유비쿼터스 및 모바일 컴퓨팅 : 비정형적 배터리 특성을 포함한 배터리 시뮬레이터의 구현

최근 스마트 모바일 기기에서의 고성능화 추세는 더 많은 소비 전력을 요구하게 되어 배터리 사용 시간의 감소로 이어지고 있다. 이에 배터리 관리의 중요성과 그 연구에 필요한 정확한 배터리 모델링 방법이 중요해지고 있다. 배터리 모델은 크게 수학적 모델, 전기화학적 모델, 전기적 모델로 구분된다. 그중 전기적 모델에서 전기적 소자를 사용한 테브닌 등가회로와 SOC의 비선형 함수 모델을 사용하는 것이 일반적이나,온도나 사용연한에 따른 특성 변화, 전기적 소자로 표현할 수 없는 비정형적 저항성분 등의 존재로 OCV 결과 출력의 정확성에 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 모델의 정확성을 향상시키기 위하여 배터리의 SOC 특성을 나타내는 수학적 함수 모델을 개선하고 온도, 수명, 그리고 전기적 특성의 비선형성을 포함하는 새로운 배터리 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 모델을 구현한 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 정적 전류 상태와동적 전류 상태에서의 배터리의 방전 결과를 예측한 결과, 기존 방법 대비 실측값과의 MSE가 개선된 결과를 보였다. The recent trend of performance increase in the smart mobile devices demands more power consumption and lower batter life time. Amongthree battery models of mathematical model, electrochemical model and electric model, the Thevenin``s equivalent circuit with non-linearfunction model of SOC in the electrical model is widely used. However, the OCV results have only limited accuracy because of thecharacteristic shift caused by temperature and age and atypical impedance property that cannot expressed by electrical components. In thispaper, the new battery model that improves the accuracy of the existing models is proposed. In the proposed simulator the mathematical modelfor SOC characteristic is improved and the adjustment for the temperature, the age of battery and atypical electrical characteristics. In theexperimental results of predicting of the battery in the static and dynamic state, the proposed simulator shows improved MSE comparingto the results of the existing methods.

This research was aimed to investigate abandoned railroads and their recycle policies around domestic and abroad case studies. Moonjeong-dong, Seoul(문정동, 서울시) and Kwonson-gu, Suwon(권선구, 수원시) were selected for the domestic cases. W&OD Railroad Park, Minuteman Biketrail, Perkiomen Trail(USA) were selected for the abroad cases. The differences between domestic and abroad were the network of the railroad with trails. In the domestic cases, they have many kinds of recycle plans such as the art-wall, landscaped plaza, water landscape and tree belt but they don`t have any network plan to connect other urban open spaces. Instead of gorgeous landscape plans, abroad cases have a network of various kinds of open space and traffic facilities. Those differences should be thought to be come from region`s size and railroad`s length. But we have to think about the importance of network system with other urban open spaces.

It is easy to find data, such as patents and papers, related to wastewater generation using drainage pipes. However, most of them could be typically developed through the mechanical structure or layout. This study was mainly aimed at confirming the quantitative value by the development using the water drop and how it can be stored. By using the obtained power data, it is possible to deduce data outside the experimental range with the plotted characteristic curve. Because micro-hydroelectric generators are vertically installed in the same lake, the total obtainable power can be predicted when water is discharged from a specific location through a water discharge pipe. In addition, it is expected that a more efficient power can be generated using a single package composed of a micro hydropower generator, a peripheral circuit for power conversion, and a battery. However, as these systems are unavailable, the marketability will be sufficient if related research is actively carried out. I am confident that this paper can be used as a reference material in the planning of products or the research on power generation systems using the water drop of building sewer pipes.

Dermal care is rising interest world widely. Research on dermatology focuses on anti-aging, skin moisturizing, atopy, skin regeneration and skin whitening. Graduation theses and published scientific journals from during the past 5 years regarding dermatological diseases were reviewed; We found 1,137 graduation theses and 137 scientific journals related to anti-aging. For skin-moisturizing, we found 1,060 graduation theses and 241 scientific journals. For atopic dermatitis, 156 graduation theses were most relevant among 3,453 graduation theses and 51 scientific journals were relevant among 1,006 journals. For skin-regeneration 413 graduation theses were found. In this case, most of what we needed were about keratinocyte regeneration (44 graduation theses and 23 scientific journals). Among all the herbal medicines that are related to dermatology, we chose 8 different herbs which are mostly stated (Glycyrrhizae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Houttuyniae Herba, Cnidii Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Forsythiae Fructus, Sophorae Radix, Gardeniae Fructus). In studies of herbal medicine, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Forsythiae Fructus are included in Chungsangbangpong-tang. Chungsangbangpong- tang has an effect on skin-regeneration, skin-lightening and skin-moisturizing. Glycyrrhizae Radix and Cnidii Rhizoma are also included in Palmulgunja-tang. Allergy contact dermatitis is treated with Palmulgunja-tang. Angelicae Gigantis Radix is one of the most popular herbal medicine used in Asian countries. Studies on the effect of Angelicae Gigantis Radix have applied for anti-hyperglycemic, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects. Sophorae Radix is included in Samjasambaek-tang which is used to treat allergic dermatitis. In this study, For these 8 different herbal medicines, we used three different extract solvents as water, 50% EtOH, and 100% EtOH extract. We proceeded DPPH, total phenolic content, nitric oxide (NO) inhibition in RAW264.7 cells, and UVB irradiation assay in human keratino HaCaT cells. As a result, in the case of DPPH radical scavenging activity, of total polyphenols content, of inhibiting NO production in RAW264.7 cells, inhibiting cytotoxicity by UVB irradiation in HaCaT human keratinocytes, 50% EtOH extract was the best. These results suggest that it is most appropriate to use 50% EtOH solvent in the manufacture of new materials to improve skin diseases through extraction of 8 types of herbal medicines in the future. Based on the results of this study, it is considered that further studies, such as mechanisms in skin cells and setting of indicator components, will be needed.
