        광중합형 수복용 복합레진의 기계적 성질에 미치는 수중침적과 Thermal Cycling의 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effec% of immersion in water and thermal cycling on the mechanical peoperties of light cured restorative composite resins. Five commerically available light-cured composite resins(Photo Clearfil A : CA, Lite-Fil A . LF, Clearril Photo Posterior CP, Prisms AP.H.. PA, 2100 : ZH) were unto The specimens of 12 m in diameter and 0.7 m in thickness were made, and an immersion in $37^{\circ}C$ water for 7 days and a thermal cycling of 1000 cycles at 15 second dwell time each in $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$ baths were performed. Biaxial flexure test was conducted using the ball-on-three-ball method at the crosshead speed of 0.5mm/min. In order to investigate the deterioration of composite resins during the thermal cycling test, Weibull analysis for the biaxial flexure strengths was done. Fracture surfaces and the surfaces before and after the thermal cycling test were examined by SEM. The highest Weibull modulus value of 10.09 after thermal cycling tests which means the lowest strength variation, was observed in the CP group, and the lowest value of 4.47 was obsered in the LF Group. Biaxial flexure strengths and Knoop hardness numbers significantly decreased due to the thermal cycling ($\textit{p}$< 0.01), however, they recovered when specimens were drie4 The highest biaxial flexure strength of 125.65MPa was observed in the ZH group after the thermal cycling test, and the lowest value of 64.86MPa was observed in the CA group. Biaxial flexure strengths of ZH and CP groups were higher than those of PA, CF, and CA groups after thermal cycling test($\textit{p}$< 0.05). Knoop hardness numbers of CP group after the thermal cycling test was the highest(95.47 $\pm$ 7.35kg/$mm^2$) among the samples, while that of CA group was the lowest(30.73 $\pm$ 2.58kg/$mm^2$). Knoop hardness numbers showed the significant differences between the CP group and others after the thermal cycling test(($\textit{p}$< 0.05). Fracture surfaces showed that the composite resin failure developed along the matrix resin and the filler/resin interface region, and the cracks propagated in the conical shape from the maximum tensile stress zone.

        독립공리를 이용한 메인 스타팅 밸브의 분석 및 설계

        Main starting valve is one of the main parts in the control system of diesel engines, purposed for starting main engines. It is composed of ball valve, check valve, actuator, etc. The design axioms provide a general framework for design methodology. Two axioms are independence axiom and information axiom. These axioms can be applied to all design process in a general way. The first axiom is introduced to analyze and evaluate the design of a main starting valve. The design parameters(DPS) are determined sequentially by considering the independence axiom. For the structural design of a main starting valve, the strength is calculated by using finite element method. In addition, the strength of its actuator piston is evaluated.

        CAD/CAM지르코니아 재료의 특성

        Zirconia(ZrO₂) is crystalline dioxide of zirconium. Dental Zirconia blocks for CAD/CAM are usually fabricated with powders of tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) stabilized with 3mol% yttria. Because of its mechanical properties similar to those of metals and color similar to tooth, it is evaluated to attain the two purpose at a time, strength and aesthetic in prosthetic dentistry. The ability of transformation of Y-TZP from tetragonal to monoclinic helps to prevent crack propagation and contributes the increase of strength and fracture toughness. Two different types of blocks, soft and hard, are used to prepare the zirconia frameworks. The fully-sintered block is difficult in machining, so pre-sintered soft 3Y-TZP block is usually used to mill by computer aided machining.

        사업손실보상제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        This study is concerned on the contribution to the appropriate loss compensation and smooth performance of public projects, by analyzing the contents of the public project loss compensation, deriving the problematic points from the current system and suggesting the detailed improvement scheme. A summary of problems with the compensation for public project loss in effect are as follows. First, under the current Land Expropriation Act, compensation for lands located outside of public project zones, compensation for business losses caused by public projects and compensation for public project loss such as noise / vibration / dust / right to sun / drying up of water / etc. concepts are not clearly distinguished or defined. Second, the absence of regulations on compensation for damages arising outside of the public project zones nor damages on physical / technical aspects making redemption of rights difficult so that project periods often have to be extended due to complaints from and demonstrations by the public. Third, there is a waste of administrative efforts and of government budget that should be spent in public projects with suits being brought for public project loss in cases where damage occurrence can easily be foreseen and other cases where compensations are obvious. The following is a summary of ways to improve the problems arising from compensation for public project loss. First thing that must be established is the concept of compensation that views all public project loss, arising from results of public projects as subjects of compensation. Second, regulations should provide the basis for compensations in cases of public project loss occurring outside of public project zones because direct redemption of rights by victims is not easy. Third, it would be desirable to place the new compensation regulations under the authority of the government body in charge and to prepare detailed criteria / standards and internal regulations for project implements so that matters of compensation can be judged discretely case by case.

        심미수복을 위한 글라스-세라믹 재료의 치과 응용

        Porcelain is the first ceramic material to be introduced into dentistry. Porcelain jacket crown was introduced by Dr. Charles H Land in 1886, which was an excellent aesthetic dental restoration but has not been widely used due to high firing shrinkage and low tensile strength. Then metal-ceramic system, which combines the esthetic properties of ceramics and the mechanical properties of metals, was introduced and nowadays it is still used in dental clinical field. However, the metal-ceramic system has shown some problems, such as increased lightness by reflection of light at opaque layer, shadow beneath the gingival line due to the block-out of light by metal coping, exposure of metal in margin part, bond failure between metal and porcelain, oxidation of metal coping during firing the porcelain, etc. Recently, along with the advance of fabrication methods of dental ceramics, the all-ceramic restorations with high esthetic and mechanical properties has increased and gradually replaced metal-ceramic restorations. Especially, CAD/CAM technology has opened a new era in fabricating the dental ceramic restorations. This overview will take a look at the past, present and future possibility of the dental ceramic materials.

      • 메타모델을 이용한 매니폴드 밸브의 형상최적화

        This study proposes the shape optimization of manifold valve. Structure analysis performs to find Max. stress and weight of a fully closed manifold valve. In this study, the kriging interpolation method is adopted to obtain the minimum weight satisfying the strength constraint. Optimum designs are obtains by ANSYS Workbench and the in -house program, EXCEL-kriging program. Kriging metamodels setting Max. stress and weigh as response is generated for the shape optimization of manifold valve. Sample point is generated by latin-hypercube design. Kriging metamodels is proved the reliability in structure analysis. When safety factor is 1.5, optimum solution is found:

For the structural design of a main starting valve, the strength is calculated by using finite element method. In addition, the structural optimization of its actuator piston is performed.

      • 터키 이즈미르 트램 차체의 정적하중 시험 평가

        이즈미르 트램은 현대로템이 터키로부터 수주 받아 제작하는 첫 번째 트램이며, 유럽규격 EN12663에 따라 차체를 설계하였다. 차체의 강도와 강성을 평가하기 위해, 현대로템은 EN12663, 카테고리 P-Ⅴ에 명시된 구조 요구사항 따라서, 유한요소해석과 정적하중 시험을 수행하였다. 유한요소해석은 알테어의 프로그램 Hyerworks 13을 이용하여 수행되었고, 정적하중 시험은 현대로템의 창원공장에서 수행되었다. 이 문서에서, 우리는 유한요소해석과 정적하중 시험의 결과를 분석하였다. IZMIR Tram is the first commercial tram ordered from Turkey. Hyundai Rotem has manufactured the tram. The vehicle body of IZMIR Tram has been designed according to European standard EN12663. To verify the strength and stiffness of the vehicle body, Hyundai Rotem performed a finite element analysis (FEA) and a static load test depending on the structural requirements specified in EN12663, category P-Ⅴ. The finite element analysis (FEA) was performed using Hyerworks 13 of the Altair’s software and the test was conducted in Hyundai Rotem Company’s Changwon factory. In this paper, we have analyzed the data of the finite element analysis (FEA) and the static load test.
