The article shows the relevance of the availability of mobile service tools for maintenance of machines in the conditions of agricultural enterprises. The main purpose of the work is to simulate, test and describe the application conditions of the hinged unit for maintenance of machines. Improvement of maintenance units should be carried out in the direction of improving their environmental safety and reducing costs. The authors offer a small-sized maintenance aggregate, substantiate its functionality, hinged type of execution, the layout algorithm and the condition of economic feasibility of purchasing this service unit by the enterprise. The test results of the experimental unit prove that it satisfies the requirements of safety and ergonomics, while the laboriousness of service works does not exceed the current normative values. Technical and economic calculation shows a reduction in the cost of service operations relative to serial analogues and the expediency of using the aggregate in the conditions of agricultural enterprises of all organizational forms.

In this paper, we propose a method for constructing a mobile robot navigation system based on data fusion obtained from on-board sensors and cameras using an extended Kalman filter. Moreover, the video device we use is a low cos web-camera, that leads to whole system price reduction. The approach can significantly improve the accuracy of mobile robot navigation where global positioning systems are not available. The method proposed consists of two stages. In the first stage video processing and providing additional information about mobile robot movement occurs. A second stage is the fusion of the navigation data obtained from the video stream and the data received from the onboard sensors of the mobile robot. The experimental study of the proposed approach proved its higher accuracy and efficiency comparing with methods based on onboard sensors or mobile robot video camera only.

A two-layer beam consisting of an elastoplastic layer and a functional layer made of shape memory alloy (SMA) TiNi is considered. Constitutive relations for SMA are set by a microstructural model capable to calculate strain increment produced by arbitrary increments of stress and temperature. This model exploits the approximation of small strains. The equations to calculate the variations of the strain and the internal variables are based on the experimentally registered temperature kinetics of the martensitic transformations with an account of the crystallographic features of the transformation and the laws of equilibrium thermodynamics. Stress and phase distributions over the beam height are calculated by steps, by solving on each step the boundary-value problem for given increments of the bending moment (or curvature) and the tensile force (or relative elongation). Simplifying Bernoulli's hypotheses are applied. The temperature is considered homogeneous. The first stage of the numerical experiment is modeling of preliminary deformation of the beam by bending or stretching at a temperature corresponding to the martensitic state of the SMA layer. The second stage simulates heating and subsequent cooling across the temperature interval of the martensitic transformation. The curvature variation depends both on the total thickness of the beam and on the ratio of the layer's thicknesses.

The world financial crisis and its negative influence on the economy sparked a lively discussion about the methods a state should use to avoid with financial bubbles. There is a concept of "real products". It is such kind of marketing as goods, services and information that can satisfy all the range of human need at the moment of trade (exchange).

Cyclic world economic crises have not only negative but also positive results. In particular, they lead to a necessity for rational renewing of the methodological aspects of elaborating effective development control systems for national economies and working out principles of the formation and functioning of international economic communities that should be adequate to the changes in the world economy.
Design of Logging Infrastructure in Consideration of the Dynamically Changing Environment
( Aleksandr Mokhirev ),( Konstantin Rukomojnikov ),( Marina Gerasimova ),( Sergey Medvedev ) 한국목재공학회 2021 목재공학 Vol.49 No.3
Using forest resources involves solving complex and diverse tasks. At the same time, one of the key goals in the field is improving the quality of forest infrastructure. This direction requires adequate mathematical and economic justification. Moreover, creating an effective infrastructure will not only increase the accessibility and usage volumes of wood and other forest resources, but also contribute to the development of continuous and sustainable forest management. The existing practice of making decisions in terms of the organizational and technological aspects of logging, based on the personal experiences of managers or leading specialists in enterprises, hinders the achievement of constant optimal efficiency. The paper presents results that are a continuation of the research cycle of the authors' team in the fields of optimization and algorithmization of various logging processes. The focus of the study lies in the processing and movement of wood resources, the most valuable products of the investigated groups of enterprises. To this end, the paper presents a developed algorithm for determining an effective technological chain of transportation in logging operations, and for improving loading and unloading processing operations under dynamic natural and production conditions. This algorithm serves as the methodological basis for designing logging infrastructure in a dynamically changing environment.
Fast sensorless startup method for ultra‑high‑speed PMSMs with air bearings
Aleksandr Sheianov,Xi Xiao 전력전자학회 2024 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.24 No.1
Traditional sensorless drives do not have a strict requirement for their acceleration time. Therefore, I-F startup is widely used in these drives. I-F startup cannot successfully operate with very fast acceleration slew rates. Thus, a slow slew rate is generally used for the startup process. However, in the case of the ultra-high-speed (UHS) motors with air bearings, one of the critical requirements is to reach the floating speed of the air bearing as fast as possible, which is generally within the range of 0.5 to 0.8 s. Therefore, to reduce the acceleration time of UHS motors, a new sensorless startup sequence is proposed. It includes a new self-correcting method based on the mechanical equation used for the initial acceleration. The proposed startup sequence also includes one new intermediate stage, which consists of a flux-derivative-based position estimator. The flux derivative estimator is able to provide reliable position information at a lower speed, which makes it possible for the motor to continue its acceleration at the maximum rate around the end of the first revolution. To verify its feasibility, a set of simulations is conducted. Finally, an experimental setup is built, and the acceleration characteristics of both methods are demonstrated on an actual high-speed machine.

Objective Impaired cardiac efficiency is a hallmark of diabetic cardiomyopathy in models of type 2 diabetes. Adiponectin receptor 1 (AdipoR1) deficiency impairs cardiac efficiency in non-diabetic mice, suggesting that hypoadiponectinemia in type 2 diabetes may contribute to impaired cardiac efficiency due to compromised AdipoR1 signaling. Thus, we investigated whether targeting cardiac adiponectin receptors may improve cardiac function and energetics, and attenuate diabetic cardiomyopathy in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods A non-selective adiponectin receptor agonist, AdipoRon, and vehicle were injected intraperitoneally into Eight-week-old db/db or C57BLKS/J mice for 10 days. Cardiac morphology and function were evaluated by echocardiography and working heart perfusions. Results Based on echocardiography, AdipoRon treatment did not alter ejection fraction, left ventricular diameters or left ventricular wall thickness in db/db mice compared to vehicle-treated mice. In isolated working hearts, an impairment in cardiac output and efficiency in db/db mice was not improved by AdipoRon. Mitochondrial respiratory capacity, respiration in the presence of oligomycin, and 4-hydroxynonenal levels were similar among all groups. However, AdipoRon induced a marked shift in the substrate oxidation pattern in db/db mice towards increased reliance on glucose utilization. In parallel, the diabetes-associated increase in serum triglyceride levels in vehicle-treated db/db mice was blunted by AdipoRon treatment, while an increase in myocardial triglycerides in vehicle-treated db/db mice was not altered by AdipoRon treatment. Conclusion AdipoRon treatment shifts myocardial substrate preference towards increased glucose utilization, likely by decreasing fatty acid delivery to the heart, but was not sufficient to improve cardiac output and efficiency in db/db mice.
