Wolff-Hirschorn syndrome is a condition that is caused by a deletion of genetic material near the end of the short (p) arm of chromosome 4. The major features of this disorder include a characteristic facial appearance, delayed growth and development, intellectual disability, and seizures. A 9-year-old girl was brought to the clinic with a chief complaint of dental examination. The child was diagnosed as WHS at Samsung medical center. The child was under Sodium valproate, Atrovastatin medication for epilepsy, hyperlipidemia and had a history of heart surgery. So prophylactic antibiotics were recommended. The child was mentally retarded and had seizure so it was difficult to manage her behavior effectively. Thus dental treatment was carried out under general anesthesia. For prompt sedation induction we used 8% sevoflurane shortly. This report presents the case of a 9-year-old girl with WHS, who has received treatment for extensive caries under general anesthesia.

SOA 기반 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 Agile 프레임워크

최근 다양한 비즈니스 모델 및 컴퓨팅 환경이 웹 서비스로 집결됨에 따라 웹 애플리케이션 형태의 다양한 제품들이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내외 대부분의 기업/조직들이 웹 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)를 적용한 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. SOA는 네트워크가 가용한 소프트웨어 자원에 대해 느슨한 결합과 프로토콜 독립 그리고 표준화 분산 컴퓨팅 접근방법 이다. SOA는 다양한 기업의 서비스 조합을 통한 프로세스의 통합을 요구하는 비즈니스 사용자의 신속함과 융통성을 제공하는 향후 기업의 관심 있는 기술이다. 하지만 SOA의 표준모델에서는 특정한 개발 방법론이 제시되지 않아 기존의 방법론들을 적용하여 개발하거나 SOA 솔루션 업체에서 제안하는 방법론으로 SOA 기반 애플리케이션을 구축하고 있다. 이로 인해 SOA를 초기 도입하는 기업의 경우 개별 프로젝트 단위에서 부분적 도입에 그치고 있어서 SOA의 장점 활용하는 것이 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 소규모 웹 프로젝트의 생산성 향상과 SOA의 효과적 적용을 위해 Agile 개발 방법론을 SOA에 적용하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. SOA 아키텍처를 기반으로 하여 Agile 방법론을 도입한 아키텍처를 설계 구현하며 프레임워크 개발과정에서 필요한 다양한 Practice요소를 도입하여 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 프레임워크 실행을 통해 향상된 개발속도와 고객의 변화하는 요구 수용성 및 유지보수성 향상을 평가하게 된다. Various business model and computing environments are currently merged into web services and many web related application products are also develop. Most of IT enterprises in Korea use the Service-oriented architecture (SOA) whenever they develop the web applications. SOA is an approach to loosely coupled, protocol independent, standards-based distributed computing where software resources available on the network are considered as Services. SOA is believed to become the future enterprise technology solution that promises the agility and flexibility the business users have been looking for by leveraging the integration process through composition of the services spanning multiple enterprises. But, There are no specific development methodology to apply into SOA standard model until now. The developer uses the currently existing methodology to develop the application with SOA. The users have some limitations to use it. In this paper, we suggest a Frameworks for applying agile methodology into SOA to address the productivity and quality of small web related project. We design and implement a frameworks architecture for applying the agile method into SOA and describe the process model to implement it. We finally evaluate the frameworks with productivity, flexibility and maintainability.

사업 단계별 의사결정 지원 게이트웨이 리뷰 체계 구축

As Urban Regeneration is being carried out, stakeholders are most likely to have disagreements on their interests. Besides, dispersion of numerous communication routes and obscure decision processes aggravate the situation. Eventually, fragmented decision-making processes and complex structure lead to inefficient outcome and delay of projects. This paper is a study on decision-making support not only helps the program manager have more efficient and optimum decision, but also provides alternatives for Urban Regeneration. This study is conducted as follows. Firstly, the project process and the decision-making structure among stakeholders in Urban Regeneration are analyzed, and then the current status of decision-making in Urban Regeneration project is classified. Secondly, with literature study on "Gateway Review", the decision-making gateway review process in Urban Regeneration is defined, and then the "Gateway Review Elements" are listed. Thirdly, to establish gateway review process, this paper presents a check points, namely gate which supports a program manager to monitor and to control the program management in Urban Regeneration. Each gate has several supporting tools such as diagram of critical decision points relation, scheme of stakeholder, checklist. Fourthly, the proposed concept is verified by experts who have been carefully selected to provide their respective reviews. Finally, decision-making support gateway review system is modified based on their critiques and suggestions. 최근 증가하고 있는 도시환경정비사업, 재개발 사업 등과 같이 민 관이 함께 주관시행주체로서 참여하는 도시재생사업은 관리영역 혹은 주관주체에 따라 다수의 독립된 프로젝트로 구분할 수 있으며 각 프로젝트는 고유의 업무 프로세스에 의해 수행된다. 다수의 프로젝트가 병행 혹은 순차적으로 진행됨에 따라 프로그램 거버넌스 개념이 적용된 관리방안으로써 사업단 계별 검토와 협의가 요구되는 지점(Gate)을 시행주체와 다수의 참여자가 공통으로 인지하고 프로젝트의 특성을 반영하여 설정하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 사업단계별 이해관계자의 역할과 책임이 규정되고 의사결정을 위한 객관적인 필요정보가 공유될 수 있을 때 신뢰가 형성되며 결국 이해관계자간의 상충구도에서 협력구도로의 전환을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업과 같은 메가프로젝트(Mega Project)의 시행주체가 사업관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 사업단계별 주요 의사결정 지원도구로서 게이트웨이 리뷰(Gateway Review) 체계 구축을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 PC Window 환경에서 CAM을 가속기로 사용하여 회로 및 결함 가상 실험, 테스터 패턴 생성, 결함 사전을 만드는 PC VLSI CAD환경 구축하였다. 이와 같은 VLSI CAD용 환경은 8 bit 크기의 셀 기억 용량을 가진 CAM상에 구현될 수 있음을 보여 준다. 제시된 알고리즘들은 PC Window 환경에서 저렴한 비용으로 설계하여 구현 할 수 있는 CAM상에서 회로의 여러 가지 문제를 병렬로 처리를 할 수 있는 이점을 가지고 있다.

모바일 웹 표준 지원을 위한 애자일 프레임워크

최근 모바일 디바이스의 웹 접근 환경이 PC환경과 동일한 프로토콜을 이용하는 형식으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 곳에서 모바일 웹 애플리케이션을 개발하고 있으나 모바일 웹 표준을 도입하여 개발을 수행하는 곳은 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 최근 각광을 받고 있는 경량화 웹 애플리케이션 개발 프레임워크인 Ruby on Rails[1]를 기반으로 하여 최근 W3C에서 정의된 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 제안한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 프레임워크를 통하여 개발을 수행할 경우 애자일 개발방법론을 도입함과 동시에 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹 애플리케이션의 품질을 보증할 수 있으며 신뢰도도 획득하게 된다. 또한 다양한 디바이스에서 정상적인 구동이 가능하다.

노후 공업단지 공장 임대료 형성요인 분석

There has been little or no progress made since the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs announced four Industrial Complex Regeneration Pilot Projects in 2009. This study examines the determining factors of factory rents of decrepit industrial complexes using the rental data on Daejon and Daegu. We find that the model using the factory level rent performs much better than that of factory rent per 3.3 M2. Regarding input variable, the width of the front street is one of the most influential factors determining the factory rental rates of the two decrepit industrial complexes.

우리나라 서민 가구의 주택담보대출 유형 선호에 관한 실증분석

In this paper we explore the determining factors of Korean low- and moderate- income (LMI) households' stated preference of residential mortgage product with respect especially lenders from either private sector or public sector using nationwide survey data from 2004 to 2006 by Kookmin bank. We propose three different econometrics specifications, such as binomial logit, binomial probit, and bivariate binomial probit with sample selection. Distinct from findings for the U.S., Korean LMI households show strong preference for private lenders as a whole against Korea Housing Finance Corporation, where would-be borrowers believe that they can enjoy a wider mortgage product array and a variety of flexible options, and most importantly looser loan underwriting standards with respect to households' income verification requirement. We also test the proposed models's future behavior prediction power using out-of-sample data. Simpler models such as binomial logit and binomial probit shows much better performance compared with more complex specification, that is, bivariate binomial probit with sample selection differing from our common expectation.

윈드서핑 운동이 남자 대학생의 정적 균형능력과 발목근력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the present study is to develop a comparative analysis on the effects of windsurfing exercise on the static balance ability and ankle muscle strength of male students in college. After applying windsurfing exercise on 11 male college students for 6 weeks, the subjects performed one-leg standing using a force platform, and ankle muscle strength and agility were tested by isokinetic equipment. Data processing was accomplished by using SPSS 21.0 statistics program. A paired t-test was performed to compare the differences between pre-and post-exercise, with the amount of change derived as %diff. Statistical significance level was set as α=.05, and the results were as follows: During one-leg standing after windsurfing exercise, the center of pressure (COP) area decreased where both ankle muscle strength and agility increased with muscle strength showing greater improvement than agility. Based on these findings, it is believed that increased ankle muscle strength and agility from windsurfing exercise bring positive result on static balance ability. Future studies on improving leg strength and ankle stability through windsurfing exercise, as a part of rehabilitation program are anticipated.
