        소방관의 우울, 불안, ADHD, 충동성

        Objective : This study aimed to evaluate the association of exhaustion, ADHD, self-esteem, impulsivity, suicidal tendencies and quality of life as well as depression and anxiety in fire officers in Korea. Methods : This study was undertaken for the first time in Korea, from September 2016 to December 2016. A set of questionnaires was provided to a total of 113 fire officers and 284 other participants as a comparison group. All subjects were evaluated using the Beck's Depression Inventory, Beck's Anxiety Inventory, Malach Burnout Inventory, Korean Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Scales, Rosenberg's Self-esteem Inventory, Baratt's Impulsivity Scale, Beck's Scale of Suicide Ideation, and Quality of Life Scale. Furthermore, the odds ratio of depression, anxiety, exhaustion, ADHD, self-esteem, impulsivity, suicidal tendency and quality of life were evaluated the fire officer group and control group were compared through logistic regression analysis. Result : The results of this study indicated that the fire officers were more likely to show depression, anxiety, exhaustion, ADHD, low self-esteem and higher impulsivity. Also, the association between the fire officer group and depression, ADHD and impulsivity was confirmed through logistic regression analysis. Conclusion : Timely and effective evaluation and treatment of impulsivity, as well as depression is required for fire officers.

        건강보험심사평가원 데이터의 분석을 통한 체성기능부전 환자의 특성 및 M99 진단명의 사용현황 분석

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to assess the usage of diagnosis codes for somatic dysfunctions and the general characteristics of patients diagnosed with the code, by analyzing health insurance data provided by the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service(HIRA) of Korea. This investigation is intended to outline future and willing to contribute to further use of diagnosis code and the approach of Oriental Medicine to somatic dysfunction. Materials and Methods : By analyzing HIRA data, those diagnosed with M99 codes, a code attributed to somatic dysfunction, were selected for analysis. Patients included were assessed for the relevant general characteristics, and the specific diagnostic criteria. The current usage rates and noteworthy characteristics of diagnostic codes of somatic dysfunctions were assessed. A comparative analysis between clinical departments and subcategories, and a comparative analysis to data of 2014 was conducted. Results : Patients given M99 codes constituted a small minority of all patients diagnosed in 2011 as shown by HIRA data. The codes were more frequently to older patients, females, outpatients, and those who filed for Health Insurance compensation. Medical institutions participating in the diagnosis were mostly primary care facilities, usually specializing in orthopedic(Western medicine sector) and internal medicine (Oriental Medicine sector). The most registered code in 2011 and 2014 was M995. The same trend can be observed in Oriental/Western medicine institutions and Public health center, on the other hand, between them, have some different patterns both 2nd and 3rd. Conclusions : This investigation is that of current usage of diagnostic codes of somatic dysfunction. HIRA insurance claim data was analyzed. Based on the current results, more precise diagnostic standards of somatic dysfunction are warranted. This study will provide a foundation for future Oriental Medicine approach to somatic dysfunctions.

        용현자연휴양림 일대의 산림군락분류와 식생구조

        본 연구는 국립용현자연휴양림일대 산림의 식생조사를 통하여 산림의 군락분류와 식생구조를 연구하였다. 2014년 4월부터 9월까지 약 26개의 방형구(20×20m)를 설치하여 식생조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 신갈나무군락, 굴참나무군락, 고로쇠나무군락의 3개 군락으로 구분되었으며, 신갈나무군락은 소나무군과 전형군, 고소뢰나무군락은 회나무군과 전형군의 4개 군으로 세분되었다. 국립용현자연휴양림일대 산림식생유형은 3개 군락 4개군의 분류체계를 가졌으며, 총 5개의 식생단위로 구분되었다. 식생단위별 중요치 분석을 보면 교목 및 관목의 목본식물에서 식생단위 1은 소나무 (65.1%), 식생단위 2는 신갈나무(73.6%), 식생단위 3은 굴참나무(75.1%), 식생단위 4는 회나무(33.3%), 식생단위 5는 비목나무(21.7%)가 높게 나왔으며, 초본층에서 식생단위 1은 주름조개풀(19.3%), 식생단위 2는 실새풀(16.9%), 식생단위 3은 땅비싸리(17.3%), 식생단위 4와 5는 개별꽃이 각각 14.8%, 24.7%로 높게 나왔다. 지표종 분석결과 총 33종이 유의한 종으로 분석되었다(p<0.05). This study was carried out to investigate the forest community classification and vegetation structure in NYNRF(National Yonghyeon Natural Recreation Forest). We studied by 26 plots(20×20m) from April to September 2014. NYNRF were classified into the Quercus mongolica Community, Quercus variabilis community and Acer pictum community in the 3 community units. The Q. mongolica Community was subdivided into the Pinus densiflora group and Typical group and A. pictum community was also subdivided into the Euonymus sachalinensis group and Typical group. NYNRF were classified into 3 communities and 4 groups and 5 VU(vegetation units). According to the result of importance value analysis between vegetation units, VU 1 P. densiflora(65.1%), VU 2 Q. mongolica(73.6%), VU 3 Q. variabilis(75.1%), VU 4 E. sachalinensis(33.3%) and VU 5 Lindera erythrocarpa(27.1%) were highly showed in tree layer and VU 1 Rhododendron mucronulatum (19.3%), VU 2 Calamagrostis arundinacea (16.9%), VU 3 Indigofera kirilowii(75.1%), VU 4 and VU 5 Pseudostellaria heterophylla(each other 14.8% and 24.7%) were highly showed in herb layer. In INSPAN(INdicator SPecies ANalysis) of vegetation units, 33 species were analyzed significantly(p<0.05)

        천연기념물 한란 보호구역의 개체군 구조 및 미세 서식처 선호성

        There are no population ecological research on the natural monument (No. 191) Jeju Cymbidium kanran in South Korea. In this study, we analyzed the population structure and fine-scale habitat affinity of C. kanran in Sanghyo-dong, Jejudo Island from Oct. 2013 to Feb. 2014. We observed total of 1,237 individuals (4,341 pseudobulbs) of C. kanran (989.6 population ha-1) within (1.25 ha) and only 17 (1.4%) individuals were inflorescent. In 60.9% of the entire populations, disease symptoms such as spots and blight leaves were observed. C. kanran populaton exhibited reverse-J shaped size distribution based on leaf area classes as individual size parameter. The three size related attributes of C. kanran (no. of pseudobulb rs=-0.159, no. of leaves rs=-0.148 and leaf arera rs=-0.114) and soil temperature revealed a negative relationship (p. 0.0001). Most of C. kanran (95.4%) were grown under Castamopsis cuspidata and spatially, C. kanran were strongly clumped at all distances. Population characteristics of C. kanran in the study area were likely originated from species habitat affinity and successional environment. Through this study, base line data for C. kanran`s habitat monitoring was established and conservation measures based on population characteristics were discussed.

        사례분석을 통한 건설현장 화재위험도 평가 체크리스트 개발

        건설현장에서는 화재사고 발생 시 대형재해로 이어질 수 있는 위험성이 매우 크다. 건설현장에서는 가연성 물질을 다수 사용하고 있으며, 화재사고 발화원이 되는 장비를 흔히 사용하고 있어 화재사고 위험이 항상 상존한다. 화재사고 예방을 위한 다양한 제도로 명시하고 있으나, 건설현장작업 특성에 적합한 예방제도를 적용하기에는 한계가 있으며, 기존 연구에서는 법령개선 및 화재사고 시 진압 문제관련 내용의 연구가 진행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서 화재사고 사례분석과 선행연구 고찰을 통해 화재위험도 평가 체크리스트를 제안하였다. 체크리스트의 현장 적용성을 검토해보기 위해서 국내 건설현장에서 발생한 2건의 화재사고사례에 적용하였다. 그 결과, 실제 화재 원인을 포함하여 추가적으로 화재원인이 될 수 있는 원인들을 규명할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 화재위험도 평가 체크리스트를 건설현장에서 활용한다면 실질적이고 효과적인 화재사고 예방뿐만 아니라 화재사고가 발생하더라도 인명피해를 최소화하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. On the construction site, there exists frequently a high likelihood that a fire accident can lead to a large-scale disaster. In the previous studies, the diverse outcomes have been focused on the improvement of relative statutes and tried to realize the suppression and confrontation of the fire accidents. In this study, the limitations on the site were identified through prior research reviews, and the fire risk assessment checklist was proposed through the analysis of the massive accident cases. The checklist was divided into the prevention and minimization steps and developed into 16 categories of total risk factors. According to the results from the cases applied in this study, if the installation status is checked, such as removing combustibles, and broadcasting facilities for evacuation are installed, it is expected that the casualties will be minimized or zeroed. By developing a fire risk assessment checklist, this study provides the implications of the theoretical and realistic fire accident prevention, and supports the ways to minimize the damage resulted from the fire accidents on construction sites. In the further, deriving universe and common items about repeated occurrences of a work type will be needed as a subsequent research.

        Ⅰ분과 : 천연기념물 제432호 제주 상효동 한란 자생지의 환경 및 식생

        천연기념물 제 432호 제주 상효동의 한란 자생지(39 ha)를 대상으로 2013년 10월부터 2014년 2월까지 생물(식물상, 식생다양성 및 임분 구조) 및 비생물 환경(미기상, 수관열림도, 임내 광량 및 토양 온·습도)의 특성을 분석하였다. 한란 자생지의 일평균온도(5.7℃)는 서귀포시 보다 3.3℃ 낮았고, 일평균습도(75.8%)는 서귀포시 보다 15%높았다. 토양 온도는 평균 16.5℃, 토양습도는 평균 37.3%, 그리고 낙엽층 두께는 평균 4.3 cm이었다. 수관열림도 및임내 광량의 평균은 각각 15.5%, 및 8.5 mol·m-2·day-1 이었다. 한란 자생지 보호구역 내 관속식물은 총 221 분류군이며, 희귀 및 멸종위기식물로는 한란, 죽백란 및 꼬리족제비고사리 등이 확인되었다. 식생다양성 평가 결과, 구실잣밤나무군락 등 총 6개의 식생단위가 분석되었다. 조사구역의 임분구조는 구실잣밤나무가 가장 높은 밀도(1,777 개체/ha) 및 흉고단면적 (90.3 m2/ha)을 나타내었다. In the Natural Monument (No. 432) Jeju Sanghyo-dong Cymbidium kanran Habitat (39 ha), flora,vegetation diversity, stand structure, mirco-climate, canopy openness, light environment and soil temperature andmoisture were quantified from Oct. 2013 to Feb. 2014. Compare to Seogwipo-si, daily mean temperature (5.7oC)and moisture (75.8%) in study area were lower at 3.3oC and 15%, respectively. Mean soil temperature andmoisture were 16.5oC and 37.3%, respectively, and mean litter layer depth (n = 81) was 4.3 cm. Mean canopyopenness and light availability at forest floor were 15.5% and 8.5 mol·m-2·day-1, respectively. Total of 22species including vascular and bryophyte plants and 6 vegetation group were observed. Castanopsis siebildii wasdominant species in study area, and density and basal area were 1,777 stem/ha and 90.3 m2/ha.

        남한지역 향나무림의 군락생태학적 특성

        Juniperus chinensis forest were classified into 1 community group, 2 communities, 4 groups, 6 subgroups, and 7 vegetation units by phytosociological analysis(the method of ZM schools) with 79 vegetation data in south korea. By NMS analysis it appeared at first axis (13.8%) and second axis (69%) and comprehensive explanatory power was 31%. It was shown clearly in Donggang region, the East sea region and the Ulleungdo region. In INSPAN(Indicator species Analysis) of vegetation unit, 89 species were analyzed significantly. According to result of species diversity, evenness, dominance value, interspecific-competition and other related analyses for vegetation unit, the species diversity of vegetation unit 4 showed the lowest value 0.667, while the value of vegetation unit 6 showed the highest value 1.174. The dominance value of vegetation unit 7 showed the lowest value 0.163 and most vegetation units are on about 0.7, while the value of vegetation unit 1 showed highly above 0.8.
