        경기도 일부 지역 청소년들의 치과공포 및 불안에 대한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 경기지역 일부 중학생의 치과치료 관련 공포 및 불안 수준을 측정하고, 그와 관련된 요인 및 이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하여 불안과 공포감을 완화시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하여 보다 편안하고 효율적인 구강건강관리가 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 본 연구는 경기도 일부 중학생 622명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 남학생 337명, 여 학생 277명으로서 과거 치과치료 경험이 있는 총 614명의 자료를 이용하였다. 분석 방법은 각 문항별 답변의 분포를 알아보 기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 남녀별 응답의 차이를 검정하기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였으며 공포점수의 비교를 위하여 Mann-whitney U 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 경기도 일부 중학생들은 치과 전문가가 일반적으로 생각하지 못한 부분에 서도 치과공포를 느끼는 것으로 나타났고, 진료실에서 직접 치료를 하는 경우와 관련된 항목에서 공포를 느끼는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 여학생이 남학생보다 높은 수준의 치과공포도를 보였다(p<0.05). The objective of this study is to measure the fear and anxiety levels of some middle school students in Gyeonggi Province, to analyze the relevant factors, to seek how to alleviate such fear and anxiety and thus enable to make a comfortable and efficient oral management. Six hundred twenty two middle school students in Gyeonggi Province participated in the survey, which used the data of 614 respondents, i.e. 337 males and 277 females. A frequency analysis was conducted to determine the distribution of answers for each question, a crosstabulation analysis was performed to verify the gender differences in answer and an Mann-whitney U test was used to compare fear scores. According to the results patients feared even in unexpected circumstances. In addition, they feared when receiving direct treatment. In terms of gender, female students showed higher levels of fear than male ones (p<0.05).

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of green design in the 1990s based on ecological aesthetics and identify the trend toward eco-design in different times. It was based on our study of literatures and cases along with analysis of contents. To establish the concept of eco-design, the case study was conducted on relevant literatures and photographs, and in terms of cases related to fashion, the study of all design trends occurred in the past analyzed the characteristics of design elements between 1990 and 1999. As the result, trend toward green design could be split into naturalism, minimalism and recycle. The first two trends share the core concept of reduce. As the trend pursued minimalism, at the production stage, it had a simple form and was designed using materials that can minimize the damage to the environment. This kind of materials had natural colors such as ecru. Addition ally, in the recycle trend, recycling fashion that came from the need to conserve resources and protect environment caught on with the reuse of old materials and various methods of expression through diversity of materials. Almost anything could be used; fabrics, paper, recycled plastic, and everyday products. And you can see that fashion had played an active role in recycling resources using various methods like patchwork, collage, fraying, fringe, and layering

        치조골 상실에 따른 상악 치아군 저항중심의 변화에 관한 유한요소해석

        효과적인 교정치료계획의 수립을 위하여 치열군의 저항중심의 위치에 대한 평가는 필수적이다. 이번 연구의 목적은 상악 치열군(4전치, 6전치, 14치아)에서 치조골 손실에 따른 저항중심의 위치변화를 조사해보고자 하였다. 상악 전치열 14개 치아와 치주인대 및 0 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm 손실된 치조골의 3차원 유한요소 모델을 제작하였고 각 치아군(4전치, 6전치, 14치아)별로 치관부를 협측, 설측호선 및 splint wire로 고정하여 치아군 모델을 제작한 후 상악 중절치의 절단연 중점에서 연장된 splint wire에 4전치와 6전치군에는 200 g, 14치아군에는 400 g의 후방 견인력과 압하력을 적용하여 저항중심의 수직적, 수평적 위치를 분석하였다. 4전치군에서 저항중심의 수직 위치는 치조골 0 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm 손실에 따라 중절치의 절단연에서 치근방향 13.5 mm, 14.5 mm, 15 mm, 수평 위치는 후방 12 mm, 12 mm, 12.5 mm, 6전치군에서는 치근방향 13.5 mm, 14.5 mm, 15.5 mm, 후방 14 mm, 14 mm, 14.5 mm, 14치아군에서는 치근방향 11 mm, 13 mm, 14.5 mm, 후방 26.5 mm, 27 mm, 25.5 mm에 위치하였다. 모든 치아군에서 저항중심은 치조골 손실에 따라 치근첨 방향으로 이동하였으나, 치조정과의 거리는 가까워졌고, 4전치군과 6전치군에서 저항중심은 치조골 손실에 따라 후방으로 이동하였으나, 14치아군에서는 치조골 2 mm 손실 시에는 후방으로 이동하였으나, 4 mm 손실 시에는 전방으로 이동하였다. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the center of resistance of the maxillary teeth in relation to alveolar bone loss. Methods: A finite element model, which included the upper dentition and periodontal ligament, was designed according to the amount of bone loss (0 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm). The teeth in each group were fixed with buccal and lingual arch wires and splint wires. Retraction and intrusion forces of 200 g for 4 and 6 anterior teeth groups and 400 g for the full dentition group were applied. Results: The centers of resistance were at 13.5 mm, 14.5 mm, 15 mm apical and 12 mm, 12 mm, 12.5 mm posterior in the 4 incisor group; 13.5 mm, 14.5 mm, 15 mm apical and 14 mm, 14 mm, 14.5 mm posterior in the 6 anterior teeth group; and 11 mm, 13 mm, 14.5 mm apical and 26.5 mm, 27 mm, 25.5 mm posterior in the full dentition group respectively according to 0 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm bone loss. Conclusions: The center of resistance shifted apically and posteriorly as alveolar bone loss increased in 4 and 6 anterior teeth groups. However, in the full dentition group, the center of resistance shifted apically and anteriorly in the 4 mm bone loss model.

      • 국내 육성 황육계 키위푸르트 품종간 저장 특성 비교

        Physiological characteristics of two Korean golden kiwifruit cultivars, ‘Halla Gold’ and ‘Haehyang’, were compared to determine the storage potential of fruit. The soluble solid levels of the fruit were 8.9 and 6.9 oBrix in ‘Halla Gold’ and ‘Haehyang’ at harvest, respectively but increased up to 15.4 in ‘Halla Gold’ and 17.5 oBrix in ‘Haehyang’ after 2 months of storage. Major sugars were fructose and glucose, and sucrose content was relatively low regardless of cultivar. The edible quality of ‘Haehyang’ was better than ‘Halla Gold’ because of higher amount of sugars. Firmness of the fruits gradually decreased as the increase of storage period in ‘Halla Gold’ in both flesh and core tissue. Th firmness loss of ‘Haehyang’ fruit was faster in the first 2 months and then became slow. After 75 days of storage, the firmness of ‘Haehyang’ fruit was only 5.2% at harvest. Core tissue was soften enough to eat at ripe stage. Wall modifying enzyme activities including xylanase, α-L-arabinofuranosi- dase and β-galactosidase were consistently higher in ‘Haehyang’ and the activity of pectate lyase was more increased than ‘Halla Gold’ after 2 months of storage. Respiration rate of ‘Haehyang’ was higher than ‘Halla Gold’ and further increased after 2 months of storage. Weight loss was much higher in ‘Haehyang’ which showed higher rate of the firmness loss. The storage potential of golden kiwifruit was estimated to be about 2 months for ‘Haehyang’ and 3 months for ‘Halla Gold’ when determined on the basis of the fruit firmness.

        Src as a Therapeutic Target in Biliary Tract Cancer

        <P>Src, a nonreceptor tyrosine kinase, is involved in a number of cancer-related signaling pathways and aberrantly activated in biliary tract cancer (BTC). This study aimed to elucidate the potential role of Src as a therapeutic target in BTC. We tested bosutinib, an orally active c-Src/Abl kinase inhibitor, alone or in combination with cytotoxic agents using 9 human BTC cell lines: SNU-245, SNU-308, SNU-478, SNU-869, SNU-1079, SNU-1196, HuCCT1, TFK-1, and EGI-1. Of these, SNU-308 and SNU-478 were relatively sensitive to bosutinib. Bosutinib abrogated phosphorylation of Src and its downstream molecules, and significantly increased G(1) cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis. Bosutinib significantly inhibited cell migration and invasion and decreased epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers. Bosutinib combined with gemcitabine or cisplatin showed synergistic antiproliferative and antimigratory effects. In addition, this combination further inhibited phosphorylation of Src and its downstream molecules and decreased epithelial-mesenchymal transition marker expression compared with bosutinib alone. We established a SNU-478 xenograft model for in vivo experiments, because SNU-478 was more tumorigenic than SNU-308. Bosutinib combined with gemcitabine or cisplatin showed significantly more potent antitumor effects than bosutinib alone. Bosutinib combined with gemcitabine further decreased Ki-67 expression and Src phosphorylation, and further increased TUNEL expression. Our data suggest that Src might be a potential therapeutic target in BTC. Bosutinib demonstrated promising antitumor activity alone or in combination with gemcitabine or cisplatin in BTC cells, which supports further clinical development in patients with advanced BTC.
