HRV(Heart rate variability) analysis parameter is widely used as an index to evaluate the autonomic nervous system and cardiac function. For reliable HRV analysis, we need to acquire the accurate ECG signals. Most of commercially available portable ECG devices have low sampling rate because of low power consumption and small size issues, which make it difficult to measure RR-interval accurately. This study is to improve the accuracy of RR-interval by developing R-wave interpolation technique, based on the morphological characteristics of the QRS complex. When the developed method was applied to ECG obtained at 200 Hz and the results were compared with 1000 Hz reference device, the error range decreased by 1.33 times in sitting and by 2.38 times in cycling exercise. Therefore, the proposed interpolation technique is thought to be useful to improve the accuracy of R-R interval in the portable ECG device with low sampling rate.

'Needle-embedding therapy', also called 'Acupoint Embedding Therapy' is the newly induced therapy which uses specialized tools. Embedded alien substance stimulates the acupoint and helps to keep the stimulation up. Needle-embedding therapy is mainly used for chronic diseases and deficiency syndromes, and also for other diseases including acute pain and excessive syndromes. Recently, clinical doctors are studying this therapy vigorously on the foundation of 'theory of meridian pathway' and applying for facial and body esthetics such as face-lift, correction skin troubles, depilation and so on. In spite of all these effect, theories for 'Needle-embedding Therapy' doesn't seem clearly arranged yet. So we, here, present the philological basis of 'Needle-embedding Therapy' from referring to old records and newly publicated papers and consider the new trend of this therapy in Korean and China.

고객보상프로그램의 사용상황과 부정적 감정, 결속차원 및 불평행동의 관계에 관한 연구 - 공정성이론을 중심으로 -

기업의 효과적인 판매촉진 수단으로서 보편적으로 활용되고 있는 고객보상프로그램은 매우 다양한 형태로 진화하고 있으며 시행착오 또한 다양한 상황으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 고객보상프로그램의 실패를 관리하기 위한 전략이 최근 실무계를 중심으로 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 실증연구는 저조한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 고객보상프로그램의 사용상황을 공정성 이론에 근거하여 정의하고, 이러한 사용상황이 발생된 부정적 감정을 매개로 결속차원(계산적 결속, 정서적 결속)과 불평행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 연구모형화 하고 이에 대한검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분배 공정성과 상호작용 공정성만이 부정적 감정에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 감정은 계산적 결속과 정서적 결속 모두에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부정적 감정과 불평행동의 관계가 나타났으며, 마지막으로 계산적 결속만이 불평행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 요약하면 고객보상프로그램의 사용상황에서 불만족한 고객은 분배 공정성과 상호작용 공정성에 의해 부정적 감정이 유발 될 수 있으며, 부정적 감정은 계산적 결속과 불평행동에 영향을 미친다. 또한 계산적 결속이 증가 할 수록 불평행동을 덜할 것이라는 것을 나타내고 있다. Customer's reward program is a prevailing promotional technique. Recently, both management and marketing fields have been interested in the failure of customer's reward program. However, there are few empirical research regarding this. Therefore, this study examined a research model that employs justice in processing of customer's reward program perceived by customer to explain commitment(calculative commitment, affective commitment) and complaining behavior which is mediated by negative affect. Data was collected from the customers who dissatisfied with their reward programs. For the analysis, frequency, cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and path analysis were used as statistical test tool. Additionally, SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 were used for analyzing the hypotheses. As a result, proposed structural model largely supports the hypothesized framework and the major findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, distributive and interactional justice were negatively related to negative affect. But procedural justice didn't influence negative affect. Second, negative affect was negatively related to calculative commitment. But affective commitment wasn't influenced by negative affect. Third, negative affect was positively related to complaining behavior. Fourth, calculative commitment was negatively related to complaining behavior. But negative affect didn't influence complaining behavior. In conclusion, It can be posited that justice, negative affect, 2 forms of commitment and complaining behavior are important factors.

Vibrio fluvialis의 Oligopeptide Permease Gene 결손에 의한 생육과 Biofilm 생산의 비교

Vibrio fluvialis의 opp gene cluster내에 존재하는 oppABCDF 유전자를 allelic exchange 방법에 의해서 각각의 유전자가 deletion된 mutant를 제조하였다. 각각의 유전자가 deletion된 mutant의 확인은 PCR과 Southern hybridization으로 결정하였다. 각 mutant들을 BHI 배지에서 생육을 비교한 결과 배양후 4시간 이전까지는 wild strain이 모든 mutant들에 비해서 생육이 좋았으나 4시간 이후부터는 같은 수준의 생육을 보여주었다. Biofilm 생산을 비교한 결과 ${\Delta}oppA$ mutant에서 가장 높은 생산성을 보여주었다. ${\Delta}oppC,D,F$ mutant들의 biofilm 생산은 ${\Delta}oppA$ mutant 보다는 낮았으나 wild strain보다는 높은 biofilm 생산성을 보여주었다. Various ${\Delta}opp$ mutants of Vibrio fluvialis were constructed by allelic exchange method. The mutants occurred in target genes were confirmed by PCR and Southern hybridization analyses. After the exact mutants were identified, cell growth and biofilm production were examined using the respective mutants. The growth of wild strain was more rapid than mutants within 4hr incubation. Thereafter, the growth of wild strain and mutants reached to same level. When the productivities of wild strain and mutants were examined, ${\Delta}oppA$ mutant showed the highest productivity. Though ${\Delta}oppC,D$ and F mutants produced the lower production than that of ${\Delta}oppA$ mutant, the productivities of those mutants were much higher than that of wild strain.

CRM수행기업과 NGO에 대한 인식이 기부태도와 SNS구전의도에 미치는 영향

With the recent paradigm shift towards 'sustainable management', corporate social responsibility is recognized as an important factor for the continuous and long-term growth of a company. This study examines how the perception of CRM performing companies and NGOs affect attitude toward donation. In addition, it was empirically investigates how the perception of donation affects the SNS word of mouth intention. In this study, a total of 180 usable responses were obtained for analysis, and SPSS and AMOS 26.0 were used to verify the validity and hypothesis of the study. As a result of the study, it was found that validity and reliability were secured. As a result of the hypothesis testing, all the hypotheses were supported, but the effect of the perception of the company implementing CRM on the donation attitude was very weakly supported. This study suggests that raising a positive awareness of CRM-performing companies and NGOs collaborating with them is an effective strategy to increase donation attitudes and SNS word-of-mouth intentions for CRM.

대사증후군의 개요

대사증후군은 비만, 이상지혈증, 고혈압, 당뇨병이나 내당능 장애가 동반되어 나타나는 증후군이다. 근래 들어 우리나라도 점차 비만 인구가 증가함에 따라 대사증후군의 유병률이 빠르게 증가하는 추세를 보여. 대사증후군에 대한 간단한 개념 정리를 하였다. 먼저 대사증후군의 정의와 진단기준을 살펴보았다. 1998년 대사증후군을 명명하고 진안기준을 제시한 WHO 진단기준, NCEP-ATP III 진단기준, 인슐린 저항성 증후군의 진단기준을 살펴보고, 기타 인종에 따른 허리 둘레 기준 및 IDF 정의를 살펴 보았다. 또한 대사증후군과 관련된 여러 인자들도 다시 확인해보고, AHA/NHLBI 진단 기준도 살펴 보았다. 우리나라는 대부분 연구에서 NCEP-ATP III 기준을 적용하고 있는데, 그 내용은 복부 비만 허리둘레 남자 102cm 이상, 여자 88cm 이상, 중성 지방 150mg/dl 이상, HDL-콜레스테롤 남자 40mg/dl 미만, 여자 50mg/dl 미만, 혈압 130/85 mmHg 이상, 공복 혈당 110mg/dl 이상이다. 복부 비만의 경우는 2000년 제정된 WHO 서태평양 지역 기준인 남자 90cm, 여자 80cm 이상으로 적용하고 있다. 다음 치료의 기본 개념을 간단히 언급 하였는데, 가장 중요한 치료는 우선적으로 생활 습관의 개선을 꼽을 수 있으며, 기타 약물요법 및 인슐린 저항성 개선제 등이 있다. 우리나라 에서도 심혈관계 질환과 당뇨병이 점차 사망 원인의 우위를 차지 하고 있으므로 대사증후군을 초기에 진단하고 관리하는 노력이 매우 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 생명보험사도 대사증후군을 하나의 증후군으로 인식하여 대사증후군의 전반적인 이해가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Florfenicol-amoxicillin 혹은 florfenicol-cefuroxime 병용투여시 어류 병원성 세균에 대한 약역학

Combination therapy of antibiotics is leading to improved efficacy or safety profiles with decrease emergence of bacterial resistance. Because of this benefit, many of antibacterial combinations have been used in veterinary practice for the past few decades. The purpose of this study was to examine the in vitro activity of an amoxicillin alone and in combination with other antibiotics against pathogenic bacteria of fish origin. Based on the fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) index (FIC $$\leq_-$$ 0.5), a synergistic interaction was shown in combination of florfenicol with amoxicillin or cefuroxime. The combination of florfenicol and amoxillin showed higher antibacterial activity than that of florfenicol and cefuroxime. Ratio of amoxicillin and florfenicol in combination was 1 : 1, which showed the antibacterial activity against bacterial isolates of fish as compared with other ratios. A synergetic effect of the combination (amoxicillin and florfenicol) was further confirmed in the time-kill curve study. The study showed a better in vitro antibacterial activity of a 1 : 1 combination of amoxicillin and florfenicol than the individual antibacterial against bacterial isolates of fish. In conclusion, the combination of florfenicol and amoxicillin may serve as a potential antibacterial therapy in fishes infected pathogenic bacteria.
