Novel meso-porous nanoparticles Au/TiO2 thin films were obtained by template synthesis using polyethylene glycol as filler medium. The materials were characterized by advanced analytical methods. The photocatalysts were employed for the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline from aqueous solutions using UV-A light (λmax 330 nm). Various physico-chemical parametric studies enabled to deduce the mechanism of degradation. A significant percentage of tetracycline was mineralized by the treatment. The stability of thin film was evidenced with the repeated use of thin film. The degradation of tetracycline was proceeded predominantly by the OH radicals generated at the valance and conduction band of semiconductor.

This paper investigates the existence of mild solution for a fractional integro-differential equations with a deviating argument and nonlocal initial condition in an arbitrary separable Hilbert space $H$ via technique of approximations. We obtain an associated integral equation and then consider a sequence of approximate integral equations obtained by the projection of considered associated nonlocal fractional integral equation onto finite dimensional space. The existence and uniqueness of solutions to each approximate integral equation is obtained by virtue of the analytic semigroup theory via Banach fixed point theorem. Next we demonstrate the convergence of the solutions of the approximate integral equations to the solution of the associated integral equation. We consider the Faedo-Galerkin approximation of the solution and demonstrate some convergence results. An example is also given to illustrate the abstract theory.

The aim of this review article is to summarize the role of titanium oxide (TiO2) nanomaterials in the remediation of the aquatic environment contaminated with various emerging pollutants. The advanced oxidation process led by the semiconductor TiO2 is an impetus in the remediation technology. Therefore, a vast number of literature works are available in this area. Further, the role of modified TiO2 or thin film materials were discussed in the review. Also, the Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) effect of using noble metaldoped TiO2 played an interesting role in the remediation process.
Intuitionistic fuzzy automata and intuitionistic fuzzy regular expressions
Alka Choubey,Ravi K M 한국전산응용수학회 2009 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.27 No.1
A definition of finite automaton (DFA and NDFA) with intuitionistic fuzzy (final) states is proposed. Acceptance of intuitionistic fuzzy regular language by the finite automaton (DFA and NDFA) with intuitionistic fuzzy (final) states are examined. It is found that the finite automaton (DFA and NDFA) with intuitionistic fuzzy (final) states is more suitable for recognizing intuitionistic fuzzy regular language than earlier model. The paper also gives an idea of intuitionistic fuzzy regular expressions through possible definitions.
