There are some results of the analysis on the problems and reform measures of Korean professional baseball. The major problem of the draft system is that athletes can't choose their team where they want to play on. The rules of KBO draft system had been said that it protected from the international scout competition in indiscretion among 8 baseball teams on these poor human resources. But by regional groups, the athletes who are chosen at first should play for 5 years, who are chosen at second should play 3 years on a specific team so that their personal opinions have been ignored at all. And in these days, there is no labor union for the athletes. Right after the rookies have signed their contracts, their teams can do anything with them with the ignorance. Also FA system can make these athletes' lives on their game play since they must play for 9 years on the same team. Therefore, to solve these kinds of a situation, the distribution between the athletes and the teams should be equal and proper after their contracts. To activate this, the all-out draft system should be executed from now on. Because of this system, they don't have to either concern or think about playing on the same team for so many years by regional groups, and their team's treatment towards them should be better than before. In addition, teams have also advantages of this system that they don't have to think about regional groups to choose any rookies so that all teams can have equal chances to have better rookies and there won't be a strong regional differences. Because of the equal level of each teams, there will be more exciting and interesting games each other and the baseball fans will be increased in high amount for the future. On 1999, the new system that each teams can have only 1 rookie who graduated from high school has a great impact on us since it approaches to the all-out draft system step by step. We could conclude that there would be a positive solution on managing Korean Baseball League in active. Currently, the management of a corporation owning a professional baseball team and the KBO regulations are so positive and owned by those corporations of professional baseball teams. In the beginning of Korean Baseball League, there was a great amount of promoting efficiency by team owners since the economic situation of KBL wasn't good enough. But, because of this unbalanced managed system, the team competition had been worse and those baseball fans had left their home teams. Finally, KBO and those team owners have made the lowest profit from the fans because of their wrong managements and faults. From now on, there should be the moment that this wrong system must be changed. They must realize that the game is shown by those athletes and those fans love the fair games of athletes. There won't be any profits if the system wouldn't be based on those athletes and fans. They have to improve the circumstances and environments of athletes' treatments and freedom from any bad regulations. In addition, there should be a great marketing of getting variety focuses from baseball fans who really want great service from team owners. The professional baseball is a great model of any professional sports. In amateur sports, there is only athletes' efforts needed, but in professional, it's not. Those owners should throwaway that their short term of profits only. If they are thinking of great amounts of profits, they have to improve and develop for athletes and fans continuously. We expect that there will be fine teams and fans from their professional system of team owners and KBO.

사회체육전공 대학생들의 이종격투기 시청동기, 관여도, 충성도와 재시청의도에 대한 구조모형분석

This research was to analyze the relationship among viewing motivation, involvement, loyalty and viewing intention of the mixed martial arts program. the collected data, 300, were analyzed by exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis, corelation analysis, reliability analysis and structure model analysis using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 program. viewing motivation of the mixed martial arts program had 4 dimensions: entertainment-rest, information, habit-pass time, and interaction. the final results are as follows: First, entertainment-rest, information, habit-pass time among viewing motivation of the mixed martial arts program had positively influence on involvement of the mixed martial arts program. Second, only information had positively influence on loyalty of the mixed martial arts program. Third, involvement of the mixed martial arts program had positively influence on loyalty and viewing intention of the mixed martial arts program.

대학운동부 운영이 대학 브랜드와 대학에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the operation of the university sports team and the brand awareness, brand image, and attitude toward the university. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model verification were performed using SPSS and AMOS statistical programs to verify the hypotheses established to achieve this research objective. As a result of the study, it was found that coach, marketing, and favorable reception, which are sub-factors of sports ream operation, had a significant effect on both brand recognition and brand image. And, brand image had a significant effect on attitude toward university, but brand awareness did not. According to these results, the university recognized the necessity of running an sports team and needed a strategic approach that could positively recognize the attitude toward the university by reinforcing the brand image.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of goal-setting training on basketball free-throw performance, The subjects were randomly assigned to 2 groups; 30 involved in goal-setting training group(experiment group) and 30 involved in control group. The experiment group participated in goal-setting for 3 weeks. After that, the effect of free-throw between the experiment group and the control group are compared and analyzed. Goal-setting training program and the questionnaires of goal-setting effect were used as experimental instruments. The conclusions are as followings ; 1. The goal-setting training has an affirmative influence on the level of free-throw performance. 2. The goal-setting training has an affirmative influence on the level of performance goal. 3. The goal-setting training does not have an influence on the level of make efforts. 4. The goal-setting training has an affirmative influence on motivation persistency.

개인이 메시지를 수용하는 것은 개인의 사적인 정서와 사회적으로 조율된 감성 둘 다에 의존한다. 사회적 이슈에 반응하는 감성이 생기지 않으면 그 어떤 의미있는 사회적 행위도 불가능하다. 인간은 사회적 공동체에서 명예를 얻기 위한 욕구를 가지고 있기도 하고, 더 나아가 영원한 지혜에 대한 관조로 올라서고자 한다. 인간이 실존적 위기에 처하지 않으면 정치적 의식을 가질 수 없다. Whether an individual can accept a message depends on both of his personal emotion and his socialized emotion. Unless there are any emotions occurred as a result of responding to social issues, it is impossible to expect any meaningful social action from him. A human being has a desire to win honor in a social community. Furthermore, he would attain to contemplation for eternal wisdom. If he is not in an existential crisis, he cannot have political consciousness.
