        Ni-K₂Ti<SUB>x</SUB>O<SUB>y</SUB> 촉매를 이용한 해조류 유래 수열 액화 원료의 수증기 개질 반응 연구

        해조류로부터 수열 액화 반응을 통해 생성된 원료를 이용하여 수소가스를 생산하기 위해 개질 반응용 상용화 촉매와 K₂TixOy가 첨가된 니켈(Ni) 제조 촉매를 사용하여 반응온도에 따른 수증기 개질 반응을 수행하였다. 반응원료는 해조류 바이오매스를 503 K의 반응온도에서 2시간 동안 수열 액화를 통해 생성된 액화 원료를 사용하였으며, 상용화 촉매(FCR-4-02)와 제조 촉매(Ni/K₂TixOy-Al₂O₃, Ni/K₂TixOy-SiO₂, Ni/K₂TixOy-ZrO₂/CeO₂, Ni/K₂TixOy-MgO) 및 반응온도에 따른 수증기 개질반응의 활성을 비교 연구하였다. 실험결과 제조 촉매 4종 모두 상용화 촉매와 비교하여 반응활성이 높게 나타나는 것이 확인되었으며, 제조 촉매의 지지체에 따라 생성되는 가스의 조성이 달라지는 것이 확인되었다. 특히, 산성이나 염기성을 띄는 Al₂O₃와 MgO의 지지체와 중성을 띄는 SiO₂의 지지체에서는 CO가 선택적으로 높게 생성이 되었으며 환원성을 띄는 CeO₂를 포함하는 지지체에서는 수성가스 전환 반응이 일어나 CO₂가 높게 생성됨을 보였다. Hydrogen production via steam reforming of liquefaction liquid from marine algae over hydrothermal liquefaction was carried out at 873 ~ 1073 K with a commercial catalyst and Ni based K2TixOy added catalysts. Liquefaction liquid obtained by hydrothermal liquefaction (503 K, 2 h) was used as a reactant and comparison studies for catalytic activity over different catalysts (FCR-4-02, Ni/K2TixOy-Al₂O₃, Ni/K₂TixOy-SiO₂, Ni/K2TixOy-ZrO₂/CeO₂ and Ni/K₂TixOy-MgO), reaction temperature were performed. Experimental results showed Ni/K₂TixOy based catalysts (Ni/K₂TixOy-Al₂O₃, Ni/K₂TixOy-SiO₂, Ni/K₂TixOy-ZrO₂/CeO₂ and Ni/K₂TixOy-MgO) have a higher activity than commercial catalyst (FCR-4-02) and In particular, a product composition was different depending on support materials. An acidic support (Al₂O₃) and a basic support (MgO) led to a higher selectivity for CO while a neutral support (SiO₂) and a reducing support (ZrO₂/CeO₂) resulted in a higher CO₂ selectivity due to water gas shift reaction.

        고정화 산성 이온성 액체 촉매와 금속염화물 촉매를 이용한 셀룰로우스의 5-HMF로의 직접 전환 연구

        셀룰로우스(cellulose)를 5-히드록시메틸푸르푸랄(5-hydroxymethylfurfural, 5-HMF)로 직접 전환하기 위해 이온성 액체 용매하에서 다양한 금속염화물과 산 촉매를 비교 연구하였다. 사용한 금속염화물은 Sn(II), Zn(II), Al(III), Fe(III), Cu(II), Cr(III)를 포함한 염화물을 비교하였으며 산 촉매는 산성 이온성 액체를 고정화하여 사용하였다. 비교를 위하여 H2SO4, HCl, Amberlyst-15와 DOWEX50x8을 사용하였다. 제조한 촉매의 산도와 산 밀도 특성은 Hammett Indicator 지시약을 통하여 분석하였다. 5-HMF의 선택도 및 수율은 반응온도, 반응시간과 촉매 비를 통하여 확인하였다. 사용한 촉매들 중에서 5-HMF의 선택도는 CrCl3-6H2O와 SiO2-[ASBI]HSO4를 사용하였을 때에 가장 높게 나타났으며, 상용화 고체 산인 Amberlyst-15와 DOWEX50x8에 비하여 활성이 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 5-HMF의 선택도는 산 촉매의 산도와 반응에 사용된 촉매비에 영향이 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 반응 중 재수화 반응이 일어나 레불린산(levulinic acid)이 생성된다는 것을 확인하였다. Various metal chlorides and acid catalysts in ionic liquid solvent were investigated to directly convert cellulose into 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF). Metal chlorides containing Sn(II), Zn(II), Al(III), Fe(III), Cu(II), and Cr(III) were used and acidic ionic liquid immobilized on silica gel as an acid catalyst and commercial acid catalysts (sulfuric acid, chloric acid, Amberlyst-15,DOWEX50x8) were used for comparison studies. The acid strength and amount of acid catalysts were probed with Hammett indicator. The selectivity and yield of 5-HMF were determined with reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst ratio. A catalyst containing CrCl3-6H2O and SiO2-[ASBI]HSO4 showed the highest selectivity and it was found that this catalyst had higher activity than commercial solid acid catalysts such as Amberlyst-15 and DOWEX50x8. The selectivity of 5-HMF appeared to be mainly dependent on the acid strength and catalyst ratio, it was found that levulinic acid was produced from 5-HMF by rehydration.

        노인 여가활동의 발전 방안

        The Purpose of this study is to propose the direction for the policy which should be promoted by the government about the facility and program for the leisure for the old people, and the following conclusion could be introduced after the research with the above purpose. Firstly, in the leisure facility for the old, most of all when newly building the apartment the detailed regulation about the facility of the special section for the old should be strongly presented, and the improvement and repair for the facility of the timeworn special section for the old are needed. Additionally, in the charged facility, the decrease of the facility fee for the old and the plan which enables the old and the young to join together should be considered. Secondly, as for the recreation program for the old, the specific programs which are suitable for each level`s characteristics of the old should be developed, and the physical convention for the old such as the national physical convention for the old should be promoted to be the regular event. As for the leisure education program for the old, it is thought to be desirable that all the national and public universities in the country should manage the attached educational organizations annually. Thirdly, the colleague clubs should be organized according to the hobby and desire of the old, and the government should actively support those groups, and also the education and arrangement of the specialized leader for the leisure of the old should be considered. Additionally, the plan to effectively utilize the supporting system between the leisure facility for the old and local society should be arranged.

        피부 궤양을 동반한 성인형 피부근염

        Dermatomyositis (DM) is a connective tissue disorder characterized by inflammatory myopathy and prominent cutaneous features. Although cutaneous vasculitis has been noted frequently in child-onset DM, it rarely occurs in adult-onset DM. The clinical features of adult-onset DM showing cutaneous vasculitis have not been well characterized. A 60-year-old female patient presented with multiple deep cutaneous ulcers in both hands, elbows and foot. She was diagnosed as dermatomyositis 18 months before admission. Angiogram showed no definite arterial obstructive lesion and thrombus in both wrist and elbow, but decreased vascularity was seen in digits of both hands. Cutaneous ulceration was thought to be caused by vasculitis. Cutaneous ulceration was a rare manifestation of adult-onset DM patients, and we report this case with a review of literature.

        수소생산을 위한 해조류 유래 수용액 상 바이오오일의 수증기 개질 반응

        해조류 유래 급속열분해를 통해 생성된 바이오오일로부터 수소가스를 생산하기 위해 상용 개질 촉매를 사용하여 수증기 개질 반응을 수행하였다. 반응원료로 급속열분해로부터 생성되는 crude 바이오오일의 상분리를 통해 얻어진 수용액상의 바이오오일이 사용되었으며, 상용 개질 촉매(FCR-4-02, POS-7, Cat. A, RUA), 반응온도 및 수증기/탄소(S/C)비율에 따른 수증기 개질 반응의 활성을 비교 연구하였다. 실험 결과 원료의 S/C 비율과 촉매의 구성성분에 따라 반응활성이 크게 달라지는 것이 확인되었으며, 특히 POS-7 촉매를 사용한 1073 K, S/C 비율 10의 조건에서의 수증기 개질 반응에서 가장 높은 수소 수율(70%)이 확인되었다. Hydrogen production via steam reforming of bio-oil from algal biomass over fast pyrolysis with commercial catalysts was carried out. Aqueous bio-oil obtained by phase separation from a crude oil over fast pyrolysis was used as a reactant and comparison studies for activity over different catalysts (FCR-4-02, POS-7, Cat. A, RUA), reaction temperature, and steam/carbon (S/C) ratios were performed. Experimental results showed that different catalytic activities were observed with different S/C ratios and catalyst composition and the highest hydrogen yield of 70% was obtained with a POS-7 catalyst at a S/C ratio of 10 and 1073 K.

        Leflunomide 새로운 항 류마티스 약제

        Leflunomide is a novel, isoxazol based disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Its mechanism differs from other DMARDs in that it inhibits de novo pyrimidine synthesis by inhibiting the enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH). It is a pro-drug and undergoes rapid conversion to its active form in vivo, A77-1726. A77-1726 inhibits the mitochondrial enzyme DHODH, which plays a key role in the denovo synthesis of pyrimidine ribonucleotide uridine monophosphate (rUMP). Leflunomide prevents clonal expansion of activated lymphocytes by interfering with the cell cycle progression due to inadequate production of rUMP and utilizing mechanisms involving p53. The relative lack of toxicity of A77-1726 on non-lymphoid cells may be due to the ability of these cells to fulfill their ribonucleotide requirements by use of salvage pyrimidine pathway, which makes them less dependent on de novo synthesis. Several phase II clinical trials of patients with RA revealed that leflunomide was effective and well tolerated. Large-scale phase III clinical trials have shown that leflunomide (20mg/day) provided a statistically significant clinical benefit and prevention of radiographic progression in comparison to placebo. The clinical benefits of leflunomide were similar to or greater than methotrexate and sulfasalazine. Now, many multi-national studies are in progress and planning, including combination therapy with other DMARD. In future, those studies will provide us more information about the effectiveness and potential adverse effect of leflunomide.
