In 1919, during the 3·1 independence movement, Kim Byung Jo was one of the representative for korea's independence movement. There was 33 people who was fighting for korea’s independent and he was one of them, and also, he was a minister from northwest protesantism. He studied Chinese classics but he studied new style education system because he felt chat korea society was changing from old to new. After that, he signed as a representitive for korea's independence movement with Lee-Seung Hun, Yoo-Yeo Dea that known from school days. But he was not in Seoul for the declaration of independence ceremony because he tried to spread an independence movement in Pyung An provance he was distributing the declaration of independence and leading a demonstration, and he was the only one among 33 people that did provisional government and tried to advertising provisional government in overseas. He wrote to books calld 『An independence movement outline history』 for inspire the national consciousness, also, he was a school teacher in Sanghai Insung school and cried to educated to korean who lived in overseas, he was a religenal leader in Manchuria and published 『Hau Jok News Paper(韓族新聞)』, he did an independence movement in outside of korea. After independence, he built the Chosun Democratic Party in Pyung Yang with Cho-Man Sik in 1946, he was the leader of the resistence but he arrested by the soviet military government. He sent to Siberia in 1947 and he passed away there in 1950. Kim-Byung Jo was not only a leader of the religious world but also, he was a flighter and dedicated his life for an independence movement.

마이크로 그리드용 공통플랫폼 서비스 개발 도구

마이크로 그리드는 기존의 대규모 전력망이 가진 여러 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 전력망 개념으로 세계적으로 국가차원에서 연구 및 개발 중이다. 이러한 배경에서 마이크로 그리드 내 장치 및 시스템 간 상호운영기술 및 신규시장 Enabler 확보를 위해 마이크로 그리드용 공통 플랫폼이 개발 중으로 이는 Third-Party 사업자에게 개방형 API 기능을 통해 전력정보를 제공하여 비즈니스 모델을 지원하도록 한다. 마이크로 그리드용 공용 플랫폼에 접속하여 전력 어플리케이션을 개발하고자하는 사업자는 서비스 개발 및 배포를 지원하는 통합 개발 환경이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 마이크로그리드용 공통플랫폼의 어플리케이션 개발 및 배포를 위한 PaaS(Platform as a Service) 형태의 서비스 개발도구를 제안한다. Micro Grid is a new concept of electrical grid to solve several problems of Mega-Grid and it is under research and development at the national level around the world. With this background, Micro Grid Common Platform has been developed for interoperability technology of devices-systems in Micro Grid and securing enabler for new market. For supporting business models, Micro Grid Common Platform provides electric power information to Third-Party licensee via Open API function. Licensee, who want to develop electric power application by connecting to Micro Grid Common Platform, needs IDE(Integrated Development Environment) for service development and distribution. The paper proposes a service development tool for developing applications of Micro Grid Common Platform as a PaaS (Platform as a Service).

생활폐기물의 호기성처리를 통한 유기물 분해안정화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate appropriate environmental factors when domestic waste is decomposed as aerobic digestion. So stabilization degree was measured after the waste is mixed as certain rates and water content was controlled by 55% and 60%. Variation of VS showed food waste in reactors of number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 was decomposed fully except reactor of number 6. Decomposition degree of VS in reactors of number 1, 2, 3 and 4 was not different high because Vinyl and plastic inserted played role bulking agent in reactor number 1, 2, 3 and 4. In reactors, maximum temperature indicated $57{\sim}59^{\circ}C$ and temperatures in reactors 1, 2, 3 and 4 were higher and remained longer than in reactor 5 and 6 for 2~4 days. Variation of $CO_2$ was similar to that of VS. The reduction rate of water content was low because moisture generated by oxidation fever of microorganism did not evaporated well. pH was low in the beginning of the reaction however, as time passed, it increased slightly and remained regular pattern. EC and C/N showed the same pattern as pH. Settlement and weight reduction rates were similar to the factors above. Reactor 1, 2, 3, and 4 showed higher settlement and weight reduction rate than reactor 5 and 6. 본 연구는 생활폐기물을 호기성분해 개념에서 유기물을 분해 안정화시킬 때 적정한 환경인자들을 도출, 검토하기 위해서 가정에서 배출되는 일반생활폐기물을 각각의 비율에 따라 섞은 후 함수율을 55%, 60%로 조절하여 분해 안정화정도를 평가하였다. VS량의 변화는 6번 반응기를 제외하고는 모든 반응기에서 초기에 투입된 음식물량이 모두 분해가 된 것으로 판단되었고, 1, 2, 3, 4번 반응기는 비슷한 분해정도를 보여 비닐/플라스틱의 첨가가 통기개량제로서의 역할을 한 것으로 사료되었다. 반응기별 온도는 모든 반응기의 최고 온도가 약 $57{\sim}59^{\circ}C$정도로 측정되었고, VS량의 변화와 비슷하게 1, 2, 3, 4번 반응기가 최고온도에서 지속기간이 5, 6번 반응기보다는 약 2~4일정도 더 지속되어 분해반응이 더 잘 일어난 것으로 판단되었으며, $CO_2$ 발생량도 온도 변화와 비슷한 경향을 나타내고 있다. 함수율 변화는 미생물의 산화열로 증발된 수분의 원활한 배출이 이루어지지 않은 관계로 수분 감소율은 모든 반응기에서 낮게 측정되었다. pH는 음식물쓰레기로 인하여 초기에는 약산성이었으나, 반응이 진행됨에 따라 pH가 상승하여 일반적인 경향과 비슷하게 측정되었다. 전기전도도와 C/N비는 전체적으로 소폭증가하는 경향을 보였다. 침하량과 무게감소율도 위의 다른 인자들과 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 즉, 1, 3번 반응기와 2, 4번 반응기가 더 큰 침하율과 무게감소율을 보였다.

북한의 핵 및 미사일 개발과 우리의 대응방안

현재 북한에서 3대 세습체제의 김정은은 역대 김일성과 김정일 정권보다 더욱 호전적으로 핵 및 미사일 도발을 자행하고 있다. 대한민국의 역대 정부는 나름대로의 북한의 도발을 억제하는 노력과 한반도에서의 평화정착을 위한 방안을 제시하여 왔지만 결과론적으로는 통치자로서의 기본 역할에 국한되어 온 것이 사실이다. 2017년 2월 미국의 트럼프 행정부 출범에 따라 미국 대선 과정에서의 공약과 현재에는 대통령령으로서의 통치 스타일을 고려할 때 한반도 문제와 관련하여 다소 희망적이었던 것은 사실이나, 최근 들어 트럼프 대통령의 한반도 관련 다양한 발언은 우리의 상황을 암울하게 하고 있다. 이의 연장에서 김정은의 핵 및 미사일 집착은 역대 북한 정권이 기초를 닦아놓았고 이제 마무리하여 실전배치를 앞둔 상황에서 핵 및 미사일의 경량화, 고도화, 다종화를 기치로 더욱 무모한 도발을 하고 있는 현실이다. 이에 우리는 현재 안보상황을 과거처럼 타국에만 의존할 수 없으며, 대한민국 스스로 무엇을 어떻게 할 것인가를 찾기 위해 북한의 핵 및 미사일 도발을 중심으로 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. Today, Kim Jong-un, the third-hereditary regime in North Korea, is committing Nuclear Provocation more aggressively than the past when Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il dominated. Past South Korea government had suggested plans to restrain the provocation from North Korea and bring stabilization in the Korean Peninsula. However, consequentially it was limited to the primary role of the President. When President Trump takes over the government in February 2017, it has attracted the expectation about the issues occurred on the Korean Peninsula due to the pledge that he promised during the presidential election and his govern style. However, various speeches about the Korean Peninsula that he spoke recently made situations depressed about what South Korean currently encounters. Furthermore, previous regime in North Korea has laid the foundation for Kim Jong-un to be obsessed more on the nuclear and missile which has led him to provoke more imprudently by highlighting the light weight, advanced, and various kinds of nuclear and missiles. Thus, we would like to propose counter measures in order for South Korean government to handle and solve the issues that they encounters by themselves based on North Korea's Nuclear Provocation instead of relying on other countries to get involved and help.

뇌성마비인의 균형 능력 향상에 미치는 스케이트 운동의 효과

Purpose: This study investigated effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. Methods: Total five subject with cerebral palsy were recruited from school for disability childen in Daegu, and the skating exercise was conducted 3times at a week during 8 weeks the skating exercise. Balance test was measured using Balance System with overall index, anterior/posterior index, medial/lateral index of balance ability. Results: There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the overall index(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the medial/lateral index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index and medial/lateral index(p<0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that skating exercise was effect on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. The future study needs more detailed research and comparison about effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy.

Due to the internalization and the globalization, the current population of foreign residents in Seoul Korea amounts to 170,000 which constitutes 1.7% of the total population of Seoul. In this paper, we study the situations of resident Japanese in Seoul, and analyze their dwelling characteristics, degree of satisfaction and residential demands. We observed some conflicts and demands in housing spaces or behavioral patterns of respondents. Observations are as follows. In terms of Ondol, they have preference and continue to use it while staying in Seoul as their main heating system. But they restricted it to use on the heating of living room and bedrooms only. In ten-ns of the vacant space in the middle of living room or in the dining area of kitchen, though they do not have the good feeling about the layouts, they still like to use the space because it provides their families to get close together. In terms of Tadami, they do not use or want it any more in Korea, which is replaced by Ondol. In terms of toilets and bathrooms, they have the tendency to use them separatedly in the same patterns as in Japan. These observations provide good foundation for comparative analysis in the dwelling characteristics and behavioral pattems of Japanese in Korea and Japan, or of Japanese in Korea and Koreans in Korea. It may also provide valuable insights in housing plans for residential Japanese in Korea.

『조양반셔(造洋飯書)』 연구(1) - 표기와 어휘의 특징을 중심으로 -

In this paper, we study “Foreign Cookery in Korean,” particularly its orthography and vocabulary. “Foreign Cookery in Korean” was translated in 1899 by Mr. Underwood from Mrs. Crawford`s “Foreign Cookery in Chinese.” The book consists of 16 categories and 271 recipes. In terms of Western cookery, the content is arranged in order food course service. For example: soup, main dishes (meat and fish), salads and desserts (pickles, custard, pastry, cakes, coffee, and so on). Each recipe is proceeded by both Arabic and Chinese numerals and the recipes include both ingredients and cooking methods. In particular, there are many recipes about breads and desserts like pies, tarts, pastries, puddings, custards, and cakes, account for about 70% of recipes. In orthography, the spacing of the words in this text is comparatively good. But one syllabic-bound noun, which is related with various units, is mostly affixed with front words. In case of tensed sounds, `ㅅ-series` consonant clusters are mostly used, with the exception of the consonant clusters `뚝겁게` that were used once. `[s`]`(tensed `s`) are written by `ㅆ` such as `쏘쒜지,` `쏘다,` and the like. In the case of aspirated sounds, `Jungcheol` writing is used, for example, `ㅋ` sounds are written by `ㄱ-ㅎ,` `ㅍ` sounds are written by `ㅂ-ㅎ,` and so on. If aspirated sounds are final consonants, `ㅅ-ㅊ` are used. So `압 헤` means `앞에` and `갓치` means `같이`. That is a mark of the Early Modern Korean writing system. This text shows special foreign language vocabulary in Modern Korean. Some words are transliteration words, like `차콜레잇트,` `카피,` `와퍼쓰,` and the like. Likewise, some words are translated literally such as `오믈렛,` `케이크,` and `소시지` into `계란쌈,` `우유□, ` and `고기□. ` Food ingredients and cookware are Western style because the recipes are about Western dishes. Cookware is categorized separately according to dishes or cooking methods like `glass (류리 잔), glass bottle (류리 병), glass plate (류리 접시),` `tin cover (양철 □에), frying pan (번쳘)` or `iron bowl, Chinaware.` Basic seasonings are usually used `salt (소곰)` and `sugar (사탕/셜당).` Addition spices include flavorings, gravy, and fruit juice.

도시확장에 따른 진해시의 공간구조변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to investigate the progress of Jinhae city's spatial configuration since the era of Japanese Imperialism, and to discover the characteristics of the city's configuration from the perspective of space syntactic changes. The following is the list of observations that we made by the analysis. First, the global integrated space of the city is moving from the western part -the old town of the city, to the eastern partthe new town of the city, which implies that the most integrated space of the whole street composition is moving according to the expansion of the city. Second, the number of local integrated space was one initially. But as the city expands, the number has increased up to three. The three local integrated space maintain their own local characteristics. Third, the three local integrated space take as similar spatial patterns as the global integrated space. That is, the levels of integration and connectivity of the three central places and the city are high. The central roads of the city called Jung-ang-ro and the three central places are connected. That makes easy to recognize their overall street compositions.
