Multi-granularity linguistic information has been studied by researchers in many disciplines, in which the scale of linguistic term sets is usually restricted in domain [0, 1]. In this paper, we consider the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems, in which the evaluation of each alternative with respect to each attribute is provided by several experts of the corresponding field. In order to convey the preferences of different experts exactly and to describe the characteristics of different attributes, linguistic term sets with different granularities and different scales have been proposed to express their evaluation values. Moreover, the performance values given by the experts take the form of modified proportional 2-tuples. In this process, the modified proportional 2-tuple, its comparative rules as well as several aggregation operators have been proposed. A new method has been proposed to achieve a basic modified linguistic term set (BMLTS) and a transformation function has been defined to make the performance values uniform. An example is given to illustrate the applicability and flexibility of the method.
Research Based on Stability of Manufacturing Clusters from Perspective of Super-network
Aiping Qiao 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.8
Based on the issue how ecological technologies influence manufacturing clusters under market disciplines, a manufacturing cluster network model that regards ecological technologies of supplier manufacturers and vendors as subjects has been established. The network flows of super-networks are flow resources of manufacturing clusters. This paper, through analyzing features of suppliers of ecological technologies manufacturers and vendors, has discussed the steady states of manufacturing cluster super-networks and analyzed the influence of flows of ecological technologies utilization rates of ecological technologies, risks of ecological technologies and other parameters on steady states. Finally, the simulation verification on the model has been conducted with cluster particles, key factors which are influencing the model have been analyzed and countermeasures for improvement have been proposed.

Background: Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MPKs) play important role in response to environmental stress as crucial signal receptors or sensors. Our previous study indicated that salt stress acts as a positive factor to stimulate the production of pharmacodynamic metabolites in the medicinal plant Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Currently, little is known about the MPK gene family and their functions in the medicinal plant G. uralensis. Objective: Identification, comprehensive bioinformatic analysis, expression profiling, and response pattern under salt stress of the G. uralensis GuMPK gene family. Methods: Genome-wide investigation and expression profiling of the MPK gene family in G. uralensis, and their phylogenetic relationships, evolutionary characteristics, gene structure, motif distribution, promoter cis-acting element, and expression pattern under salt stress in two different salt-tolerant Glycyrrhiza species were performed. Results: A total of 20 G. uralensis GuMPK genes were identified and categorized into five groups, and had conserved gene structure and motif distribution. Expression profiling of GuMPK genes suggested their potentially diverse functions in plant growth and in response to phytohormones and environmental stress, particularly GuMPK1, 2, 5, and 10 as key components for G. uralensis in response to abiotic stress. Further expression analysis under NaCl treatment in two different salt-tolerant Glycyrrhiza species displayed the MPKs' different response patterns, emphasizing the role of MPK2, 5, 7, and 16 as potentially crucial genes for Glycyrrhiza to respond to salt stress. Conclusion: Our results provide a genome-wide identification and expression profiling of MPK gene family in G. uralensis, and establish the foundation for screening key responsive genes and understanding the potential function and regulatory mechanism of GuMPKs in salt responsiveness.

The express delivery industry has developed rapidly because of the success of e-commerce. The products provided by this industry are “services,” while the nearest contact with consumers is the “distribution” link, which best reflects service satisfaction. If the quality of express delivery service is improved, then such improvement will facilitate the enhancement of consumer satisfaction. At present, college students have become one of the main consumer groups of e-commerce in China. The previous literature mainly discusses the problems and solutions of campus express service, but it lacks the combination with the campus express service process. Therefore, this study uses China’s domestic A and B colleges as examples to discuss important key factors of the satisfaction of college students with campus express delivery services. The six dimensions (service quality, express delivery cost, delivery quality, delivery time and delivery efficiency, delivery location, and information security) are designed to evaluate the satisfaction degree of the express delivery service of colleges. Based these six dimensions, the evaluation indicators of the satisfaction with express delivery service in colleges are designed to investigate the importance of the evaluation indicators of college express service satisfaction. Results of reliability and validity analysis show that the content of the indicators of each research dimension in the questionnaires conforms to the research structure and the reliability of the questionnaire is good. Moreover, results of the grey relational analysis indicate that four important key factors affect the satisfaction with express delivery services of colleges: “B1. Rationality of picking service charge”; “A2. Home delivery services”; “D2. Pick up quickly, no need to queue long”; and “B2. Reasonable charges for different courier companies.” Thereafter, Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) analysis is performed to establish seven improved strategies for these factors. These strategies can be divided into external delivery (i.e., S1, S2, S3, and S5) and internal management optimization (i.e., S4, S6, and S7). Lastly, service blueprint is used to decompose the campus express delivery service into process steps. The solution strategies formulated from TRIZ analysis is integrated into the service blueprint to optimize the campus express delivery service process in China. The optimized service blueprint is used as basis to establish workflow guidelines, thereby providing an efficient work advice for campus express delivery services in China.

This study aimed to obtain implications on childrearing and childcare practices for achieving children's well-being through analyzing factors predicting children's well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic in eight Asian countries. We primarily focused on “resilience,” the ability to cope with and recover from difficult situations, which had been confirmed from previous studies as a positive factor towards children’s development in the context of hardships. We also chose other potential predictors referring to Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, including mothers’ concerns about COVID-19, household income, number of playmates, support from childcare facilities/schools, family environments, and children’s lifestyles, and examined how these predictor variables predict children’s well-being. We found that children’s resilience strongly predicted their well-being, which was common in all eight countries. Family factors and children's daily life factors were also associated with children's well-being. The country-specific analysis also indicated the importance of support from childcare facilities/schools on well-being. Well-being and resilience are both psychological constructs and often studied as important indicators of child health. Resilience has been spot-lighted as an effective protective factor for children experiencing adversities such as the COVID-19 pandemic. We have found that resilience was the strongest predictor of well-being among other factors even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Liquid crystal display panel fabricated in dual mode
Yaping Wang,Aiping Mo,Qingfeng Jiang 한국정보디스플레이학회 2012 Journal of information display Vol.13 No.1
The current panels for liquid crystal display (LCD) TV sets are all characterized by pins placed on two sides. To manufacture one type of panel, a dedicated mask is needed, and the production line should be started once. Moreover, the whole panel needs to be removed if a dead pixel is found. If the panel, however, will first be fabricated with pins placed on four sides and then divided by a cross-cut into four equal-sized panels with pins placed on two sides, one set of masks can be used to manufacture two types of LCD panels, which was referred to by the authors as dual mode. In this paper, the concept of the dual mode and its differences from the conventional way of producing panels are introduced. Its advantages in boosting production efficiency, improving the product’s good rate, and lowering the production cost are also described based on case studies. Of particular importance is the fact that the dual mode is very suitable for the trial production of very-large-area LCD TV sets.
