Agminated lentiginosis (AL) is a rare pigmented disorder that is characterized by numerous lentigines in a unilateral distribution or often in a segmental pattern corresponding to one or more dermatomes. AL coexists with other several diseases and some researchers have suggested it is a variant of dermatomal neurofibromatosis if AL is accompanied by cafe-au-lait (CAL) macules or neurofibromas. We report here on a case of a 12-year-old female who presented with multiple lentigines on her right neck and shoulder (the C2 and C3 dermatomes) combined with CAL macule and ipsilateral axillary freckling. On checking the family history, her mother had grouped lentigines on her right chest (the T4, T5 dermatomes). But there were no neurofibromas, Lisch nodules and neurologic or skeletal abnormalities in both of them. (Korean J Dermatol 2010;48(5):416~419)

This dissertation proposes a global search and a local search method to track the object in real-time. The global search recognizes a target object among the candidate objects through the entire image search, and the local search recognizes and track only the target object through the block search. This dissertation uses the object color and feature information to achieve fast object recognition. Finally we conducted an experiment for the object tracking system based on a pan/tilt structure.
단독성 상장간막동맥 박리의 초기 치료 지침에 대한 연구

Purpose: Isolated superior mesenteric artery (SMA) dissection is a rare, but increasing vascular disorder. However, optimal treatment guidelines are not well established. The purpose of this study is to review a single institutional experience in the management of isolated SMA dissections and establish optimal treatment guidelines. Methods: Between November 2004 and August 2009, 26 patients were diagnosed with isolated SMA dissection at Eulji University Hospital. Diagnosis was confirmed with CT scans in all patients. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records, imaging studies, and the early outcomes of the patients. Results: There were 22 (84.5%) men and 4 women. The mean age was 55.4 (39∼74) years. The mean follow-up was 39.1 (4.1∼53.3) months. In 15 patients, CT scans were performed for abdominal pain, and in the other 11 patients, the isolated SMA dissections were detected incidentally during workup for other causes. The radiographic findings included an intimal flap with a patent false lumen in 16 and intramural hematoma in 10. The dissection started at a mean of 22.3 (5∼46) ㎜ from the origin of the SMA with a mean length was 47.7 (10∼150) ㎜. Treatments included expectant management in 13, anticoagulation in 6, stenting in 6 patients, and surgery in one case of bowel infarction. None required additional intervention. All patients remained asymptomatic during follow-up. Conclusion: Most patients with isolated SMA dissection were successfully managed medically. Surgical or percutaneous intervention should be reserved for those with evidence of bowel necrosis or mesenteric ischemia and failed cases to initial medical treatment.

최근에 지능형 로봇분야에서 주위 카메라를 기반으로 실시간으로 환경인식 및 물체 추적 등 다양한 분야에서 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 환경인식 및 물체 추적은 결국 배경과 관심물체를 분리하는 것이라고 볼 수 있는 데, 차 연산을 이용하여 물체의 움직임만을 배경으로 분리하는 방법과 물체인식을 통해 배경으로부터 분리하여 추적하는 방법에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배경과 물체 사이에서 변화하는 색상의 변화를 퍼지기법을 이용하여 물체를 배경과 분리하여 실시간으로 물체를 추적하고자 한다. 실시간 물체 추적을 위해 전체영상에 대한 전역적 탐색을 통해 여러 후보 물체 중 관심물체를 배경에서 추출 후, 추출된 물체의 크기에 따른 지역탐색을 통하여 물체를 추적하는 방법이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 ARM프로세서를 이용한 카메라시스템을 제작하여 실시간으로 영상분활을 실험하였다. In recent year s there have been increasing interests in real- time object tracking with image information. This dissertation presents a real- time object tracking method through the object recognition based on neural networks that have robust characteristics under various illuminations. This dissertation proposes a global search and a local search method to track the object in real- time. The global search recognizes a target object among the candidate objects through the entire image search, and the local search recognizes and track only the target object through the block search. This dissertation uses the object color and feature information to achieve fast object recognition. The experiment result shows the usefulness of the proposed method is verified.

The aim of this research is to develop and implement a low-priced RFID reader based on the Ian. The developed system consists of the wire and wireless reader. We used a 8-bit microporcessor for a wire Ian RFID reader and a small ARM processor for a wireless lan RFID. Each RFID readers can operate independently and use th same server for an application.
