        지상기준점 선점 위치에 따른 DSM 높이 정확도 분석

        최근 초경량무인비행장치(UAV)의 활용과 영상처리 기술 발달로 인해 정사영상과 수치모형 등을 활용한 응용 분야가 다양해지고 있다. 특히 토지측량분야에서도 이러한 결과물을 활용하여 위험지역분석과 같은 공간정보 활용이 활발해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 UAV 고해상도 영상을 활용하여 고저차가 심한 경사지에서 정사영상의 위치정확도와 수치표면모델의 수직위치 정확도를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 대상지역 전역에 고르게 분포한 지상기준점(GCP)인 경우 2차원 정사영상에서 평면위치 오차는 크지 않았다. DSM의 수직위치의 경우 GCP의 선점위치를 점 간 고도차를 약 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m로 구분하여 전체를 포괄하는 각 8점의 GCP와 검사점을 대상으로 분석한 결과 비행코스별 고르게 분포되고 GCP 점 간 높이차가 30m일 경우(RMSEZ=0.07m) 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다. 본 연구지역과 유사한 대상지역을 UAV를 활용하여 수치모형을 제작할 경우 GCP 위치선정과 수직위치 정확도 향상에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. Recently, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle utilization and image processing technology for remote sensing have diversified remarkably with Orthophoto and Digital Surface Model. In particular, It uses more application fields such as spatial information analysis and hazardous areas as well as land surveying. This study analyses the accuracy of the coordinate on Orthophoto and DSM height on slope area with high and low differences by using UAV images. As the result of this study, in the case of GCP on 2D orthophoto, the location error was not produced significantly. The vertical position of the DSM showed the highest accuracy when the height difference between GCPs is under 30m(RMSEZ=0.07m). The location of the GCPs was divided into approximately 10m, 20m, 30m, and 40m with analysis for each of the eight points of GCP and inspection points in general. This study expects that producing both horizontal accuracy of Orthophoto and vertical accuracy of DSM using UAV on the sloped area which similar to this research area will help in spatial information fields.

        The aim of this study was to develop a convenient brown sauce product with long shelf life that has similar taste and quality characteristics with sauce used in restaurants. Response surface analysis was carried out to optimize brown sauce. Extracted brown sauce powder was subjected to hot air drying, infrared drying, freeze drying, and spray drying to determine the appropriate drying method for brown sauce manufacturing. The optimum extraction conditions were set by superimposing and reading each reaction surface that satisfied all of the sensory characteristics such as color, smell, taste, concentration, and overall preference level in order to set the optimum conditions for brown sauce production. The optimum extraction conditions for brown sauce were determined to be heating time 30 min, gelatin addition quantity 9.00%, and tomato paste addition quantity 11.25%. Reliability test showed a similar value to the predicted scope when compared to the experimental value obtained under the same conditions as the predicted value according to RSM (response surface methodology), enabling verification of the derived regression formula. Product powder of ideal brown sauce by heating, infrared radiation, freezing, and spray drying and investigate result for functional tests of color, flavor, taste, viscosity, overall acceptability and show highly acceptability on powder by infrared rays and freeze-drying methods. Especially, infrared radiation method resulted in favorable color and flavor values while freeze-drying method produced good taste and viscosity values and high overall acceptability. Therefore, infrared radiation drying method and freeze-drying method to product powder.

        무인비행장치를 활용한 농작물피해면적 산출에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 무인항공기(UAV)를 활용하여 농작물피해면적을 산출하고 피해예방 개선방안을 제언하는데 목적을 두었다. 매년 조사되는 배추 작물의 수확량과 재배면적은 감소하는 추세이며 습해로 인한 피해는 수확량 감소에 한 원인이 된다. 또한 농업직불금 지급의 현실성을 반영하기 위하여 정확한 재배면적 산출이 필요하다. 농작물 재배면적을 산출하기 위하여 무인비행장치를 활용하여 취득한 영상과 연속지적도를 비교하여 실제 배추재배 면적을 산출하였다. 또한 습해로 인한 피해면적을 감독분류하여 필지별 피해면적 비율을 산출고 지번별 면적과 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 배추작물 수확량예측의 정확도를 높이기 위한 조사방법 전환과 실재 농작물 재배면적과 피해면적 산정에 현실성을 반영하고, 피해원인을 파악해 수확량 감소 문제에 선제적 대응 방안을 제시하였다. The Purpose of this study was to utilize unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) to propose ways to improve prevention of crop damages, chinese cabbage in particular. Cultivation of crops harvested annually is declining and damage caused by damp humidity is a cause for decreasing crop yields. It is also necessary to calculate the exact area of cultivation in order to reflect the reality of farmland subsidy. To calculate the area of crop cultivation, the actual area of the chinese cabbage cultivation area were calculated by serial cadastral map and rotary wing drone. Moreover, The result of calculation damaged area on the field were compared against supervised classification This study suggests that it will be possible to estimate areas of damage before planting crops and proactively measure crops to stabilize the crops’ yield and supply balance more realistically.

        Recently, interest in the safety and maintenance of the structures is growing. However, due to the low-cost order placed by the ordering organization, the safety diagnosis specialized institution becomes insolvent and many problems have arisen due to insufficient inspection and diagnosis. Therefore, in this study, the current status of bid cost was examined through the survey of the practitioners and case analysis. As a result, Precision safety diagnosis, the criteria cost for structures with a floor area of less than 10,000 m2 is lowered to 80 % from the current standard. For structures larger than that, the current criteria cost are applied, but it is deemed necessary to strengthen the rigidity of the criteria cost.

        In the Electric Vehicle(EV) driving system, the Battery Management System(BMS) is very important and an essential equipment.<br/> Particularly, BMS monitors the State of Charge(SOC), voltage, current, and temperature of the battery modules when Electric Vehicle is in the state of motoring or charging. Major roles of BMS are like these the first, estimation of State of Charge(SOC), the second, detection of the unbalance of the voltage between battery modules, the third, control of the available limit of the voltage and temperature of batteries by monitoring the batteries' status during motoring or charging. In this research, We have focused on estimating SOC of battery according to the status of Electric Vehicle and the BMS operation algorithm. The result for algorithm of SOC estimation is presented. It have been modified, compensated, and verified by means of the experiment.

        인천항 국제여객부두 관리체계 개선에 관한 연구

        지난 20년 동안 우리나라 국제여객항 카페리의 여객과 화물 운송 실적은 각각 연평균 8.6%의 증가율을 기록하였다. 하지만 항로의 발전과 항차의 양적 증대에 비해 국제여객항의 비효율적인 관리체계에 대한 개선 요구가 끊임없이 제기되어 왔다. 본 논문은 중요도-성취도(IPA) 기법을 응용·적용하여 우리나라의 대표 국제여객항인 인천항을 중심으로 최근 국제여객선 수급상황 변화와 정부·민간 등 이용 주체의 개선 요구를 반영한 여객터미널 관리체계 전반의 개선사항과 추진 방안을 제시하였다. IPA 분석결과, 인천항 국제여객터미널의 ‘운영’ 부문에서는 세관인력의 확대 및 상시통관 시스템 시행, ‘시설’에서는 연락교-선석 간 완충시설 설치 및 카페리 화물 전용 배후단지 마련, ‘제도’의 경우 비용부담 주체의 명확한 기준 설정 및 터미널 이용 관련 비용의 인상폭 제한 등이 관리체계 개선에 가장 필요한 항목으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국제여객항의 효율적인 관리체계를 위해 운영, 시설 및 제도 등 다각적 차원에서 이해관계자의 의견을 반영한 정부의 정책 접근과 투자의 필요성을 시사한다. Over the past 20 years, Korea’s number of international passengers and freight transportation records has increased by 8.6% per year, respectively. However, despite the development of sea lanes and increased voyages, there have been constant calls for improving the inefficient management of international passenger ports. Hence, this paper presents improvements and further directions for international passenger port management. Focusing on the Incheon International passenger port as a representative case study, the main results show that the most important, urgent, possible measures for improving the port management include (i) the expansion of customs personnel and implementation of a 24-hours customs clearance system in operation, (ii) installation of buffer facilities between the ferry and ferry cargo and establishment of hinterland specialized in car ferry freight in a facility, and (iii) clear standards for cost-bearing subjects and limitation of high cost related to terminal use in institution. These results imply the need for government policy access and investment reflecting stakeholder opinions at various levels, such as operation, facilities, institution, and so forth, for efficient management of international passenger ports.

        추출된 이종 크롬 친화성 세포의 이식에 의한 마우스에서의 통증 완화 효과

        Objective : Adrenal medullary chromaffin cells are known to release analgesic substances such as opioides and catecholamines. Transplantation of them is a novel method that challenges current approaches in treating chronic pain. The transplantation of xenogeneic chromaffin cells into the central nervous system(CNS) supply antinociception in animals. In this study, we investigated the analgesic effects of rat adrenal medullary chromaffin cells transplanted into the CNS of the mouse. To study the antinociceptive efficacy of transplanted chromaffin cells, the survival of rat adrenal medullary chromaffin cells transplanted into the CNS of mouse was determined. Methods : The adrenal medullary chromaffin cells isolated from rat were transplanted into the striatum of mouse. These cells were confirmed of the release of Met-enkephalin and Leu-enkephalin by HPLC, and immunoblots for tyrosine hydroxylase(TH). Two weeks after transplantation, we performed immunohistochemistry for TH to determine the survival of implanted cells and assessed pain sensitivity at the same time. Results : The isolated rat adrenal medullary chromaffin cells were positive for anti-TH antibody and released Met-enkephalin and Leu-enkephalin more than rat endothelial cells. Transplanted rat chromaffin cells were stained with anti-TH antibody in striatum of mouse after 2 weeks. Pain sensitivity was reduced on the chromaffin cell-transplanted mouse compared to endothelial cell-transplanted mouse by the hot plate test. Conclusion : These results suggest that the rat chromaffin cells were suitably transplanted into the CNS of mouse. This approach could be used as a therapy for reducing of chronic pain induced by cancer or neuronal injury.
