        주민참여형 농어촌 테마공원 개발계획 연구 : 청풍지구 농어촌 테마공원을 중심으로

        Rural theme park is an on-going business that has been practiced by Ministry for Food, Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries since 2007. The business aimed to facilitate urban and rural interchange and local economy activation. Rural theme park themed communities by using unique natural and cultural properties owned by the locals. the project adopts bottom-up development that reflects opinions of residents in the tourism planning process. However, it seems to be true that residents have been excluded from tourism planning process even if they were the host of the project for the reasons of lack of knowledge on community-based rural tourism development and lack of experience on bottom-up development. The case of Chung Poong Area in Je Cheon rural theme park used in this study has prioritize residents' involvement in planning procedure. This project emphasized the importance of residents' participation and their role in the entire process of tourism development that ranges from project site decision to the major business decision. Thus, this study suggests a direction that can be used for the future rural theme park projects and community-based project related to planning and design in rural area. 농어촌 테마공원(Rura1 Theme Park) 사업은 2007년부터 농림수산식품부에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 농촌관광 수요를 충족하고 농촌지역의 활성화를 위해 진행하고 있는 사업으로 도농교류 및 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 농어촌 테마공원은 농촌지역이 가지고 있는 고유한 자연적,문화적 자원 등을 주제로 지역특색에 맞게끔 다양한 형태의 테마공원을 조성하는 것으로 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하는 상향식 사업으로 진행해 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 실질적인 주체인 지역주민의 경우 주민참여형 농환지역개발사업에 대한 이해부족과 상향식 사업에 대한 경험부족 등으로 계획수립 과정에서 소외되고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 연구는 제천지구 농어촌 테마공원 기본계획을 수립하는 과정에서 지역주민의 참여를 우선적으로 고려하였으며,대상지 선정에서부터 주요사업 도출과정에 이르기까지 계획수립의 전과정에서 걸쳐서 지역주민의 참여와 역할에 대해서 언급하고 있다. 따라서 향후 농어촌테마공원뿐만 아니라 농어촌지역계획 수립과 관련한 주민참여형 사업에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 사운드 비주얼리제이션의 공간적 확장을 통한 미디어퍼포먼스 : "Ta! (打-他) for realtime audio and video"를 중심으로

        미디어아트는 20세기 중반이후 기술 발전과 컴퓨터의 등장으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 1960년대에는 "사운드아트"의 개념이 등장하면서 노이즈를 비롯한 다양한 사운드의 활용가능성이 부각되어 왔다. 영화, 설치예술 등의 작품에서 이미지와 사운드는 상호보완적으로 다양한 형태로 결합한다. 이 중 미디어 퍼포먼스는 사운드와 비주얼의 결합양상 중 전시형태를 벗어나 공연으로서의 사운드 비주얼리제이션을 추구하며 현장성과 즉흥성이 특징이다, 도시 건물 외벽의 커다란 스크린을 활용한 미디어파사드는 오늘날 산업체의 광고 뿐 아니라 미디어아트분야에서도 활발히 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연장선상에서 사운드아트의 유형을 분류하고, 박순영 이수진의 "Ta!(打-他) for realtime audio and video"를 사운드 비주얼리제이션의 공간적 확장을 통한 미디어 퍼포먼스 측면에서 분석 연구한다. Media art has rapidly developed through the technical development and the introduction of digital technology since mid-twentieth century. In 1960s, the notion of sound art emerged with the various methods of sound utilizing noise. Sound and image mingles together in various forms of art such as films and installations. Among them we focus on media performance which searches for sound visualization as a performance beyond the exhibition style, having on-site and improvisational features. Media facades use big screens in the outside of the buildings and are used not only for advertisements but also for live public media art thesedays. In this regards, we classifies sound arts into four categories and introduce"Ta!(打-他) for realtime audio and video" by Soon-young Park and Suzin Rhee, as an example for latest forms of sound arts which is a media performance through the spatial expansion of the sound visualization.

        QR코드를 이용한 청소년 체험학습 쿠폰 시스템 개발

        PC의 빠른 보급으로 많은 사용자가 PC로 다양한 콘텐츠를 즐기고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 청소년들의 PC이용 률이 급격히 증가했다. 청소년들은 이러한 PC를 이용하여 보다 쉽게 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 특히 온라인 게임을 통하여 스트레스를 해소하고, 가상현실에서의 또 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있다. 이렇게 일찍부터 빠르게 발전하고 있는 IT문화를 접하는 것은 좋은 일인 것은 분명하다. 하지만 그로 인해 청소년들은 자연스럽게 실내 활동이 많아지게 되면서 야외활동이 줄어들게 됨에 따라 세상을 보는 시야 또한 많이 좁아지게 되었다. 따라서 청소년 들의 야외활동을 유도하기 위해 최근 많이 사용하는 스마트 폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 현장체험 쿠폰 시스템을 구축하게 되었다. 그리고 HTML5를 기반으로 하는 하이브리드 앱을 개발함으로써 디바이스의 구분없이 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 이 어플리케이션을 통해서 청소년들의 현장체험에 대한 관심과 동기를 유발시킴으로써 많은 볼거리를 체험하고, 다양한 시각에서 세상을 바라볼 수 있다. Because of rapid spread of the PC, many users have been enjoying a variety of content as PC. Especially in recent years, young people has increased dramatically PC usage. Young people get more easily information using a PC. Especially they relieve their stress through online games and feel another fun of virtual reality. It is obviously a good effect that they contact IT culture with rapidly developed. But young people`s perspective with world is narrow because of doing more indoor activities than outdoor. Therefore we built Spot experience voucher system using smart phone application. We hope that many young people act outdoor activities. And Our product offer hybrid device by developing HTML5-based app. Thus this app will give interest of spot-experience to young-people. So If young people use this app, they can have many experience and see diverse aspects.

      • 밝은社會를 指向하는 指導者 Leadership에 關한 硏究 : 새마을 指導者를 중심으로 With Reference to the Saemaeul Leadership

        The Saemaeul Undong was launched in 1972 on the basis of the experimental model or Saemaeul pilot projects of the previous year. The Saemaeul Undong is now a nation-wide movement which is based on the fundamental spirits of diligence, self-help and cooperation. Much of the success of the Saemaeul Undong depends on its leaders, who play a pivot role in implementing Saemaeul projects for their community. Popularly elected by the village assembly according to their leadership and faith, the leaders render their services without remuneration, working in the spirit of self-sacrifice. Now, the Saemacul Undong enters upon its tenth year in 1981. If the movement is to continue with renewed momentum, effective training projects for Saemaeul leaders must be worked out. For this purpose, it is then recommended that the research works on the leadership training projects of the Bright Society Movement be referred to. Initially started as a community movement for better life on the campus of Kyung Hee University in 1960's, the Bright Society Movement is now gaining widespread support from national as well as international club members. The goals of the Bright Society Movement are to promote mutual understanding and friendship among members and to construct on earth a truly sound and civilized welfare society that is spiritually beautiful, materially affluent, and humanely rewarding. The main objectives of this study is to propose effective training projects for Saemeaul leaders as well as the Bright Society leaders. 1) Educational courses of leadership training should be offered through the school as well as through the training institution of the community. 2) Educational contents of leadership training should place greater emphasis not only on the spiritual education but also on the technical and practical education related to the welfare of the Community. 3) Public relations education should be strengthened because leaders must work in close cooperation with the community residents for the effective movement. 4) Long-term integrated projects for the community or village unit should be established and the movement should be developed according to them. 5) A special system of regional itinerant education should be established for the effective management of selective leaders. 6) For the welfare of leaders themselves, special favors such as the authorization of leadership careers, scholarships for their sons and daughters, discounts on public charges and the priority on public employment must be offer according to their respective performance.

      • 스포츠집단 구성원의 임파워먼트와 팀 성과의 관계

        This paper explores the relationship between empowerment and team outcome in members of sports group. From questionnaire data on convenience sample of basketball team members(N=472). The finding from the reduced analysis of covariance, discriminant analysis and multiple regression analysis suggest that the correlates of the relative relationship between empowerment and team outcome in members of sport group. Results indicated that the meaning significant found the empowerment and team outcome. in members of sport group. For the empowerment and team outcome are partially different by the socio-demographic characteristics of members of sport group. For the empowerment of members of sport group s partially influence on Team outcome of sport group.

      • 농구지도자의 리더십과 임파워먼트 및 팀 효율성과의 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate of the relationship of team effect, empowerment, and leadership behavior of basketball instructors. The subjects of this study were composed of 472(male 350, female 121) basketball players who were selected using the systematic stratification cluster random sampling among the amateur basketball teams in Seoul and Kyung-gi province. The results were collected from a self-administrated questionnaires. It were analyzed through relation analysis, discriminant analysis, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were following: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the amateur basketball players, leadership behavior style shows differences. Female player's autocratic behaviors are higher than male player's, and high school player's training & instruction behaviors are higher than middle school player's or university player's. Positive feedback behaviors are getting higher grade level. Player's parents who have athletic experiences are also getting higher grade level. And 2-3 years in career of player's democratic behaviors are the other career of player's. According to the demographic characteristics of the amateur basketball players, empowerment of players shows differences, 100-200 million Won's meaningfulness is the highest among income level in their home, the more 400 million Won's impacts are the highest among income level in their home. And full time player's satisfaction of team effects are higher than the other player's. Second, leadership behavior style effects basketball player's empowerment; it's sub-variances are competence, impact, and self-determination. Social support behavior and positive feedback behavior effect competence and training & instruction, democratic behavior effect self-determination, and positive feedback behavior and social support behavior effect competence. Third, leadership behavior style effects team effectiveness; team effects are discriminated from three group, and democratic behavior and social support behavior effect member satisfaction. Forth, player's empowerment effects team effectiveness; the team effectiveness are discriminated from three groups. The meaningfulness are negative. while the impact is positive in the influences of member satisfaction.

      • 미래주거를 위한 재택근무 공간 계획

        The purpose of this study was to suggest several types of home-office design based on the anaylsis of the type of telework, the size of apartment, and age of teleworkers. To fullfil this purpose, 1) the situation of Korean teleworking including Korean companys employing teleworkers and the types of telework were examined, 2) guidelines for designing home-office were developed, 3) specific design was framed by two axis-flexibility and connection to other rooms in use of teleworking space. Flexibility reflects the movability of furniture and multi-purpose of the space, while connection is related to whether the space is separated as a room or open to other area such as living room, kitchen or bedroom. 9 types of home-office considering the characteristics of teleworkers were designed.

      • 가와사끼 병 환아에서 이상뇌파와 신경학적 합병증 발현과의 연관성에 대한 고찰

        목적 : 가와사끼 병의 뇌파 소견 및 다른 임상인자들과의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1994년 1월부터 1995년 12월 사이에 순천향대학 천안병원 소아과에 입원한 23명의 신경학적으로 정상인 가와사끼 병 환아에게 뇌파검사를 실시하여 이를 검사시기, 성별, 연령, 혈소판, 간기능 검사치, 그리고 동맥류 유무등의 임상인자들과 비교하였다. 결과 : 이상뇌파가 23명중 52.2%인 12명에게서 관찰되었으며, 이상뇌파로는 예파 및 극파, 극·서파 복합 양상과 전반적인 배경파의 서파양상이 나타났다. 뇌파의 검사시기가 진단부터 1주 이내인 경우에 이상뇌파의 빈도가 그 후보다 의미있게 높았으나, 그 밖의 다른 임상인자와의 연관성은 별 의미가 없었다. 결론 : 가와사끼 병 초기에 이상뇌파가 나타나는 것은 비록 신경적 증상은 없지만 중추 신경계가 영향을 받는다는 간접적인 증거로 생각할 수 있어 향후 신경적 합병증 발생 여부에 대한 면밀한 관찰이 필요하다고 생각된다. Purpose : This study is to find out if there is any association between EEG abnormalities in Kawasaki disease with other clinical factors. Methods : We performed EEG in 23 Kawasaki disease patients without any neurologic sign who admitted in Soonchunhyang Chunan Hospital from 1994. 1. to 1995. 12. and compared it with sex, age, platelet count, liver function test and presence of coronary artery aneurysm. Results : Abnormal EEG findings were observed in 12 of 23 patients(52.2%) and as for abnormal EEG findings, sharp, spike, spike & slow wave complex, and generalized slow background activity were noted. When EEG was performed within a week after the diagnosis, the incidence of abnormalities of EEG increased significantly but there was no correlation with other clinical factors. Conclusion : EEG abnormalities in the early stage of Kawasaki disease indicate that although there is no abnormal neurologic signs clinically, central nervous system might be affected and there should be a close observation for the developement of neurologic complication.

        작동음의 분석을 이용한 펌프의 고장진단

        We should maintain the maximum operation capacity for production facilities and find properly out the fault of each equipment rapidly in order to decrease a loss caused by its failure. The acoustic signals of a machine always carry the dynamic information of the machine. These signal are very useful for the feature extraction and fault diagnosis. We performed a fundamental study which develops a system of fault diagnosis for a pump. We obtained noises by a microphone, analysed and compared the signals converted to frequency range for normal products, artificially deformed products. We tried to search a change of noise signals according to machine malfunctions and analyse the type of deformation or failure. The results showed that acoustic signals as well as vibration signals can be used as a simple method for a detection of machine malfunction or fault diagnosis.
