To study on plan element of the region unit plan, this study is tried to investigate from 1st to 2nd newtown. In spite of residential site has a multi functions as an organism with continuity and networking, it is a separated part in urban space with site unit-oriented. But the region unit plan has not play a roles to control urban environment The results of the study about inter-residential site and planning typology are follow. Firstly, Policy direction and plan tools are established to have consistency in the large scale development project or newtown. Secondly, Plan technique must be adopted to continuous development and three -dimensional investigation from plan beginning of project. Thus, It is to be compose that project team as total plan frame. Thirdly, Special plan should be devise to develope typology of region unit plan that control urban environment.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data of basic concept that planners should consider in planning process. For this purpose, we have proposed the determinant factors of basic concept. In particular, this study focuses on the physical planning elements among the various planning elements that determine the basic concept. The research method is the case study and analysis for the competitions of LH for the past four years. After dividing the residential environment area, the planning elements was derived and the planning direction is arranged for the case district. The determinants factor were determined by the structure of each area. Three area, including the degree of urban context, were found to be the main determinants of the basic idea. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The degree of reflection of urban context, the degree of effort to resolve environmental influences are determinant factors of basic concept. (2) The degree of connection between urban and site area, the degree of overlapping of the boundaries, and street are determinant factors of basic concept. (3) The degree of appropriateness of the residential layout, the degree of rationality of the moving plan, the adequacy of the community space plan are determinant factors of basic concept
공동주택 층수계획 변화요인 분석과 계획기법 개선에 관한 연구

최근 지자체는 난개발과 도시경관 저해, 기존 관련법에 따른 제어한계 등의 과제를 해결하기 위해서 각 지역의 특성에 맞는 추진전략을 수립하고 있다. 이를 위해서 사업승인을 위한 별도 기준을 마련하여 경관, 색채, 외관, 층수계획 등을 준수하도록 유도하고 있다. 층수계획은 도시경관과 계획밀도 및 외부공간의 질을 결정하는 중요한 인자이고 지구여건에 따라 매우 다른 양상을 나타내는 변화요인이다. 또한 각 지구의 용적률이나 건설호수에 따른 지하주차장 설치비율, 녹지율 등에 따라 매우 다른 경향을 보이는 주요인자이다. 그러나 지자체는 지역특성을 감안하지 않고 일률적으로 저층화 지향의 층수를 규제하여 지구특성을 살리지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지구별 사례분석과 가배치안 검토를 통하여 각 지표간 상관관계를 규명하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 관련법과 제도에 밀도지표제, 평균층수제, 주거환경성능제 등을 도입해 융통성을 확보하여야 한다. 둘째, 계획초기부터 인접불럭 또는 도시까지 개념을 확대하는 광역적인 계획기법을 개발하여야 한다. 셋째, 지역별 특화전략 수립과 권장형의 규제방안 등 규제완화 조치를 시행하여야 한다. Recently, local government has established a development strategy which takes into account the quality of each area, in order to solve the problems posed by poor development, hindrance of the urban landscape, the limits imposed by relevant laws, etc. However, the number of floors is an important factor which determines the urban landscape, planning density and quality of the external space. This planning factor has a very different effect according to the terrestrial circumstances, number of households, underparking ratio, green space ratio and floor area ratio. Therefore, in this study, a case analysis and case study are conducted and the correlation between each index is clarified. The conclusions of this study are follows. Firstly, flexibility should be ensured by taking into consideration the density indicators, average number of floors, and residential environmental performance measures in related laws and systems. Secondly, it is necessary to develop a wide-area planning method that extends the planning concept from the beginning of planning to neighboring blocks or cities. Thirdly, deregulation measures should be implemented, such as establishing specialized strategies for each region, and regulatory measures for encouraging different types of development.
공동주택단지 디자인가이드라인이 갖고 있는 계획적 함의(含意)에 대한 고찰

Lately, large scale multi family housing complex is solved a problem by consistent plan control from starting plan to completion. This ways are a solving system that through design way or design process problem. For the purpose of approaching the problems, we utilize design guide lines as a linking means of plan by each design step for this. But, design guideline did not convert lastly to planner being expressed by language or picture, diagram. Therefore, we need to examine closely meaning implications about the design guide lines. Meaning implications of design guide lines are follows . Firstly, establishment of design guideline is operated with intention standpoint plan that control form or function of residential site rationally in planning establishment process. And fundamental target should be defined rightly. Secondly, the alternative should be readied so that plan concept, degree of plan which is discussed in plan process may can be embodied properly. Target of design guide line is not control but induction. Thirdly, design guideline should be presented by not control but encouragement item and so on. It is subject that contrariety which meaning is not passed must be overcome being marked by character.
단기간의 요부안정화 운동이 만성요통환자의 근력과 자세균형에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short-term lumbar stabilization exercise to patients suffering from chronic low back pain(CLBP) on the strength of their lumbar flexor and extensor and the postural balance of them and to suggest effective treatment duration for them. METHODS: Study subjects were 20 patients with CLBP who`s been reported the pain for more than 12 weeks. For these subjects, muscle strength of both extensor and flexor of lumbar and the balancing ability were measured before and after the intervention. Lumbar stabilization exercise was composed of matt, ball and sling exercise. The intervention was applied for total 12 sessions for 4 weeks (3 times a week) and each session was for 40 minutes. RESULT: For muscle strength of both extensor and flexor of lumbar, there was significant differences after the application of lumbar stabilization exercise (p<.05). For balancing ability, stabilization shows significant differences in all of the positions except PC (eyes closed on pillows)(p<.05). Distribution of weight shows no significant differences but it was generally distributed within normal range after the exercise and Fall index shows significant differences between before and after the exercise(p<.05). CONCLUSION: These results could have positive effect on deciding different periods of therapeutic intervention.
