          규칙적인 운동습관이 폐경기 중년여성의 골밀도 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향

          This study was investigated that effect of regular exercise program on body composition, and BMD(bone mineral density) of middle aged menopausal women : 10 subjects in experimental group experienced aerobic dance for 7year(3/wk) - EHG, 10 subjects in control group - CG. The followings are the conclusions of this study. 1. EHG compared with CG was demonstrated significantly high numerical value in fat free mass, skeletal muscle mass(p<.05), but no body fat mass, % body fat, BMI. 2. EHG compared with CG improved in Lumbar(L1-L4), femur neck, femur total BMD(p<.05) except femur torch. 3. In lumbar(L1-L4) BMD T-Score, a EHG showed normal range of -0.5, while BMD of CG was decreased by -1.7 As a result, regular aerobic dance habit may help to improve body composition, BMD on middle aged menopausal women.

          12주간의 아쿠아로빅 운동이 고령 여성의 혈액성분 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

          We evaluated the value of aquarobics exercise training on serum lipids and bone mineral density in elderly women. Exercise program of this study were consisted of a 12 weeks of aquarobics exercise training. A total of 25 healthy, elderly women, aged 65-75 years, were randomly assigned to either an aquarobics exercise training group(n=12) or control group(n=13). After the exercise training the aquarobics training group had a signifrcant(p<.05) variation in TC, HDL-C except for bone mineral density. But, after the exercise training had not a significant change in TG, LDL-C, Glucose, Insulin Hematocrit, Hemoglobin(p<.05). Aquarobics exercise training resulted in markedly changes to serum lipids for elderly women during 12 weeks. These data suggest that greater improvements in on serum lipids is achieved when aerobic training is added to program in elderly women.

          유산소 운동이 고령여성의 골밀도 및 동맥경화 요인에 미치는 영향

          We evaluated the value of aerobic dance exercise training on arterial stiffness and bone mineral density in middle aged women . Exercise program of this study were consisted of a 12 weeks of aerobic dance exercise training. A total of 25 healthy, middle aged women, aged 46~55 years, were randomly assigned to either an aerobic dance training group(n=12), or control group(n=13). The effects of 12 weeks of aerobic dance exercise training on serum lipids and bone mineral density were studied in pre and post exercise training. During the exercise training period, the aerobic dance training group had a significant(p<.05) variation in R-baPWV, L-baPWV except for bone mineral density as compared with the control group. But, during the exercise training period, had not a significant change in the blood components except for R-baPWV, L-baPWV(p<.05). Aerobic dance exercise training resulted in markedly changes to arterial stiffness and bone mineral density for middle aged women during 12 weeks. These data suggest that greater improvements in on arterial stiffness and bone mineral density components is achieved when aerobic exercise training is added to program in middle aged women.

          10주간의 저항성 트레이닝이 고령여성의 활동체력 및 등속성 근력 발현에 미치는 영향

          The study was designed to examine effect of 10 weeks of resistance training on living physical fitness, isokinetic muscle function in 30 subjects(exercise group 15, control group 15) over 65years of age. The analysis of data revealed the following findings. 1. After 10 weeks of resistance training, arm curl(4.9num/30sec, 17.8%), standing up and sitting down a chair(7.9num/30sec, 27.8%), leg endurance against wall(6.4sec, 12.3%), sit and reach(6.4cm, 48.4%), 10m walking speed(0.9sce, 17.6%) were significanlty improved on exercise group(p<.01), but grip strength, one leg balance with eyes open, catching a dropped bar, carrying beans had no significant. 2. After 10 weeks of resistance training, the exercise group was significantly increased on flexor peak TQ/BW on 60deg/sec of knee on both legs(p<.05). 3. After 10 weeks of resistance training, the exercise group was significantly increased on extensor peak TQ/BW of knee on both legs(p<.05). In conclusion, old women who had no exercise habit in their life were positively improved on living physical fitness, isokinetic muscle function. It was shown that resistance training program was effective in decreasing improvement on weakness of muscle endurance strengh, decrease in walking ability.

          대용량 주기억장치 시스템에서 효율적인 연관 규칙 탐사 알고리즘

          본 논문은 대용량 주기억장치를 가진 시스템에 적합한 연관 규칙 탐사 알고리즘에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 기존의 잘 알려진 알고리즘인 DHP, Partition 방법을 대용량 주기억장치를 가진 시스템에서 효율적으로 동작하도록 확장하였고, 다음 Partition 방법에 대해서 해쉬 테이블과 비트맵 기법을 적용하여 Partition 방법을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 실험적 환경에서 DHP와 성능이 비교되었으며, 제안하는 알고리즘이 확장된 DHP보다 최대 65%까지 성능 개선 효과가 있음을 보인다. This paper propose an efficient algorithm for mining association rules in the large main memory systems. To do this, the paper attempts firstly to extend the conventional algorithms such as DHP and Partition in order to be compatible to the large main memory systems and proposes secondly an algorithm to improve Partition algorithm by applying the techniques of the hash table and the bit map. The proposed algorithm is compared to the extended DHP within the experimental environments and the results show up to 65% performance improvement in comparison to the expanded DHP.

          노인여성의 연령증가에 따른 생활체력 변화 연구

          This study was designed to measure physical fitness in the daily lives of 508 elderly women, The range of age in each group is divided into 65-69 years old, 70-74years old, 75-79years old, over 80years. The following are the results All factors of physical fitness have slowly decreased in their daily lives as age advances and the results showed that they decreased rapidly from the age of 75. As a result of my investigation I have formed the following conclusions. The reduction of physical fitness in the daily life of women over 65 is inevitable. After the age of 75 there is a sharp decline in physical fitness. I think with regular exercise, good life style habits, and increased physical fitness the results will be a healthier life. The existing system has applied a uniform method regardless of age concerning the health and physical fitness of the elderly. This method should be sublated and replaced with a more systematical exercise prescription. This is necessary for us in these times towards the aging society.

          12주간 유산소성 트레이닝이 고령 여성의 건강관련 체력 및 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

          We evaluated the value of aerobic exercise training on measures of health related physical fitness in older women. Exercise program of this study were consisted of a 12 weeks of aerobic exercise training. A total of 35 healthy, elderly women, aged 65-75 years, were randomly assigned to either an aerobic exercise training group(n=18), or control group(n=17). The effects of 12 weeks of aerobic exercise training on body composition, muscular strength, HRmax, VO₂max and blood components were studied in pre and post exercise training. During the exercise training period, the aerobic training group had a significant(p<.05) variation in muscular strength, HRmax, and VO₂max except for body composition and blood components as compared with the control group. Aerobic exercise training resulted in markedly changes to health related physical fitness for elderly women during 12 weeks. These data suggest that greater improvements in health related physical fitness and blood components is achieved when aerobic training is added to program in elderly women.

          저항성 트레이닝이 고령 여성의 활동체력 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향

          The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of a 8week resistance excercise training in 35 elderly women (18 subjects of an exercise group and 17 subjects of a non exercise group) over age 65 randomly selected. The effects of 8 weeks of resistance exercise training on physical fitness in the daily life and body composition were studied in pre and post exercise training. During the exercise training period, the resistance training group had a significant(p<0.5) variation in the muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility except for body composition as compared with the control group. But, during the exercise training period, had not a significant change in the grip strength(L), functional reach, scratch test, one leg balance with eyes closed, and catching a dropped bar. An resistance exercise program was carried out for an extended period of time with 18 elderly women who did not exercise on a daily basis. As a result their physical fitness and body composition factor, in their daily life, was improved. These positive changes suggests the necessity of regular active exercise and offers possible excercise programs for elderly women.
