In This paper, we implemented IOT based fruit monitoring system using Image Processing Method and LabVIEW. Today, we need technical development in rural society because Rural society decreased experts and productivity. The implemented fruit monitoring system made real time image so that farmers can judge easily the maturity level of the fruits. and they do not have to go to the farmer directly. Also we use red and green tomato each 20th in experiment, thereby we know fruit monitoring system exactly decided fruit state.

In this paper, we implement unmanned observation buoy system using a face and motion recognition function of OpenCV library. Today, OpenCV program is used to detect object, face, action, motion chase, etc. Implemented unmanned observation buoy system has LED with three different colors. Each of light go on according to three different situations; normal, human and drowned person. When drowned person was detected by image processing technology, the LED light on with red color and inform the situation to maritime safety management center and water safety agent for rapid action.

Recently, due to the rise in age of the population and the increase of novices in the countryside, the number of experienced workers in the countryside is decreasing. In addition, more and more people are suffering from the heat of the ever-increasing hot weather. In this paper a mobile fruit monitoring system based on the image processing technology and temperature/humidity sensors will be shown. The advantage of the mobile fruit monitoring system that is introduced in this paper is that it can be remote controlled by PCs and a Graphical User Interface (GUI) program by LabVIEW has been designed. Therefore it is no longer necessary to go to the orchards, experienced workers and novices can easily judge the ripeness of the fruits by the GUI program. From the experimental results shows that the proposed mobile fruit monitoring system has a very high correct recognition rate.
