Pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is a rare proliferative disorder that affects synovium, tendon sheath and bursa. Although the condition can present in any joint, knee joint is the most commonly affected site and only 2.5% of cases occur in foot and ankle joint. PVNS occurs in two types: localized and diffuse. Localized type is characterized by focal involvement of the synovium with either nodular or pedunculated masses, Diffuse type affects virtually the entire synovium. Diffuse type has reported more recurrence rate. We have experienced a patient who has diffuse type PVNS of ankle joint and report an optimal method of surgical treatment.

The system engineering should be actively applied to successfully develop a complex and advanced weapon system, because the system engineering uses a multidisciplinary approach. Therefore, this study proposed a system engineering process for a successful weapon system development. According to the national standard policy, an IPT aspect system engineering standard must adapt the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. It also asks for tailoring with considering the IPT characteristics as a weapon system acquisition institution. The IPT aspect system engineering process to acquire a weapon system can be expressed with 3 process groups (Agreement, Technical Management, Technical) and 20 processes. There was a need for an institutional framework to hire retired experts from related organizations as consultants to apply the low-cost and high efficiency system engineering in the weapon system acquisition field.

`행위자-네트워크 이론`을 경유한 `분단`의 재고와 `탈분단`의 전망

This article is not an empirical case-study but a result of theoretical or methodological speculations as its preliminary works. This essay is composed of two parts. The one is critically reviewing previous researches on `Division`/`Ex-division` in the Korean Peninsula since 1948. The other section is setting forth some points to complement or overcome their achievements and limitations, through mediations of `Actor-Network Theory(ANT)`. The summary of those arguments is as in the following. The existing studies about `Division`/`Ex-division` are combinations of the nationalist normative principle(`the political and the national unit should be congruent`) and the `system` concept or some similar concepts. They certainly get us thinking several relational aspects of `Division`/`Ex-division`. But at the same time, we have not any satisfactory understanding about their complexities and concreteness in those studies. The alternative is our alliance with ANT. ANT as our passage point to `Division`/`Ex-division` must make some significant differences. Associating with ANT, researchers could approach the very changeable, uncertain and multiple realities of `Division`. So they would come across the real virtuality of `Ex-division`. Characteristics and Strengths of ANT are originated in its singular ontology. ANT avoid all the well-known dichotomies between micro and macro, actor and structure, nature and society(culture), human and nonhuman, etc. Instead ANT will obtain new ways for mapping a hybrid collective world in constant flux. There is nothing predetermined or fixed in the world of ANT. Every object changes depending on their concrete relations and unique compositions. Researchers only need to trace and describe those object-actors. If we display an actor-network by following them, we have no need to look for any additional causes. The explanation emerges once the description is saturated.

개발연대 중동건설현장 취업자의 경제와 정치 ― 돈과 노동, 조국과 가정

이 글은 `중동건설 붐` 시기 중동현지 취업 경력을 가진 사람들의 구술 자료들과 그들의 기고문들로 이루어진 문헌 자료들을 통해 당시의 한국 경제와 정치를 파악 한다. 따라서 중동건설 붐의 내역과 사회·경제적 위상에 미처 주목하지 못했거나 법·제도와 엘리트 행위자들을 중심으로 접근한 종전의 연구들과는 상당히 다른 서술의 색조와 논점을 제시한다. 이 글은 행위자들 간의 갈등과 적대, 분열이 아니라 협력과 유대, 이로부터 귀결된 특정 체제의 존속을 말한다. 그리고 여기에서 행위자들 간의 갈등과 체제의 균열 및 변형에 대해 사유할 단서를 찾고자 한다. 이 글은 중동건설 붐을 매개로 삼아 해당 시기 발전체제(지배체제)를 구성·지탱한 행위자들의 핵심적 연결선으로서 `금전 추구`를 우선시하는 `경제주의적 합리성`을 확인한다. 그 동안 선행 연구들이 논해온 대로 민족주의 또는 국가주의가 고도성장기 발전주의 지배체제의 주요 요소였다면, 이 민족주의·국가주의의 존속과 영향력은 국가와 기업, 개인을 관통한 경제주의적 사고/행위의 준칙에 힘입은 것들이다. 그래서 `근면과 성실`, `고난 극복의 의지` 등으로 표상된 도덕주의적 한국 인상은 기실 민족주의·국가주의 담론들과 결합한 경제주의적 합리성이 `장시간·고강도 노동의 의지`로 귀결됐다는 사실을 보여준다. 그 한국인상은 돈의 복합적 기능들 및 효과들을 통해 사람들의 일상을 임금노동으로 환원하려 한 지배체제의 욕망과 이에 포섭된 대중의 생활도덕을 함께 실증한다. 이 글의 또 한 가지 과제는 참고 자료들이 반복적으로 보여준 특유의 가정 담론을 서술하고 그 의미와 지위를 논하는 것이다. 그 담론은 민족주의·국가주의와 연결된 경제성장주의의 부속적 기능물로 배치돼 있었고, 근대화의 와중에 초래될지 모르는 사회적 가부장성의 위기를 예방하려는 젠더 정치적 실천이었다. 가부장주의적 가정 담론과 도덕률은 박정희-전두환 정부 시기의 민족주의·국가주의 그리고 지배체제에 내구성을 불어넣은 중요한 또 다른 요소들이다. This study uses oral materials and literature of people who worked in the Middle East to examine the South Korean economy and politics during the Middle East Construction Boom. Therefore, it gives a vibrantly detailed account that differs from previous studies, which have often oversimplified the South Korean economy and politics of the same period with a focus on laws, institutions and elite actors. This study confirms the `economic rationality` that prioritizes `pursuit of money` as a key link for actors who had organized and sustained the developmental regime (governing regime) during the Middle East Construction Boom. While nationalism/ statism were main elements of the governing regime in the Hyper-Growth Age, their existence and influence were consequential of the very economic-rational regulations of thought/ conduct governing the state, corporations and individuals. South Korean`s moralistic image of `diligence and sincerity` and the `will to overcome sufferings` led to a nationalist/ statist discourse-related economic rationality of the `will to do more work and work harder.` The South Korean image demonstrates a desire of the governing regime to reduce people`s everyday life to wage-labor function. This study also engages with family discourses. Such discourses served subsidiary functions of growth-fetishism combined with nationalism/ statism, and sustained gender-political practices that prevented the crisis of social patriarchism associated with rapid modernization. Patriarchal family discourses and morality were other important factors that provided durability to nationalism/ statism and the governing regime during the Hyper-Growth Age.

WebDAV 기반의 협업 시스템을 위한 안드로이드 스마트폰 앱 개발

네트워크가 발달하고 인터넷이 급속히 보급됨에 따라 이를 활용한 협업 기능을 지원하는 시스템들이 등장하였다. 이러한 인터넷 기반의 협업 시스템은 분산된 사용자와 그룹 간에 효과적인 협업 환경을 제공할수 있다. 하지만 PC에 종속적인 실행환경과 낮은 접근성 때문에 그 기술적 발전에 불구하고 널리 활용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 최근 사용자의 이동성을 증대시키고 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 스마트폰의 등장으로 웹 기반의 획일화된 서비스 제공 패러다임에 많은 변화가 불고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WebDAV 기반의 협업 시스템을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 스마트폰의 자원을 효과적으로 활용하며 효율적인 애플리케이션의 개발을 위하여 안드로이드 플랫폼을 이용하고, WebDAV 기반의 협업 시스템의 기능을 스마트폰 애플리케이션에서 사용하기 위하여 스마트폰 협업 라이브러리를 개발하였다. 또한 개발하는 협업 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 이용하여 협업을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 협업 스마트폰 애플리케이션은 정보의 효율적인 공유 및 교환을 통하여 효과적인 협업 환경을 구축할 수 있으며, 기존 인터넷기반 협업시스템의 접근성 문제를 대폭 개선하여 활용성을 상당히 증대시킬 수 있다.
