        염색체 7번 장완의 부분적 역위 중복 1례

        Duplication of chromosome 7q has been reported as either partial or complete. Partial 7q duplication was first described by Carpentier in 1972. Pure partial duplication of the long arm of chromosome 7 is extremely rare and only 16 cases with a pure partial duplication of different 7q segment have been described in the literature. Pure partial duplication of the long arm of chromosome 7 is characterized by growth and developmental retardation, muscular hypotonia, distinct craniofacial dysmorphic features, a short neck and skeletal abnormalities. A 3 month-old male was referred to our department of Pediatrics because of dyspnea, hypotonia and delayed development. He shows growth and developmental delay, hypertelorism, a depressed nasal bridge, low set ears, a short neck and muscular hypotonia. Karyotype revealed 46, XY, dup(7)(q36q33) by GTC-banding. We report a case of a partial inverted duplication of chromosome 7q. 저자들은 호흡곤란, 근력저하, 발달지체로 병원에 온 3 개윌된 남아의 염색체 핵형분석에서 46, XY, dup(7)(q36q33)으로 진단된 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

        골연령 측정을 통한 한방 성장 치료의 임상적 연구

        Objectives : The object of this study was to evaluate the effect of oriental medical treatment to the growth of children using bone age as measurer. Methods : This clinical study has been carried out with 32 cases(male 15, female 17 of children) aging from 7 to 15 years old, who visited to the Department of Pediatrics growth clinic, ○○ medical center from January 2004 to August 2006 and were treated for more than 12 months. Their height, body weight, body mass index(BMI) and bone age were estimated at two points: Before and after oriental medical treatment was applied. Bone age is measured by X-ray image of growth plate in inferior radiocarpal joint. Results : Bone age correlated with choronological age, height, weight. Difference between bone and choronological age was correlated with percentile of height and weight. The mean growth of children showed 4.03 percentile upwardly(p=.046), and difference between bone and choronological age was reduced from $0.23{\pm}1.62$ to $-0.026{\pm}1.64(p=.040)$ after treatment. Conclusions : This study shows that oriental medical treatment helped growth of children using bone age as measurer.

        모유수유아의 비타민 D 섭취에 대한 한국형 가이드라인 제안

        Objectives Recently, vitamin D supplements to breast-fed infants are being encouraged in Korea, and other countries. However, the reliability and validity assessment of supplements is insufficient. Therefore, this study suggests new Korean guidelines for vitamin D supplements of breast-fed infant. Methods The roles of Vitamin D for bone metabolism in children and the correlation between breast milk and Vitamin D were examined throughout domestic and international literature review. In addition, the efficacy and safety of vitamin D supplements were reviewed. Results Preventive effects of rickets by vitamin D supplementation remain unclear. Furthermore, concerns about the safety of vitamin D supplements intake have been raised. Korean guideline suggests breast-fed infants can get vitamin D through the skin safely, but maternal intake of vitamins through sunbath and diet is more effective and safe. Conclusions Limiting sunlight excessively and applying foreign countries' medical guideline for vitamin D supplements are not valid to apply as a domestic guideline for Korean breast-fed infants without considering ethnic and cultural characteristics.

        The study aims to predict the behavior of tourists in Hadong County, which is registered as KIAHS. Based on the theory of planning behavior, we intend to verify the theory of planned behaviour, which adds descriptive parameters of the perceived value and prior knowledge of an agricultural heritage. In detail, first, the perceived value and prior knowledge of tourists about an agricultural heritage understand the influence of tourists' Attitude. Second, we could see the role of the behavioral factors in the causal relationship of the planned behavioral theory. We have identified the planned behavioral theory that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior controls affect the intention of the revisit. Hadong should remember that by sending and providing various information about Hadong Green Tea and World Agricultural Heritage sites, it is possible to elicit changes in visitor attitudes and revisit visits.

        허약아(虛弱兒) 증상 연구를 통한 인터넷 중독의 한의학적 접근

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to research the internet addiction and the Weak children. Methods : Total 400 of 5th and 6th grade JeonJu Elementary student children consisted with 203 men, 197 women were chosen for this study. They answered questionnaires of the internet addiction and the Weak children on June 12th, 2008. Results : 75% were general internet user, latent danger user group was 14.7%, high danger user group was 10.3%. The mean of the general weak children was the highest and then the group of children who had Heart, the Lung, the Liver, the Spleen, the Kidney problems were followed. These showed the relationships with living styles, especially eating patterns and parents' concerns about children's internet use. The more serious internet addiction was, the more the weaker children symptoms were answered significantly. The heart weak children symptoms were found in latent-high danger internet user group. Conclusions : In conclusion, the physical and psychological symptoms of the internet addiction children were resulted by the disturbance of Qi and the pathological change of internal organs.

        한우의 FABP4 유전자 선별에서 사육환경 보정 효과

        가축의 경제적인 특성은 환경적인 요인과 유전적인 요인의 영향을 복합적으로 받는다. 우리는 한우의 경제적 특성에 영향을 미치는 유전적인 요인에 관심이 있으며, 우리의 목적은 경제형질에서 환경적인 요인을 보정하여 유전효과를 더욱 정확하게 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 환경적인 요인과 유전적인 요인으로 구성된 통계모형을 구축하고, 이 모형에서 환경적인 요인인 사육농가의 효과와 도축일령의 효과를 제거하여 보정된 경제형질값을 구한다. 그리고 보정 전 후 경제형질값을 다중인자차원축소 방법에 적용하여 각각의 우수 유전자와 유전자조합을 선별하고, 정확도를 비교한다. 그 결과, 우리는 환경요인을 보정한 경제형질값을 활용하여 우수 유전자 선별의 정확도를 높였고, 한우의 등급과 지방산과 깊은 연관이 있는 우수한 FABP4 유전자를 선별하였다. Economic-traits of livestock are affected by environmental and genetic factors. We are interested in genetic factors that influence the economic-traits of Korean cattle. It is necessary to adjust environmental factors in order to enhance the accuracy of the genetic effect analysis. In this paper, we propose a statistical model of Korean cattle that exclude environmental breeding farm and age factors. We formulated an adjusted economic-trait value, and applied multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) method to data of before-and-after adjustment to identify major FABP4 genes. We were able to increase the accuracy of the analysis after adjustment and identify superior FABP4 genes that influence grade and fatty acid.

        도로포장체의 동결에 영향을 미치는 통계적 요인

        우리나라의 기후적 특성으로 토지가 동절기에는 동결작용을 받고 해빙기에는 융해작용을 받는다. 이러한 동결융해작용의 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 도로 포장 분야에서는 도로 포장 두께에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 도로포장 현장계측 온도데이터를 이용하여, 도로 포장 두께를 위해 사용되는 변수들의 적절성을 확인하기 위해 엔트로피 지수를 이용한 의사결정나무 분석을 시행한다. 각 층 온도를 이용하여 생성한 최저동결층 (순서형 변수)을 목표변수로 분석하며, 분석에 사용된 독립변수는 동결지수에 따라 $350{\sim}450^{\circ}C{\cdot}$일, $450{\sim}550^{\circ}C{\cdot}$일, $550{\sim}650^{\circ}C{\cdot}$일로 구분된 지역 변수, 절토부, 절성경계부, 2m 이하 성토부 구간으로 이루어진 단면 변수 그리고 동상방지층 설치 유무이다. 또한, 월과 대기온도도 독립변수에 포함시킨다. 그 결과, 월, 동상방지층 유무, 대기온도, 지역 순으로 최저동결층에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the character of the climate of Korea, the pavement of a road is Influenced by freezing in winter season and thawing in thawing season. In the last few years, several articles have been devoted to the study to minimize the damage of freezing and thawing action. The purpose of this paper is to identify appropriacy of factors that influence road pavement thickness. We conduct the decision tree analysis on the field data of road pavement. The target variable is 'Frost penetration'. This value was calculated from the temperature data. The input variables are 'Region', 'Type of road pavement', 'Anti-frost layer', 'Month' and 'Air temperature'. The region was divided into 9 regions by freezing index $350{\sim}450^{\circ}C{\cdot}day$, $450{\sim}550^{\circ}C{\cdot}day$, $550{\sim}650^{\circ}C{\cdot}day$. The type of road pavement has three-section such as area of cutting, boundary area of cutting and bankin, lower area of banking. As the result, the variables that influence 'Frost penetration' are Month, followed by anti-frost layer, air temperature and region.

        보육교사의 자아탄력성, 낙관성 및 직무스트레스의 영향요인

        본 연구는 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 낙관성, 직무스트레스 정도와 이들 변수간의 관계를 파악하고 직무스트레스의 영향 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법은 2021년 3월부터 4월까지 D광역시에서 일하고 있는 보육교사 191명을 대상으로 하였다. 보육교사의 자아탄련성, 낙관성 및 직무스트레스를 검사도구를 통해 설문 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 신뢰도분석, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫쨰, 자아탄력성과 낙관성은 정적 상관관계, 자아탄력성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계, 낙관성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스의 영향요인을 분석한 결과 자아탄력성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 보육교사의 직무스트레를 낮추기 위해서는 자아탄력성을 향상시키고, 직무스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 프로그램이 개발 및 제공되어야 할 것이다. This study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between childcare teachers' ego-resilience, optimism, and job stress and the relationship between these variables and to identify factors affecting job stress. The study method was targeted to 191 childcare teachers working in D Metropolitan City from March to April 2021. The self-reliance, optimism, and job stress of childcare teachers were surveyed using a survey instrument. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of this study, first, ego resilience and optimism showed a positive correlation, ego resilience and job stress had a negative correlation, and optimism and job stress had a negative correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the job stress of childcare teachers, it was found that ego resilience had an effect. According to these results, in order to lower the job stress of childcare teachers, a program that can improve self-resilience and lower job stress should be developed and provided.

        수질(水蛭)이 THP-1세포의 사이토카인 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was performed to evaluate the effect of immune reaction inductive substances such as PMA, LPS, DPE, DNCB and WP, the whitman pigra extracting substance at simultaneously on the translocation of $NF{\kappa}B$ towards to the nucleus and the mRNA expression patterns of various cytokine genes in THP-1 cells, monocytes of human. Methods : To analyze the cytokine genes expressions, the RT-PCR method was used, and measuring TNF-${\alpha}$ that had been secreted during cell culture by the ELISA method. The morphological changes were observed during THP-1 cell by a scanning electron microscope and the quantitative distribution of $NF{\kappa}B$ in the cell that was analyzed through immunocytochemistry and a confocal microscopy. Results : WP showed different influences onto the mRNA expression patterns of cytokine genes with PMA, LPS. DPE and DNCB according to the types of immune inductive substances in the THP-1 cells. Upon treating PMA and DPE on the THP-1 cells at the same time or either additionally treating WP thereon, the movement of $NF{\kappa}B$ increase towards the nucleus from cell cytoplasm was able to be observed. The expressions of IL-$1{\alpha}$ and IFN-${\gamma}$ induced by PMA and PMA+DNCB were suppressed by WP while the expression of TGF-${\beta}$ was promoted. Regarding the secretion pattern of TNF-${\alpha}$ according to the treatment of PMA, its secretion amount was incredibly increased by concurrent treatment of WP, however, in case of co-treatment of WP with PMA and DNCB, it was found that the secretion amount of TNF-${\alpha}$ decreased. Conclusions : In this study, the WP extracting substance was confirmed that it had an influence on expression patterns of cytokine genes according to the actions of a variety kinds of immune reaction inductive substances treated on the THP-1 cells. Especially, WP co-treatment with PMA and DNCB was suppressed the expression of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-$1{\alpha}$, IFN-${\gamma}$ and TNF-${\alpha}$.

        해수침투와 농업활동에 의한 사천-하동 해안지역 지하수의 오염 특성

        연구지역인 사천-하동지역은 농업지역으로서 오랫동안 농업용 지하수를 사용하여 왔으며, 또한 남해에 인접해 있다. 본 연구에서는 해수침투와 농업활동에 의한 오염을 고찰하기 위해 연구지역의 지하수 화학성분을 분석하였다. 대부분의 지하수 시료들은 해안으로 갈수록 전기전도도($227{\sim}7,910\;{\mu}S/cm$)가 증가하는 경향을 보이며 해수(0.55)와 비슷한 Na/Cl 농도를 보였다. 또한, Cl과 $HCO_3$ 농도 확률누적곡선의 통계학적 해석에 의하면, 연구지역 지하수의 30.1%가 해수의 영향을 많이 받은 영역에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 지하수 유형은 Ca-Cl과 Na-Cl 형을 나타냈으며, 이는 해수의 영향과 이에 수반된 양이온교환을 지시한다. 수소 산소동위원소 분석 결과, 사천-하동 지역 지하수의 산소 수소 동위원소비는 $\delta^{18}O$가 -8.53~-6.13‰, ${\delta}D$가 -58.7~-43.7‰로서 우리나라 전체 평균 산소 수소 동위원소비에 비해서 약간 더 무거운 경향을 보인다. 질소동위원소 분석 결과, $\delta^{15}N-NO_3$값이 -0.5~19.1‰의 범위로 나타나 질산염 오염의 기원은 주로 토양의 유기질소와 분뇨 기원 그리고 이들의 혼합기원으로 나타났다. 그러나, 부분적으로는 탈질효과도 있는 것으로 보인다. 요인분석 결과 4개의 요인이 도출되었으며, 전체 분산을 가장 많이 설명하는 요인 1 (고유치 6.21)은 해수침투의 영향을 지시한다. 군집분석 결과, 연구지역의 지하수는 담수, 담수-해수의 혼합지하수로 분류된다. Groundwater has been extracted for irrigation in Sacheon-Hadong area, which is close to the South Sea. We analyzed chemical components of groundwater to examine the effects of seawater intrusion and agricultural activities in the study area. Most groundwater samples displayed the Na/Cl concentration ratios similar to that of seawater (0.55) with an increasing tendency of electrical conductivity ($227-7,910\;{\mu}S/cm$) towards the coast. In addition, statistical interpretation of the cumulative frequency curves of Cl and $HCO_3$ showed that 30.1% of the groundwater samples were highly affected by seawater intrusion. Groundwaters in the study area mostly belonged to the Ca-Cl and Na-Cl type, demonstrating that they were highly influenced by seawater intrusion and cation exchange. The result of oxygen-hydrogen isotope analysis demonstrated slightly higher $\delta^{18}O$ ((-8.53)-(-6.13)‰) and ${\delta}D$ ((-58.7)-(-43.7)‰) comparing to mean oxygen-hydrogen isotope ratios in Korea. As a result of nitrogen isotope analysis, the $\delta^{15}N-NO_3$ values ((-0.5)-(19.1)‰) indicate two major sources of nitrate pollution (organic nitrogen in soil and animal and human wastes) and mixed source of the two. However, denitrification may partly contribute as a source of nitrogen. According to factor analysis, four factors were identified among which factor 1 with an eigenvalue of 6.21 reflected the influence of seawater intrusion. Cluster analysis indicated the classification of groundwater into fresh, saline, and mixed ones.
