본 연구의 목적은 지능형교통시스템(ITS) 서비스를 다양한 통신망에서 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 연동방안을 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 ITS에 사용되는 통신망간의 연계를 위해서 먼저, ITS를 통해 제공되는 서비스와 이에 부합하는 유 무선 통신망의 기능 및 성능 요구사항을 정립하고, 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐에서 최우선 순위로 제시된 6가지의 ITS 서비스에 대한 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 또한, 주요 무선 통신방식에 대한 특성을 분석하여 각 ITS 서비스별로 사용 가능한 통신방식을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 시나리오 별로 각 통신방식의 연동방안을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a method of integrating diverse communication networks for effectively providing ITS(Intelligent Transport System) services. In this paper, in oder to integrate communication networks, we have defined ITS services, its requirements and functions of communications. Also, we have analyzed the six important ITS services in the National ITS Architecture along with the characteristics of wireless communications. Based on the ITS service scenarios, we have derived the communication methods for ITS services.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보방송 서비스가 널리 확대되고 있으나, 인터넷 프로토콜 고유의 한계로 인해 사용상에 제한이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기지국에 IP 주소변환 기능을 도입한 억세스망에서의 인터넷방송 기술과 이를 이용한 위치기반서비스가 제안되었다. 수신기에 IP 주소가 할당되지 않아도 되며, 사전에 서버의 주소를 몰라도 정보를 수신할 수 있으며, 서버의 부하나 통신망 트래픽이 대폭 감소되는 장점이 있다. In spite of widely deploying information broadcasting services based on Internet, there are some limitations to use them due to the bound of Internet protocol. In this paper, a new Internet broadcasting technology for access network and Location Based Services are proposed by employing IP address translation function in base station. There are some advantages such as, no need to allocate IP address to receiver no need to know web site address, and reduction of traffic for server and network.

HFC 순수냉매 및 3성분 혼합냉매의 수평관내 응축열전달

An experimental study of condensation heat transfer was performed for pure refrigerants HFC32, HFCI25, and HFC134a, and a ternary refrigerant mixture of HFC32/125/134a (23/25/52wt%). The heat transfer coefficients were measured inside a horizontal smooth tube 5.8 mm I.D. and 8.0 m long. The refrigerant temperature at inlet was 40 $^{\circ}C$, and the mass flux was varied from 150 to 400 $kg/m^2s$. As for the pure refrigerants, the heat transfer coefficient of HFC32/125/l34a decreased as the quality decreased. In addition, the heat transfer coefficient of HFC32/l25/134a was about 20 % lower than HFC 134a at a low mass flux but showed no reduction at a high mass flux. The heat transfer coefficient of ternary refrigerant mixtures was 30% lower on the average than that of the pure refrigerant.

인터넷 지역 방송에서 데이터 프레임 길이와 복수 전송에 관한 연구

스마트폰과 스마트패드의 사용자가 급격하게 증가됨에 따라 무선랜 AP의 설치가 확대되고 있다. 따라서 향후에 무선랜을 이용한 인터넷 지역 방송 서비스가 활성화될 것이다. 그러나 다수의 단말기로 단방향으로 데이터를 전송하는 방송 기술의 특성상 전송 오류가 발생하는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 BER(Bit Error Rate)과 데이터 프레임 길이에 따른 데이터 프레임 오류율(FER: Frame Error Rate)에 대해 분석하여 방송 환경에 따른 적절한 데이터 프레임 길이를 제시하며, 동일한 방송 데이터 프레임을 여러 번 전송하여 실제적으로 FER을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. As the number of users of smart phone and smart pad are increasing, the deployment of WiFi APs has been accelerated. Also Internet local broadcasting service will be activated near future. But transmission error is the critical problem, due to the one-way transmission of the data to the receivers. In this paper, FER is analysed according to BER and frame length, and repetitive transmission technique is proposed to reduce the effective FER.

무선랜 및 WiBro 망에서의 효율적인 무선 인터넷 지역방송 시스템

인터넷을 기반망으로 하는 무선 종단망에서 방송용 또는 멀티캐스팅용 IP 주소를 이용한 기존의 무선 인터넷 지역방송 기술의 단점이 본 논문에서 보완되었다. 즉, 수신기가 방송을 요청하는 방법과 멀티캐스팅과 브로드캐스팅 방식을 결합시키거나, 수신기와 기지국의 하위 계층에서 방송 데이터 필터링을 수행하여, 통신망과 방송 서버, 기지국, 수신기의 부하가 대폭 감소되었다. 본 논문에서 제안된 기술은 일반적인 방송 서비스뿐만 아니라 LBS(Location Based Service)나 Telematics 서비스에 최적이다. In this paper, existing technology that uses broadcasting and multicasting IP addrsses at the wireless access network, based on Internet as a core network, is upgraded. By employing broadcasting service request by receivers, convergence of multicasting and broadcasting, and lower level filtering of broadcast data, the load and traffic of network, server, base station, and receiver is substantially reduced. The technology proposed in this paper could be useful for general broadcasting services, and especially optimum for LBS and Telematics services.

본 논문에서는 최근에 기본 개념이 창안된 개인 환경 서비스(Personal Environment Service: PES)의 시스템과 프로토콜 구조에 대해 확장된 방안이 제안되었다. PES는 스마트폰과 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 하는 대표적인 모바일 컨버젼스 서비스로 그 파급 효과가 매우 크다. 그러나 초기부터 시스템 구조에 대해 충분히 연구되지 않으면 효과적인 실용화 가능성이 낮아진다. 본 논문에서 제안된 PES 서비스 시스템과 프로토콜 구조는 향후 본격적인 연구개발 단계에서 좋은 참조 내용이 될 것이다. A improved system and protocol architecture for Personal Environment Service which has been created recently, is proposed in this paper. PES is the typical mobile convergence service based on smart phone and user profile, and its influence would be very huge in the near future. In order to make it feasible more efficiently, the system architecture should be studied from the early stage. The proposed PES system and protocol architecture could be valuable reference for the further study and development of PES system and technology.

Two Phase Flow Boiling Heat Transfer of R410A Inside Horizontal Aluminum Multiport Tube

Two phase flow boiling heat transfer coefficient of R410A inside multiport tube were investigated in this study. The experimental data were conducted in horizontal aluminum tubes with the hydraulic diameter of 1.14 ㎜. The testing conditions were performed with the mass fluxes from 50 to 150 ㎏/㎡s, the heat fluxes from 3 to 6 ㎾/㎡, the saturation temperature of 6℃ and the vapor quality from 0.1 to dry-out. The effects of mass flux, heat flux on the heat transfer coefficient were analyzed. The experimental data were also compared with some well-known heat transfer coefficient correlations.
