상품을 구매할 때 추가적으로 구매가 가능한 옵션의 가격을 제시하는 방법으로는 크게 두 가지가 있다. 주상품의 가격을 먼저 제시하고 원하는 옵션의 가격을 추가하는 가산적 프레임 혹은 주상품에 모든 옵션이 이미 포함된 총 가격을 먼저 제시하고 원하지 않는 옵션의 가격을 빼가는 감산적 프레임으로 제시할 수 있다. 옵션의 가격을 제시하는 방법에 따른 고객의 반응에 관한 기존 연구들은 주로 기업의 입장에서 고객의 행동적 반응을 살펴보았다. 왜 고객이 그러한 행동적 반응을 보이는지를 조금 더 잘 이해하기 위한 목적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구와는 달리 고객의 입장에서 고객의 인지적 및 정서적 반응을 살펴 보았다. 나아가, 제품에 집중되어 왔던 기존 연구들과는 달리 본 연구는 서비스 상품에 집중하면서, 상품의 유형에 따라 고객의 반응이 어떻게 달라지는지도 살펴 보았다. 전망 이론, 손실 회피 이론, 그리고 보유 효과 이론을 바탕으로 고객들은 가산적 프레임으로 제시되는 방법에 더 호의적으로 반응할 것이라는 가설을 제시하고 이를 실증하였다. 두 가지의 옵션 가격 프레임과 두 가지의 상품 유형으로 조합된 총 4개의 시나리오를 기반으로 한 설문지를 통해 수집된 자료의 분석 결과는 본 연구가 제시한 가설을 지지하였으며 상품의 유형에 따른 고객 반응이 유의미하게 다름을 보여 주었다. 본 연구의 결과는 서비스 상품의 옵션 가격 프레임에 대한 고객 반응을 조금 더 깊이 있게 이해하는데 기여한다. There are largely two contrasting ways to present the prices of the optional features of a product: additive frame versus subtractive frame. Extant studies on this framing effect have mostly taken the firm’s perspective and examined behavioral responses of customers. As an attempt to better understand why different frames lead to different customer behavior outcomes, this study takes the customer’s perspective and examines the framing effect on customers’ cognitive and affective responses. Furthermore, since it was mostly on goods that extant studies on the framing effect have focused, this study concentrates on service products while examining the moderating effect of product type (hedonic versus utilitarian). Drawing on the prospect, loss aversion, and endowment effect theories, this study proposes that customers’ cognitive and affective responses are more favorable for the additive frame. Analyses of data collected through a scenario-based survey based on a (two option price frames x two product types) experimental design showed support for the proposed hypotheses and demonstrated the moderation effect. Findings of this study can help firms better understand why a certain option price frame leads to a certain customer response.

본 연구의 목적은 한국에서 초등학교 영어 예비교사의 훈련 사례를 조사하여 마다가스카의 교육 현장에 적용방안을 도출하는데 있다. 본 연구는 마다가스카의 초등학교 영어 예비교사의 훈련에 관한 최근 이슈와 도전들에 대해 대응방안을 마련하는 취지에서 시작되었다. 먼저 한국, 미국, 유럽, 아프리카 대학의 영어교육 학과의 초등학교 영어 예비교사의 훈련에 대해 문헌 조사 결과를 정리하였다. 그리고 한국의 4개주요 대학의 영어교육학과 교수를 대상으로 설문과 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 결과를 수집ㆍ분석하였다. 자료분석 결과, 한국 초등학교 영어 예비교사의 훈련 사례로부터 마다가스카에 적용할 수 있는 유용한 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과로부터 마다가스카뿐 아니라 다른 나라에서도 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The aim of this study is to investigate the pre-service training of primary school English teachers in Korea and its applicability in Madagascar. This study starts with the historical background of the Malagasy pre-service training of primary school English teachers with its issues and challenges. A brief overview of the Korean pre-service training of primary school English teachers follows this section. Then, the pre-service training of primary school English teachers is analyzed, not only in Korea but in some American, European and African Colleges of Education. Moreover, some questionnaire and interviews are conducted in order to understand the reality of three main areas of the Korean pre-service training of primary school English teachers; the curriculum, the teaching methodologies and the practicum. Some teacher trainers from four Korean prestigious College of Education answered the questionnaire and interviews. Meaningful results and suggestions were collected from those data collection. This study has tried to find out the applicability of the Korean pre-service training of primary school English teachers in Madagascar.

Impacts of private elementary schools on the development of Seoul area from 1970-2007

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 사립 초등학교가 서울의 발전에 어떠한 기여를 하였는지 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구는 콩고의 열악한 사립초등학교의 현 상황을 조망함으로써 시작되었다. 이를 위해 한국의 사립 초등학교의 교장 또는 교감으로부터 이메일 또는 팩스를 통해 설문을 실시하여 수집한 자료를 분석 하였다. 본 설문은 조직, 혁신적 비젼, 유능한 교사, 차별화된 교육 프로그램과 같은 바람직한 사립 초등학교의 핵심 특성을 구인으로 하여 연구자에 의해 개발되었다. 본 연구를 통해 한국의 사립 초등학교가 서울을 정치적, 경제적, 사회문화적으로 발전시키는데 기여했다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 콩고 및 기타 지역의 학교 관계자들은 사립 초등학교의 역할과 나아갈 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. The purpose of this research is to find out what South Korean private schools, particularly elementary level schools, contribute to developing Seoul area at past. In fact, this study started by over-viewing the conditions of Congolese private schools which quantitatively dominates, while are qualitatively poor. This research was conducted through South Korean private schools by gathering responses of questionnaire from principals of mostly private elementary schools. Basic criteria of this survey have been the attributes of desirable private schools such as organization, innovative vision, excellent teachers, and programs. The results of this research was that a private school can develop its area politically, economically and socioculturally. The other countries as well as Congo can have implications of the roles and responsibilities of private school for its area from these.
