        WO<sub>3</sub>가 첨가된 TiO<sub>2</sub> 염료감응형 태양전지의 에너지 전환 효율

        염료 감응형 태양전지의 에너지 전환 효율을 향상시키고자 $TiO_2$에 $WO_3$을 첨가하여 광전극을 제조하고 그 전기화학적 특성 평가를 하였다. 또한 $WO_3$가 첨가된 $TiO_2$를 회쇄함으로써 회쇄 효과가 전지효율에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. I-V 곡선을 통하여 측정된 염료 감응형 태양전지의 효율은 $WO_3$ 첨가 및 회쇄 효과에 의하여 2.8에서 6.0%로 크게 증가하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 $TiO_2$의 전도대에서 전달되는 전자가 염료 및 전해질과 재결합되기 전에 $TiO_2$의 전도대보다 낮은 $WO_3$의 전도대를 통해 전달되기 때문에 전체 전류의 양이 증가되어 효율이 증가한 것으로 여겨진다. 또한, 임피던스 결과로부터 $TiO_2$/염료/전해질 계면의 저항 값이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), the photoelectrode was manufactured by using $TiO_2$ and $WO_3$ on combination effects of two conduction bands. The smash procedure of $TiO_2$ and $WO_3$ was carried out by using a paint shaker to enlarge the contact area of semiconductor with dye and electrolyte. The energy conversion efficiency of prepared DSSC was improved about two times from current-voltage curve based on effects of $WO_3$ and smash. The mechanism was suggested that the conduction band of $WO_3$ worked for prohibiting the trapping effects of electrons in conduction band of $TiO_2$. This result is attributed to the prevention of electron recombination between electron in conduction band of $TiO_2$ with dye and electrolyte. Impedance results indicate the improved electron transport at interface of $TiO_2$/dye/electrolyte.

        개별공시지가 토지특성조사를 위한 현장조사방법 설계 적용에 관한 연구

        부동산 공시지가제도는 매년 시시각각 변화하는 토지의 변동사항을 반영할 수 없으며, 제한된 인력과 기간에 지가산정에 필요한 토지특성 조사를 수행해야하는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 토지특성의 현황 정보를 조사 수집하기 위해 '국토공간 이용현황 조사' 방법을 적용하여 서울시 은평구 3개동(갈현동, 대조동, 불광동)이 접하는 연신내역 주변지역 중 핵심 조사 항목(지목, 토지이용현황, 고저차, 표준지 포함 등)을 고려하여 조사대상 필지를 선정하였으며, 주어진 예산을 기준으로 인력과 기간을 고려하여 전체 2,041 필지를 선별하고 전수조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 공사의 주요 핵심 사업이자 다양한 먹거리가 제공될 국토정보조사사업이 진행될 경우를 대비하여 실시한 부동산 정보 서비스 제공에 특성화된 시범 사업을 통해 효율적 유휴인력 활용 및 업무 프로세스 구축 방안에 대해 진단해 볼 수 있었다. The Officially Announced Land Price System has a limit, that is required to be able to reflect changes in land constantly every year, to implement Land Characteristic Survey for calculating land price during a specific period and human resources with limited. The purpose of this study is to apply the 'National Territory Space Usage status Survey' method to survey part of the territorial feature status information inside of selected the target sites, considering the core survey items (land category, the state of land use, altitude difference, standard site inclusion, etc) in the areas surrounding Yeonshinnae Station in which three dongs (Galhyeon-dong, Daejo-dong, Bulgwang-dong) of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul share borders with. Based on the given budget, the manpower and period was taken into consideration to sort a total of 2,041 lots and conduct surveys on all sites. This study will be able to diagnose the efficient idle human resource utilization and work process construction plan through pilot projects specialized for providing real estate information services in preparation for cases in which national territory information survey projects that provide various business model, as well as major future core projects of the corporation will be carried out.

        불소 도핑 TiO<sub>2</sub> 염료감응형 태양전지의 전기화학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 염료감응형 태양전지의 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 여러 조건에서 $TiO_2$에 불소를 도핑한 후 이를 이용하여 광전극을 제조하고 그 전기화학적 특성을 평가하였다. 불소 도핑된 $TiO_2$를 이용하여 제조된 염료감응형 태양전지의 에너지 전환 효율을 전류-전압 곡선을 통하여 계산하였다. $TiO_2$ 광전극을 불소 도핑함으로써 에너지 전환 효율이 최대 3배 이상 향상되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 불소 도핑 후 에너지 준위가 감소된 $TiOF_2$가 $TiO_2$와 혼재됨으로써 광전극 내에 용이한 전자 전달이 가능하고 이로 인하여 염료 감응형 태양전지의 효율이 향상된 것으로 여겨진다. 이는 IMPS (intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy) 및 IMVS (intensity-modulated photovoltage spectroscopy) 분석에서도 불소가 도핑됨으로써 전자 전달이 빨라지고, 전자 재결합은 느려지는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, the fluorine doped $TiO_2$ was prepared as a photoelectrode in order to improve the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells and estimated the electrochemical characterizations. The energy conversion efficiency of the prepared dye-sensitized solar cells using fluorine doped $TiO_2$ was calculated from a current-voltage curve. The efficiency of prepared dye-sensitized solar cells was improved by about maximum three times by F-doping on $TiO_2$. It was suggested that the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells was improved by hybrid semiconductors of $TiO_2/TiOF_2$ in photoelectrode based on reduced $TiOF_2$ energy level via fluorine doping. It can be confirmed that the electron transport was faster but the electron recombination was slower by doping fluorine on $TiO_2$ in photoelectrode through intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy and intensity-modulated photovoltage spectroscopy analysis.

        양측성 하악지 시상분할술을 이용한 악교정 수술시술 후 교합력과 근전도 변화

        BSSRO is most frequently operated among orthognathic surgery techniques for repairment of maxillofacial deformities. In case of patients with maxillofacial asymmetry accompanying mandibular protrusion who are operated by BSSRO, this study considers the recovering time for masticatory force of each tooth and Masseteric EMG and the adequate time enabling normal occlusion. The patients who are operated with BSSRO under general anesthesia in Dankook Dental Hospital, Department of OMS are selected for this study. The control group is devided into 2. 26 patients with facial asymmetry accompanying mandibular protrusion are selected for group 1 and their maximum voluntary bite force and masseteric EMG are measured. Group 2 is formed by volunteers with healthy dentition who are measured maximum bite force and masseteric EMG on both sides of the mouth. At the week of 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th, Mann-Whitney U test is carried on for statistical analysis and the result is as follows. 1. Patients with mandibular protrusion showed apparently low maximum bite force and masseteric EMG than patients with normal occlusion. 2. In comparison with control group 1, Occlusal force is regained in incisors and canines at the 9th week and in premolars and molars, 11th week and masseteric EMG is regained at 11th week. 3. Comparing to normal occlusal patients, no recovery could be found in experimental group in every parts of the mouth.

        디스플레이는 액정 디스플레이(LCD), 음극선관(CRT), 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(PDP), 발광 다이오드(LED), 유기 발광 다이오드(OLED) 등 여러 종류가 있다. 경제적, 효율적 관점에서 폐 디스플레이의 재활용 기술은 폭넓게 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 폐 디스플레이의 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1980년~2011년까지의 미국, 유럽연합(EU), 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 따라 필터링하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하여 나타내었다. There are several kinds of displays such as liquid crystal display (LCD), cathode ray tube (CRT), plasma display panel(PDP), light emitting diode (LED), organic light emitting diode (OLED), etc. Nowadays, recycling technologies of waste displays have been widely studied from economy and efficiency points of view. In this paper, patents and literature on the recycling technologies of the waste displays have been comprehensively analyzed. The search was limited to the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EU), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) and SCI journals published from 1980 to 2011. Patents and journals were systematically compiled and collected using key-words search and filtered by pre-set filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were thus analyzed according to the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

        농약에 대한 담수산 어류 ( 잉어 : Cyprinus carpio , 송사리 : Oryzias latipes , 일본산 송사리 : Oryzias latipes ) 의 약제 감수성 비교

        Sensitivity of the three freshwater fish, Cyprinus carpio, Oryzias latipes (wildtype indigenous to Korea), and O. latipes (Japanese killifish) to 30 pesticide formulations were studied in terms of 48 hr LC_50 determined with the static method. The correlation between C. carpio and O. latipes (Japanese killifish) was higher than that between C. carpio and O. latipes with correlation coefficients of 0.89 and 0.80, respectively. The sensitivity of O. latipes and O. latipes (Japanese killifish) to pesticides showed very high correlation with a coefficient of 0.93. Therefore, it is suggested that the acute toxicity data concerning O. latipes (Japanese killifish) could represent those C. carpio or O. latipes which are indigenous species in Korea. Also, it is found that the present protocol for the toxicity test with carp in Korea has difficulties in maintaining the proper concentration of dissolved oxygen in the test chamber because of the abrupt decrease of dissolved oxygen to 2mg/l, which is not acceptable according to general guidelines of foreign countries.

        공업화학(전기화학, 분석화학 포함) 촉매/반응공학 혼성반도체로 제조된 염료감응형 태양전지의 전기화학적 특성

        In this study, the TiO2/V2O5 hybrid semiconductors were prepared by mixing TiO2 and V2O5, and a subsequent smash process to reduce the recombination of electron and improve the efficiency of solar cells. Dye-sensitized solar cells were constructed using the resultant hybrid semiconductor, and their electrochemical properties were also investigated. The photocurrent-voltage curve obtained with the cells indicated a significant increase in the efficiency from 2.9 to 5.7% by the factor of 2 compared to the result obtained only with TiO2. It is believed that the introduction of V2O5 effectively transport electrons in the TiO2 conduction band to FTO glass and suppress recombination with the dye and/or the electrolyte, thus yielding an efficient performance of the dye sensitized solar cell. The impedance values also indicated a decrease of resistance in the interface of TiO2/dye/electrolyte supporting the constructive contributions of the smashed TiO2/V2O5 hybrid semiconductors for the efficiency.
