개방형 BIM 기반 품질검토를 위한 IFC 속성정보 호환성 테스트

The construction industry consists of various and massive architectural information as an architectural process includes a variety of design stages with cooperation of many disciplines. A Building Information Modeling (BIM) serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle from inception onward. Building SMART has developed Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard for interoperability of BIM based information. Several software tools are already IFC-compliant. However, there are a lot of problems related to efficient interoperability of software owing to the lack of guide regarding the software usage and insufficiency IFC interfaces of software. The purpose of this study is to suggest efficient IFC support interface development methodologies of existing IFC certified software. The scope of this study is interoperability test for open BIM based quality assurance. To achieve this purpose, the authors have classified subject of open BIM based quality assurance and investigated IFC certification process and certified software. In addition, the authors have exported and imported via IFC files using different IFC interfaces in the software for interoperability of architectural objects and their properties. Finally, the authors have suggested IFC support interface development methodologies and hereafter direction for efficient interoperability of IFC certified software based on open BIM.
법ㆍ제도 개선 측면에서의 e-AIS(인터넷 건축행정시스템)의 활성화 방안 연구

Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) has developed an administration system for architectural information management for completing the electronic application organization of the Architectural administrative information. The main purpose of this study is to suggest legislation system improvement for activation of e-AIS (internet Architectural administration Information System). To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated the problems of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs applicable to the e-AIS. To handle the current problems of the e-AIS legislation system, legislation and various soliciting forms for civil affairs such as building permission, usage approval, temporary building report are refined. In addition, the authors have suggested possible solutions of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs problems by testing various types of building permission service examples.
BIM 기반 건축설계 품질검토를 위한 체크리스트 개발 연구

The construction industry consists of various and massive architectural information as an architectural process includes a variety of design stages with cooperation of many disciplines. Particularly, architectural information is generated and managed through the life cycle of a building, from conceptual design stage to the construction and maintenance. A Building Information Model (BIM) serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle from inception onward. BIM technology accomplished quantitative development being utilized in various disciplines. However, it is necessary to develop environment and requirement for qualitative improvement of BIM based project. Particularly, requirement is very important for architectural design evaluations. The purpose of this study is to develop and apply of quality control check-list for improving the quality of architectural design in BIM environments. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated case study for open BIM data quality control (software, guideline and application case) and classified quality control targets according to physical/logical quality control and data quality. In addition, the authors have defined open BIM based quality control process and developed quality control check-list. Finally, the authors have developed automatic quality check system using requirements for efficient quality control based on open BIM.
국내 건설산업의 개방형 BIM 적용 현황 및 발전 방향

The purpose of this study is to suggest development direction of open BIM. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated application status and current problems of open BIM through question survey to design firm which is introducing or plan BIM. In addition, the authors have suggested improvement way about current problems of BIM application such as BIM standard guide, reference of practical application examples, BIM library, data interoperability between software, improvement of BIM software function and performance that is deducted through question survey.
