枸杞子 品種의 生態的 特性에 대한 遺傳統計量의 年次間變動

抱杞子 育種의 果實收量( 抱杞子)에 대한 選效率을 높이기위한 基礎硏究로서 遺傳力,表現型相關, 遺傳相關 및 經路係數에 대한 年次間變動을 알고자 1979年, 1980年의 1981年의 3個年間 生産力檢定試驗成績을 利用하여 年次間 遺傳統計量을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 抱杞子 의 生態的形質中 主莖花數, 主莖果實數 및 落葉比率의 遺傳分數이 가장크고 年次間變動도 적었으며 기타의 形質도 遺傳分酸이 環境分散보다는 컸고 年次間變動도 적었다. 2. 3個年間 全品種들을 pool로한 分析에서 年次와 品種 및 이들의 交互作用은 主莖花數, 主莖果實數, 結果比率, 落葉比率 및 果實收量의 形質들이 年次間과 品種間에서 高度의 有意差가 있었다. 3. 廣義의 遺傳力에서는 果實收量形質을 除外한 모든形質에서 遺傳力이 매우 높았고 年次間變動도 적었다. 4. 遺傳相關에서는 果實收量과 萌芽期, 開花期, 成熟期間에는 高度의 負의 相關이었고 年次間變動도 적었으며 主莖果實數와 果實收量은 有意性은 없으나 正의 相關이었다. 5. 經路係數의 年次間變動은 大體로 적었으나 3個年間 모두 果實數量에 直接效果가 크게 미치는 形質은 主莖花數, 主莖果實數 및 結果比率이었다. The objective of this study was to compare year variations of heritability, Phenotypic, genotpic and environmental correlations as well as pathway coefficients for main characters of tea tree to provide useful selection information for imporving tea tree. The date collected from the performance yield trials from 1979 to 1983 were used in this study. 1. The genetic variance of the number of folwers and fruits the in main stem and the percentage of falled leaf to total leaves was not only greatly varied with year, but also the largest among all characteristics studied. Other cheracteristics showed higher genetic variance than environmental variances and year variances were very small. 2. Both year and variety X year interaction were highly significant sources of variation for the number of flowers and fruits in the main stem, rate of fruiting, percentage of fallen leaves to total leaves and weight of fruits pooled from therr year data. 3. All characteristics showed high broad-sense heritabilities, and the broad sense heritability were not varied with year. 4. The genetic correlation coefficients between budding date, flowering and maturing date were highly negative, and the number of fruits and weight of fruits were positive, and the year variation was not large. 5. The pathway coefficients of the character were not only greatly varied with year and the number of flowers and fruits in stem and rate of fruiting had a direct effect on the weight of fruits.
