        기울기 히스토그램 및 폐색 탐지를 통한 다중 보행자 추적

        본 논문에서는 지능형 감시 시스템에 부합하는 기울기 히스토그램 및 폐색 추적을 통한 다중보행자 추적 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저, 연속 영상에서 보행자의 특징을 이용하여 보행자를 검출한다. 보행자의 특징을 획득하기 위해 HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradient)를 기반으로 기울기의 방향성을 이용한 블록별 히스토그램을 생성하고, Linear-SVM(Support Vector Machine)의 학습을 통해 보행자만을 분류한다. 다음으로 보행자의 위치정보를 이용하여 추적을 행한다. 마지막으로 추적이 끝날 경우 내용기반 검색이 가능한 움직임 궤적 디스크립터를 생성한다. 실험을 통해 제안한 방법이 기존 방법보다 빠르고 정확한 움직임 추적에 효과적임을 증명하였다. In this paper, multiple pedestrians tracking system using Histogram of Oriented Gradient and occlusion detection is proposed. The proposed system is applicable to Intelligent Surveillance System. First, we detect pedestrian in a image sequence using pedestrian's feature. To get pedestrian's feature, we make block-histogram using gradient's direction histogram based on HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradient), after that a pedestrian region is classified by using Linear-SVM(Support Vector Machine) training. Next, moving objects are tracked by using position information of the classified pedestrians. And we create motion trajectory descriptor which is used for content based event retrieval. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more fast, accurate and effective than conventional methods.

        Feasibility of CD147 for an Eruption-Related Molecule during Rat Molar Development

        발생기 치아 이돋이는 이돋이 관련 물질의 조절 아래 이루어지며 따라서 이돋이 관련 물질의 구명은 이 분야의 연구에서 주된 과제가 되어 왔다. 발생기 이돋이 관련 물질은 치아주머니세포로부터 유리되며 뼈파괴세포의 형성과 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 이틀뼈를 포함한 주위 조직의 흡수가 이돋이경로 형성을 위하여 필수적이다. 따라서 치아주머니세포로부터 바탕질분해 관련 단백질이 분비되어 이돋이경로 형성에 관여하리라 가정된다. 또한 법랑질모세포와 상아질모세포가 이돋이 관련 물질을 분비하여 인접 조직에 영향을 미침으로써 이돋이를 도울 수 있다. 본 연구는 현재까지 치아에서 보고된 바 없는 바탕질단백질의 일종인 CD147과 바탕질분해효소의 치아 이돋이 과정에서 역할을 구명하고자 시행되었다. 출생 후 흰쥐 3, 6, 9일에서 발생기 위턱 둘째 및 셋째 어금니를 적출하여 면역조직화학염색과 RT-PCR을 이용하여 발현을 평가하였다. 발생중인 치아 상방에 출현한 뼈파괴세포는 이돋이 상태를 평가하기 위하여 조사되었다. CD147 mRNA와 mmp-2 및 mmp-9 mRNA는 발생 9일에 뿌리형성기에 있는 둘째어금니에서 모자시기에 있는 셋째어금니보다 발현양이 훨씬 많았다. 또한 mmp-2 및 mmp-9 발현은 둘째어금니 발생 3 (후기 종시기), 6 (치아머리시기), 9일(뿌리형성기)에 발생시간 의존적으로 증가되었다. 대조적으로 동일 시기에 mmp-13 mRNA 발현 변화는 관찰되지 않았다. 면역조직학적 관찰에서 CD147은 법랑질모세포와 상아질모세포 외에 치아주머니세포와 뼈파괴세포에서 강하게 발현되었다. 둘째어금니 교합면 위 이틀뼈에 출현한 뼈파괴세포 수는 뿌리형성기에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 CD147은 mmp-2 및 mmp-9과 함께 치아 이돋이경로 형성에 관여할 것으로 생각된다. Understanding the genetic control of tooth eruption is one of the major issues in tooth development. Thus far, it is known that eruption-related molecules are secreted from follicular cells surrounding the germs and are related mainly to osteoclast formation. This study examined the involvement of CD147 and its downstream molecules in the eruption of rat developing molars using immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and histomorphometry. CD147 was expressed differentially in the cap (3rd molar germs) and root formation (2nd molar germs) stages in tooth development. CD147 was localized immunohistochemically in the follicular cells and osteoclasts as well as in the ameloblasts and odontoblasts. The expression pattern of CD147 and mmps was investigated because CD147 is an mmp inducer. The expression of both mmp-2 and -9 increased at the root formation stage compared to that at the cap stage and increased in a stage dependent manner. However, the level of mmp-13 was not changed notably. The histomorphometrical study suggested that the number of osteoclasts that appeared occlusal to the molar germs for the resorption of alveolar bone increased significantly during development. These results suggest that CD147 may play an important role in the formation of the eruption pathway along with the mmps.

        양돈장 살모넬라 혈청 양성율과 도축돈 살모넬라균 분리율의 상관관계 및 분리 균주의 항생제 내성

        Salmonella spp. are one of the most common bacteria that causes heavy losses in swine industry and have implications for public health. In this study, the correlation between Salmonella seroprev-alence on farms and the isolation rate from slaughtered pigs was analyzed and the antimicrobial resistance of the isolated Salmonella spp. was investigated. A total of 3,001 serum samples for ELISA were collected from 17 farms during two consecutive years (2012-2013). The mean values of ELISA OD% for each 8 age groups were as follows; gilt 27.83 (n=472), sow 23.75 (n=367), 150 days (d) of pig 16.53 (n=278), 130 d 11.87 (n=366), 100 d 9.46 (n=378), 20 d 9.17 (n=394), 70 d 6.56 (n=382), 40 d 3.72 (n=364). From July 2013 to January 2014, a total of 53 (8.0%) Salmonella strains were isolated from 665 slaughtered pigs shipped from those 17 farms. The mean values of ELISA OD% for each age groups serum samples that were collected in the second half of 2013 showed a positive correlation at 100 d (0.61, P<0.05), 130 d (0.45, P<0.1) with the isolation rate of Salmonella spp. in the slaughtered pigs. All the isolates were identified by a real-time PCR and tested for antimicrobial susceptibility. As a result, the predominant serovar was S. Typhimurium (52.8%) and there were 15 strains showing their own antimicrobial resistance pattern. All strains were susceptible to amoxicillin, cefepime, ciprofloxacin and some of them were resistant to streptomycin and tetracycline (60%), ampicillin (53.3%), chloramphenicol (33.3%), respectively.

        대장용종증 동반이 없는 위에서 발견된 과오종 4예

        Hamartoma is a very rare congenital tumor. A few cases of hamartomatous pol yps in the stomach were reported. Most of harrurtomatous polyps in the stomach occur in patients of polyposis coli. We have experienced four cases of gastric hamartomatous polyps without polyposis coli. There are some differences between previously reported cases and ours. In our casee, the distribution of age is from fourth to ninth decade, men and women ratio is 1: 1. The number of polyps are one in three cases and two in one case. The size of polyps is from 5mm to 12 mm. The location of polyps are various, but most common in antrum. We have experienced four cases which were different from previously reported ones and report them with a brief review of literatures.

      • 식도 정맥류 출혈에 대한 내시경적 결찰요법의 치료효과

        식도 정맥류 출혈은 사망율이 높은 치명적인 질환으로 현재까지 확실한 치료법은 없는 실정이다. 최근 식도 정맥류 출혈에 비교적 지혈률이 높고 부작용이 적은 방법으로 식도 정맥류 결찰술이 보고되었다. 1993년 2월부터 1995년 12월까지 급성 식도 정맥류 출혈로 인제대학 부속 부산백병원에 입원한 환자 중에 내시경적 결찰요법을 72예에서 시행하여 그 결과를 분석해 본 결과 부작용이 적고 지혈효과가 비교적 우수한 치료법이라고 판단되어 이를 보고하는 바이다. Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy(EIS) has been an effective method of treatment for bleeding esophageal varices. However, it is associated with some undesirable complications. Endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL) is a recently developed technique that eradicates esophageal varices and controls active bleeding with similar efficacy and less complication rates than EIS. We have performed EVL in 72 patients who bled from esophageal varices. Total 350 variceal lagations were performed during 104 separate sessions. Control rate of acute bleeding was 93.1% (67 of 72 patients) and five patients died after EVL due to failure of bleeding control. Rebleeding following initiation of EVL occurred in eight patients. Among them, bleeding was successfully controlled by EVL in five, and two patients died of uncontrollable bleeding. In one patient, bleeding was controlled but varices were not completely eradicated. Varices were eradicated or reduced to Grade I in 36 (53.7%) of 67patients by 1-9 ligations (mean 4.9) in 1-4 EVL sessions(mean 1.4). After EVL, there were several minor complications; mild substernal discomfort in seven patients, mild dysphagia in three and fever in two. These results suggest that EVL is a safe and effective method of treatment for bleeding esophageal varices, and eradication of esophageal varices can be obtained with less complications.

        식도 정맥류 출혈에 대한 내시경적 결찰요법의 치료효과

        Endoscopic injection sclerotheraphy(EIS) was an effective method for treatment of bleeding esophageal varices. However, it might be associated with some undesirable complications. Endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL) is a recently developed method for control of active variceal bleeding and eradicating esophageal varices with similar efficacy and minimal risk of complications compare to EIS. We performed EVL in 40 patients who had recently bled from esophageal varices. Total 198 variceal ligations were performed during 64 separate EVL session. Control rate of acute bleeding was 90%(36 of 40patients) and 4 patients died after EVL because of failure of bleeding control. Rebleeding following initiation of EVL occured in 5 patients-three patients were successfully controlled by EVL, one patient was controlled but eradication was impossible and one patient died. Varices were eradicated or reduced to grade I in 31(86.1% ) of 36 survivors by 1-9 ligation(mean 5.0) in l-4 EVL sessions(mean 1.6). After EVL, there were mild complications-mild substernal discomfort in 4 patients, mild dysphagia in 2 patients and fever in 2 patients. These results suggest that EVL is a safe and effective method for treatment of bleeding and eradication of esophageal varices with less complication.
