Prolene Hernia System을 이용한 탈장 교정술의 합병증 비교

Purpose: A tension-free hernia repair using mesh is considered the standard method. A prolene hernia system (PHS) is a more recently introduced hernia-repair device in Korea. We compared complications of beginners’ PHS operation with those of experts in our department. Methods: We retrospectively analysed 448 cases of herniorrhaphy using PHS from December 2002 to August 2007. We compared complication of 150 early cases and 150 late cases. Results: There were 394 male and 54 female patients with ages 19 to 82: 321 indirect, 83 direct, 7 femoral, 4 pantaloon hernias. The most frequent complication of PHS repair was hematoma and wound swelling. The 150 early cases’ complications included 7 hematoma and 9 wound swelling. The 150 late cases’ complications included 7 hematoma and 8 wound swelling. There was no difference between early and late complications. Conclusion: In comparing complications of 150 early and late cases, there was no difference.

여러 산업분야에서 다양한 원심압축기가 사용되고 있다. 따라서 사용자의 요구에 맞는 원심압축기의 설계가 복잡해졌고, 최적화된 설계점을 찾는 것은 더욱 어려워졌다. 전통적으로 효율은 최적화의 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 효율 외에도 압축기의 무게를 고려하여 설계하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 압축기의 효율과 무게를 고려할 때에 그 고려하는 가중치의 변화에 따라 설계의 경향성이 나타남을 확인하는 것에 있다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 초기 설계 단계에서 객관적인 설계점을 선택할 수 있음을 보여주는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 베인이 없는 디퓨저를 한정하여 연구하였다. 최적화를 위해서 크리깅을 사용하였고, 1차원 설계 프로그램의 표본을 적절히 이용하였다. 설계공간을 적절히 가정하였고, 설계공간 내에서 최적설계점을 계산하였다. This makes it more difficult to determine the optimal design point of a centrifugal compressor. Traditionally, the efficiency is an important factor for optimization. In this study, the weight of the compressor was also considered. The aim of this study was to present the design tendency considering the stage efficiency and weight. In addition, this study suggested possibility of a selection of compressor design objectives at an early design stage based on the optimization results. Only a vaneless diffuser was considered in this case. The Kriging method was used with sample points from 1D design program data. The optimal points were determined in a substitute design space.

Various centrifugal compressors are used extensively in the industrial fields nowadays. The design requirements are more complicated to meet the needs. It is difficult to determine the optimal design point of a centrifugal compressor. The efficiency is a traditionally important factor for an optimization. In this study, the impeller weight of a compressor is also considered. The aim of this study is to present a design trend considering the stage efficiency and the weight of an impeller in certain cases. Kriging method is performed with sample points from 1D design program data. The optimal points are determined in a substitute design space.

Concentration in the capital region in Korea is serious enough to have no parallel in the world. Concentration in the capital region in Korea began to surface in 1964, and in an effort to resolve the problems, ‘Capital Region Readjustment Planning Act’was enacted in 1982. Legal ground of national territory planning underlying regulatory policy measures in the capital region in Paragraph 2, Article 120 of Constitution. A special act in nature, the Capital Region Readjustment Planning Act is meant for long-term planning, covering Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do, with the aim of prevention of concentration of population and industry and balanced regional development. National territory development and readjustment planning is an effective tool needed in the sense that multi-channeled national territory development measure of each agency must be readjusted to unite as one for the purpose of ordered regional development. Several years have passed since the Act was established in December 1982 for the cause of prevention of overpopulation in the capital region and promotion of balanced regional development. Nevertheless, this regulations have been a variety of thoughtless developments for the environment and regulations in the capital region in Korea. In this respect, the study analyzed whether current regulatory policy measures of the capital region are appropriate.
