        개량차분법에 의한 주강품 및 대형 잉곳드의 응고해석과 수축공 예측

        N/A Solidification analysis was conducted on large steel castings and ingots by a modified finite difference method. Auto-mesh generation system was developed for improving the application of the computer analysis system to casting design. Combined use of the prediction parameters, solidification time and temperature gradient, and an auxiliary parameter, shrinkage potential, were used to predict the formation of shrinkage defects. Several examples on the prediction of shrinkage cavity by this method were compared with the experimental results. It was found that a quantitative design of large steel castings and ingots can be made by the computer aided analysis of solidification process.

        대형주강품에 대한 CAE 시스템 개발 연구

        N/A An integrated computer program consisting of a pre-processor, main solver, and post-processor was developed for the design of large steel castings. The pre-processor, based on the AutoCAD, enables the user to produce approval drawings, casting design drawings and mesh diagrams in sequence using a personal computer. In the main solver, two numerical models were employed; one models the fluid flow during mold filling, and the other models the heat transfer and solidification. The post-processor can be used to present simulation results such as flow pattern, mold filling sequences, solidification times, temperature gradients and location of shrinkage defects by color graphics. In order to validate the applicability of the present integrated program, a series of experiments on simple-shaped steel castings were carried out. After the validation of the present model, it was applied to the casting design of the large steel anchor of an SC42 alloy. Various solidification parameters such as a temperature distribution and a solidification time in the casting and the mold were compared with those obtained experimentally. Simulated results predicting shrinkage defects were in good agreement with those obtained experimentally. It was found that the present method can be successfully applied to the quantitative casting design for complex-shaped large steel castings. (Received June 4, 1997)

        정어리유의 용매분별과 분별유의 이용

        In order to fractionate sardine oil by different solvents for an effective use of fish oil being subjected to the limit of use, an attempt was to investigate the proper solvents, ratios and fractionation time. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The proper solvent of fractionation using ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and hexane was ethanol, and its optimum ratio was 2:1 (ethanol: oil, v/w). The proper time of ethanol fractionation by the ratio (2:1) was 4hr at 10℃, 6hr at 5℃, 8hr at 0℃ and 8hr at -5℃, respectively. 2. In the fractionation by stages using the ratio (2:1) at each temperature, the yield of stearine was 8% at 10℃ (Fraction Ⅰ), 32% at 5℃ (Fraction Ⅱ), 7% at 0℃ (Fraction Ⅲ) and 10% at 0℃ (Fraction Ⅳ), respectively. When ethanol fractionation was undertaken at 5℃ by stages, the yield of stearine (Fraction Ⅱ) was high. 3. lodine value of Fraction Ⅱ was 96.8. This result indicated that the hydrogenation process would be simpliied by fractionation 4. The percentage of the decrease of polyenoic acids from original sardine oil to Fraction Ⅱ oil was from 30.5% to 13.5%. The major fatty acids of Fraction Ⅱ were palmitic and oleic acids and these fatty acids were about 52% of total fatty acids. Therefore, Fraction Ⅱ, which remained liquid oil at room temperature because solid fat content was 6.9% at 20℃, would be used as frying oil.

        Shallow Trench Isolation 공정에서 수분에 의한 nMOSFET의 Hump 특성

        In this parer, hump characteristics of short-channel nMOSFETs induced by moistures of the ILD(inter-layer dielectric) layer in the shallow trench isolation (STI) process are investigated and the method for hump suppression is proposed Using nMOSFETs with various types of the gate and a measurement of TDS-APIMS (Thermal Desorption System-Atmospheric Pressure ionization Mass Spectrometry), hump characteristics were systematically analyzed and the systemic analysis based hump model was presented; the ILD layer over poly-Si gate of nMOSFET generates moistures, but they can't diffuse out of the SiN layer due to the upper SiN layer. Consequently, they diffuses into the edge between the gate and STI and induces short-channel hump. In order to eliminate moisture in the ILD layer by out-gassing method, the annealing process prior to the deposition of the SiN layer was carried out. As the result, short-channel humps of the nMOSFETs were successfully suppressed. 본 논문은 shallow trench isolation (STI) 공정에서 ILD (inter-layer dielectric) 막의 수분에 의해 야기되는 단 채널 (short-channel) nMOSFET의 hump 특성의 원인을 분석하고 억제 방법을 제안하였다. 다양한 게이트를 가지는 소자와 TDS-APIMS(Thermal Desorption System-Atmospheric Pressure Ionization Mass Spectrometry) 측정을 이용하여 hump 특성을 체계적으로 분석하였고, 분석을 바탕으로 단 채널 hump모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델에 의한 단 채널 nMOSFET의 hump 현상은 poly-Si 게이트 위의 ILD 막의 수분이 상부의 SiN 막에 의해 밖으로 확산되지 못하고 게이트와 STI의 경계면으로 확산하여 발생한 것이 며, 이를 개선하기 위해 상부의 SiN 막의 증착 전 열공정을 통해 ILD 막의 수분을 효과적으로 배출시킴으로써 hump 특성을 성공적으로 억제하였다.

        문법으로서의 논리 ― 비트겐슈타인의 논리관 ―

        철학적 문제들의 발생은 언어의 논리에 대한 오해에 기인한다는 신념에 따라, 비트겐슈타인의 철학적 탐구는 언제나 언어의 논리 문제를 중심으로 전개되었다. 그의 철학적 작업은 실로 논리적 탐구였다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 그가 생각한 언어의 논리란 무엇인가? 그것은 처음부터 언어의 문법으로서 이해되었지만, 이 이해에는 그의 전후기에 중요한 변화가 있었다. 초기에 그는 언어의 논리를 이상적 표기법에서 실현되는 진리 함수적 구문론과 같은 것으로 이해했으나, 후기에 그는 언어의 논리를 언어놀이의 다양한 언어 사용 규칙들로서 보는 데로 나아갔다. 그것은 논리를 모든 가능성이 미리 규정되어 있는 매우 엄격하고 이상적인 하나의 보편적 문법 체계로서 보는 데서부터, 논리를 미리 생각되지 않은 가능성에 열려 있고 언어놀이들에 특유한 다양한 언어 사용 규칙들로 이루어진 문법 체계들로서 보게 되는 변화이다. 이 글은 그의 전후기 논리관의 상이한 핵심과 그 변화 이유를 다루고 있다. 특히 논리의 자율성과 필연성에 대한 그의 전후기의 관점 변화가 다루어진다. In accordance with his belief that philosophical problems arise from misunderstandings of the logic of our language, Wittgenstein's philosophical investigations were always focused on the problems of logic of language. Indeed, it can be said that his investigations were logical investigations. But what was the logic as conceived by him? He regarded logic as grammar from the beginning, but between his two different philosophical periods, there were important changes in his conceptions of grammar. In his earlier period, he understood the logic of language as the truth-functional syntax realizable in an ideal notation, while in his later period he regarded logic as the rules of language-use in various language games. It was a change from viewing logic as an ideally strict and universal system in which every logical possibilities are determined to viewing logic as an open system of non-strict grammatical rules specific to each language game. This paper deals with the gists of his earlier and later views on logic and the reasons for the change of his views, including specifically the reasons for the change of his views concerning the autonomy and necessity of logic as grammar.

      • 21세기 신 에너지 가스 하이드레이트 연구 및 기술개발 현황 : 국내의 중장기 개발 방향

        에너지 자원의 빈국인 한국은 에너지 자원의 기본적인 사용량 중에서 절대적인 양을 차지하는 석유 및 천연가스를 $100{\%}$수입에 의존하고 있다. 정부가 유사시 즉각적으로 실시하여야 할 중요한 역할 중의 하나가 이와 같은 유용한 에너지 자원을 다양하게 확보하는 것이다. 가스 하이드레이트는 천연가스와 다론 형태의 에너지로서 그 매장량이 해양이나 영구동토지역 등 전세계적으로 분포되어 있으므로 가까운 미래의 천연가스 대체 자원으로서 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 한반도 주변의 동해에 많은 양의 가스 하이드레이트가 매장되어 있을 것으로 기대된다 따라서 이 논문에서는 국내외 연구 및 기술개발 동향을 검토하여 탄성파 탐사를 통한 해석, 가스 하이드레이트의 특성 및 물리적인 물성, 그리고 가스 하이드레이트의 활용 기술 등에 관련된 국내의 중장기적인 가스 하이드레이트의 기본적인 연구 및 기술개발에 대하여 전체적인 프로젝트의 개요를 설명하였다. Korea, an energy-resources-poor country, imports $100{\%}$ of its, oil and, natural gas supply, which accounts for the greater part of its total primary requirements. One of the important task of the government is diversification of available energy resources such as oil and natural gas. Natural gas hydrate, which is non-conventional types of natural gas, distributes worldwide, especially in marine and permafrost. It would become a target of natural gas resources in the near future. Especially sigrificant amount of hydrates are expected to be located in the East Sea around Korea Peninsular. This paper describes about a multi-year overall project framework of basic research and technological development of natural gas hydrate in Korea focused on the interpretation of the seismic survey, the characteristics and physical properties of the natural gas hydrate, and the utilizable technology of natural gas hydrates from the status of research and development of the world.

        산지별 홍화씨의 화학적 성분 특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the chemical properties of safflower seeds cultivated at some areas in Korea. Safflower was used as one of the functional foods and medicinal plants for many centuries. Porximate compositions of safflower seeds were moisture, 4.8~8.1%, crude protein 16.5~19.5%, crude ash 2.7~3.3%, curde fiber 38.5~43.4%, and crude fat 16.6~24.4%, respectively. Glutamic acid, aspartic acid and arginine were the major amino acids and their contents were 2,587.4~3,143.5 mg%, 1,315.8~1,654.8 mg%, and 1,171.9~1,484.2 mg%. K, P, Ca, and Mg were major minerals and their contents were 611.6~886.3 mg%, 501.5~596.7 mg%, 208.5~641.2 mg%, and 530.6~639.5 mg%, respectively. The free sugars that were identified include raffinose, sucrose, glucose, fructose. ${\alpha}$-tocopherol content was 0.14~3.82 mg%. Contents of vitamin C was 0.43~3.39 mg%. The safflower seeds fatty acids were palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linoleic acid. The major fatty acid was linoleic acid it's content was 74.8~82.9%.
