technology and whether that affected technology adoption, and, through the measurement utilitarian value as a mediator, to find out whether the behavior toward mobile payment technology adoption is considered most effective during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at this research locus, Central Java Province, Indonesian Batik SME consumers. The research methodology was quantitative with data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the final sample of 294 respondents’ answers. To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, this was an initial attempt toward a holistic and integrative approach to explain the adoption of mobile payment in Indonesia with different consumer characteristics in each region of Indonesia and varying levels of knowledge about mobile payment applications. The results show that the utilitarian value as a mediating variable only affected the relationship between the characteristics of technology users and adoption behavior. The findings of this study suggest that the stronger the knowledge of technology users, the more influential the adoption behavior of the mobile payment technology for Indonesian Batik small-, and medium-sized enterprise (SME) consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the new normal era.

Young, different and dangerous are popular quotations from Indonesian rock band named Superman Is Dead. The quotes seems precise on describing the situation of Indonesias youth today; passionate, dares to be different and challenging hazards. Historically, Indonesian history is driven by youth engagement. The fall of the New Order regime had became the political momentum for Indonesias reform. And it resurrection is driven by youth. Until today, youth are the hope for the idea of the new Indonesia. Youth involvement in social movements is actually a common phenomenon. However, the typical notion of reproducing the social movement ideas had coloured the recent era. The diverse issues in social movements such as the environment, human rights, against corruption, and interfaith been very dynamic in the presence of youth. Also in the field of womens struggle movement. In the womens movement, the youths presence gave a new color. Colors that can be read as a critique of the stagnation womens movement in Yogyakarta. Seniority and the shadows of the past glory of the movement had being reconstructed through more contemporary issues. The extent of the issue brings an implication both for models and strategies in the womens movement. Even hirakrial dialectic does not run as it seems, but the existence of youth represent an idea that against the mainstream which is commonly known in the womens movement. Youth efforts as the agency who are trying to negotiate their own definition, action and strategic issues of womens movement will be the focus in this paper. Some of the youth who involved in the womens movement in Yogyakarta will be the agencies representation who narrates the spirit of youth; theyre still young, theyre different and theyre endanger the established situation.
