Entrepreneurship is a creation of new combinations of goods and services. Today, every aspect of business operations has been changing, which we call development. The conventional business included production and manufacturing of goods and serving things the customer needed. Today, the business has changed form so that the demands of customers are shaped by the good or service which has been created by the busi-nesses. Entrepreneurship in Mongolia is not a new concept but nowadays the number of entrepreneurs in Mongolia has grown sharply. Mongolia was a nomadic culture during its history and is probably the only nomadic culture left in the world today. Mongolian herders are the largest and the most powerful representation of successful entrepreneurs in Mongolia. Another practice of herders in the world are in Australia. Along with a comparison of the policy and government support system of Australia, this study intends to assess how 6 factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem fit herders in Mongolia. As a result of this assessment, we propose policy to support the entrepreneurial mechanism of herders and identify cultural factors which support the existence of herding.

The purpose of this study was to explore awareness of ‘Mongolian food’ using big data analysis of google search resources. For this, this study collected data from google web, scholar and news from 2016 to 2019. The data was collected by using SCTM(Smart Crawling & Text Mining), a data collecting and processing program. Degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged NetDraw along with UCINET 6. The result showed that ‘news’ and ‘meat’ was frequently appeared. In addition, the web visibility was also high for travel, such as ‘ger’, ‘festival’, ‘tour’ and ‘gobi’. Convergence of iterated correlations showed 4 clustered named ‘traditional culture of Mongolia’, ‘tourism’, ‘information’and ‘new trend of food’. Last group was ‘new trend of food’ related words, such as ‘restaurant’, ‘menu’ and ‘chicken’. This study regarding on current status of mongolian foods, and future trend of mongolian foods. Therfore, the study provide basic data on Mongolian food culture.

The current study aimed to segment Mongolian female consumers based on luxury consumption values and to compare lifestyle, demographic characteristics, purchase behavior, and perceived brand personality among the segments. The survey was administered to consumers who had purchased luxury products in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. A total of 184 surveys were used for data analysis. Exploratory factor analysis revealed five luxury values: quality value, hedonic value, conspicuous value, social value, and unique value. Using the five luxury values, clustering analysis was conducted, showing that there were four distinct segments: passive shoppers, show- offs, rational value groups, and hedonists. ANOVAs and chi-square analyses revealed that these four segments differed in consumption values, demographic characteristics, lifestyle dimensions (including appearance consciousness, leisure orientation, life enjoyment, and achievement orientation), and purchase behavior (including purchase frequency, price of products purchased, and product selection criteria). Moreover, value segments showed differences in five dimensions of luxury brand personality: sincerity, professionalism/attractiveness, excitement, materialism, and sophistication. The results suggest that consumption values serve as a significant basis for segmentation. Furthermore, the current study indicates that value segments can be described as consumers’ perceived brand personality. The study concludes with a discussion of the results, theoretical and practical implications, and limitations.
