본 연구는 새로운 지식 정보화시대에 적합한 효율적인 학교경영 모형을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 즉 거버넌스, SBM, 교사 권한부여, TQM 등 다차원적 접근을 통하여 새로운 통합적 차원의 학교경영모형을 개발하고, 그 적용방안을 탐색?제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 학교경영환경 변화를 고려하고, 다차원적 접근을 통하여 새로운 학교경영모형을 개념모형과 실천모형으로 구분?제시하였다. 개념모형에는 기본가정, 이념과 목표, 학교조직관, 구조의 네 가지 차원, 핵심가치 등이 포함되었으며, 실천모형에는 공동체 통제형의 학교경영 조직운영, 의사결정기구, 교육과정 편성?운영, 인사, 교육 책무성 제도 마련 및 운영의 자율성, 재정 등을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 새로운 학교경영 모형이 단위학교에 정착하기 위한 방향과 과제를 탐색?제시하였다. The purpose of the study was to develop new school management model(school-based integrative responsibility management model) and explore and present the way of its application through multi-dimensional approach such as governance, SBM, teacher empowerment, and TQM for effective school management in school organization which has diverse characteristics in new knowledge information era. The study divided new school management model into conceptual and practiccal model based on multi-dimensional approach, considering the changes of school education and school management environment in future society. The conceptual model includes basic assumption, ideology and objective, viewpoint of school organization, four dimensions of structure, core value, and so on. The practical model includes the school management organization operation of community control type, decision-making unit, the compilation and operation of curriculum, personnel, the preparation of educational responsibility system and the autonomy of it's operation, finance, and so on. The study suggested the direction and seven tasks for setting the new school management model in school. There are personal, physical, and environmental restrictive factors in order to apply the school-based integrative responsibility management model developed in the study to school. However, the school-based integrative responsibility management model and its application through multi-dimensional approach will contribute to enhance the competitive power of school education in new ear with the change of social environment. The school-based integrative responsibility management model should be applied to each school, considering regional conditions and school characteristics.
