        채제공 「정원록」 연구

        미적인 중국 강남의 문인 문화가 본격적으로 성행하여 문인들끼리 시사(詩社) 활동이 활발하게 이루어졌다. 각 당파별 시사 중 남인 시사는 채팽윤의 동벽단(東壁壇) 시사와 이중환의 연사(蓮社)가 있었고 그 뒤를 이어 채제공이 남인의 영수로서 여러 차례 시사를 주관하며 18세기 남인 시사의 명맥을 이어나갔다. 그의 시사 중 정원록(貞元錄) 은 영조 49년에 결성한 중 종남사(終南社)의 내용을 담고 있다. 그는 이 시사에 각별한 의미를 두어 나중에 서문을 남겼고 여기에 구성원의 참석 여부 등을 자세히 기록하였는데 이는 전후 남인 시사의 흐름을 살피는 단서가 된다. 또한 이전 풍단 시사 때는 볼 수 없었던 면학을 강조하는 시들을 여러 편 지어, 이것이 특수한 목적을 가지고 모인 시사임을 드러내었다. 이후 시사에 참석한 이들 중 6명이나 몇 년 안에 과거에 급제하는 상당한 쾌거를 거두었다. 종남사는 채제공이 남인들의 결속과 관로 진출을 위해 시사를 활용했음을 잘 보여주는 예라고 하겠다. In the 18th century Seoul was becoming a modern city and an unworldly and aesthetic Chinese culture was prevalent, so it was popular for the nobility to get together to write poems. Among each political assembly, one of the Southerners, Jae-Gong Chae led a group of poetry writers several times. Jungwonrok consists of poems written by Jong-Nam Assembly, which lasted from fall to winter in 1773. The gathering was special to Jae-Gong Chae, so he left a prologue later with details of the attendance of the members, and this was evidence showing the changes of the character of the assembly. Also, several poems focusing on learning were written by Jong-Nam Assembly which couldn't be found previously, and this showed that Jong-Nam Assembly was the gathering to write poems with a special purpose. Six of the members passed a state examination within a few years after joining Jong-Nam Assembly and this result was a significant achievement. Jong-Nam Assembly was a good example of Jae-Gong Chae using the gathering as a tool for Southerners' solidarity and entering politics.

        웨이브프런트 라식과 라섹 후 고위수차의 변화

        Purpose: To evaluate the changes in ocular high-order aberration after wavefront-guided laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and wavefront-guided laser-assisted subepithelial keratectomy (LASEK). Methods: Twenty-four eyes of 14 patients who underwent wavefront-guided LASIK, and ten eyes of six patients who underwent wavefront-guided LASEK were retrospectively reviewed. Uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, manifest refraction and high order aberration were evaluated before the operation and at 1 week, 1 month, 2 months and 6 months after the operation. Aberrations were measured using a WaveScan Wavefront System (VISX, Santa Clara, CA). We analyzed the total high-order aberration, coma aberration and spherical aberration before and after surgery. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in total high-order aberration or coma aberration between preoperative and postoperative 6 month measurements in either group. However the spherical aberration showed a statistically significant increase between the preoperative and postoperative 6 month measurements in the wavefront-guided LASEK group (p=0.037). The total high order aberration showed no correlation with the preoperative spherical equivalent (p=0.55), and the change in total high-order aberration did not correlate with the amount of surgically achieved correction in either group at all follow-up periods. Conclusions: Wavefront-guided LASIK and wavefront-guided LASEK showed no statistically significant changes in total high-order aberration at postoperative 6 months.

        전층각막이식수술 후 10년 경과 관찰

        Purpose: To evaluate clinical outcomes 10 years after penetrating keratoplasty. Methods: We analyzed 69 eyes of 68 patients who had undergone penetrating keratoplasty by one surgeon between 1994 and 1995. We evaluated long-term outcome of corneal graft and follow-up rates for 10 years after surgery. Slitlamp biomicroscopy was performed to assess the condition of grafts. Visual acuity, manifest refraction, central corneal thickness, and endothelial cell count were measured if the patient visited the clinic. The patients who did not visit the clinic were asked to subjectively assess visual acuity and gross corneal clarity to gauge the condition of the graft cornea by telephone survey. Results: The mean age was 42.5 years and the sex distribution of recipients was predominantly male (M:F=48:20). At 10 years after surgery, 28 grafts were clear, 28 grafts were known to have failed, and the status of 13 grafts remained unknown. The highest survival rate was noted in keratoconus, and the major preoperative diseases of graft failure were bullous keratopathy and infectious keratitis. Fifty percent of patients attended all follow-up visits over the 10 years. Conclusions: The graft survival rate at 10 years after keratoplasty was 50%.

        초대형 막구조물 지붕용 ETFE 필름 막재의 인장특성

        ETFE is the abbreviation of Ethylen Tetra Fluoro Etylene, a sort of colorless and transparent granules. The advantage ETFE film has daylight transmission and chemical the resistance and The thickness of ETFE film is used to from $50{\mu}m$ to $300{\mu}m$ and tensile strength of ETFE film changes from 40MPa to 60MPa and the tensile strain at break can get to about 300-400%. In this paper, ETFE film carried out the tensile proprieties, such as the tensile strain at break, the tensile strength are examined. ETFE 필름 막재는 Ethylen Tetra Fluoro Etylene의 약자로, 무색의 투명한 막재료이다. ETFE 필름 막재는 내화학성이 있고 매우 가벼운 장점이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. ETFE 필름 막재는 $50{\mu}m$에서 $300{\mu}m$의 두께가 주로 사용되며, 인장강도는 40MPa에서 60MPa 300%에서 400%정도이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 해외에서 초대형 박구조물의 박재료로 시용되는 ETFE 필름 막재에 대한 기초적 역학적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 인장시험을 수행하였다. 인장시험으로부터 인장강도, 인장연신율, 영계수(Young's Modulus) 등 건축 설계 시 필요한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

      • The Study on the Dilution Time of Radioactive Tracer in Estradiol Measurement

        Purpose The high-dose administration of I-131 has been standing for the basic therapy method of thyroid cancer. In korea, it is not necessary for patients to be hospitalized if the administration dose are under 1.2 GBq. However, if the dose are over 1.2 GBq, the patients should be stay in special ward with radiation shield. In such cases, the radioactivity level upon release should be under a dose of $70{\mu}Sv/hr$ at a distance of approx. 1m. This regulation bring the patients to stay for about 2 to 3 days in ward before the release. Materials and Methods Using the inpatients' release data of severance hospital, an inpatient-days were retrospectively calculated and compared with practical data and estimate the inpatient-days with the conditions of korea ($70{\mu}Sv/hr$), Japan ($30{\mu}Sv/hr$), germany ($3.5{\mu}Sv/hr$ at a distance of approx. 2 m), and other european countries. Results When a effective half-life of 15.4 was used, the expected inpatient-days were calculated as 2.15 days in the condition of Japanese regulation and 1.37 days in the condition of korean regulation. The practical inpatient-days of patients in Severance hospital were 1.32 days. Conclusion As ICRP 94 has been mentioned that the release of patients administrated with I-131 for the therapy should be carefully considered because each patients has different thyroid uptake rate and their conditions with family members after the release from the ward. Nonetheless, efforts to bring more aquate data which is for getting closer to the practical data should be continuously studied.

      • PET/CT 검사에 있어서 MR Torso Coil의 CT 감쇄보정에 대한 영향 평가

        PET과 융합된 MR 영상에서 MR coil은 PET 영상용 감쇄보정에 있어서 위치 정보 수집에 관한 오류를 극복하기 위한 노력이 시도 되어 왔다. 본원에서는 이런 문제점을 보완한 Three modality system (PET/CT +MR)을 이용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 MR torso coil이 CT 감쇄보정에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. MR torso coil을 장착하고 CT로 감쇄보정한 PET 영상에서 인공물에 대한 평가를 하였다. 균일도 평가용 팬텀과 1994 NEMA 실린더 팬텀을 사용하여, CT의 관전압과 관전류를 변경해가며 표준화섭취계수에 대한 변화를 추적하였다. MR torso coil안에 있는 금속 물질로 인한 줄무늬 인공물이 관찰되었다. CT 검사에 있어서 관전압과 관전류를 변화 시키면 선 감쇄계수도 일정하게 변화하였다. 관전압과 관전류의 수치가 높아짐에 따라 PET 영상에서의 표준화섭취계수가 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. PET/CT 검사 시, MR torso coil은 금속으로 인한 줄무늬 인공물을 생성하며, 감쇄보정에 있어서 잠재적인 오류를 불러올 수 있다. 이와 같은 오류를 감소시키기 위해서는 첫째, 감쇄보정 알고리즘의 보완, 둘째, MR coil을 사용하지 않은 검사방법의 연구, 셋째, PET/CT 감쇄보정에 영향을 주지 않는 MR coil소재의 개발 등이 요구된다. Purpose : Combined MR/PET scanners that use the MRI for PET AC face the challenge of absent surface coils in MR images and thus cannot directly account for attenuation in the coils. To make up for the weak point of MR attenuation correction, Three Modality System (PET/CT +MR) were used in Severance hospital. The goal of this work was to investigate the effects of MR Torso Coil on CT attenuation correction for PET. Materials and Methods : PET artifacts were evaluated when the MR Torso Coil was present of CTAC data with changing various kV and mA in uniformity water phantom and 1994 NEMA cylinderical phantom. They evaluated and compared the following two scenarios: (1) The uniform cylinder phantom and the MR Torso Coil scanned and reconstructed using CT-AC; (2) 1994 NEMA cylinderical phantom and the MR Torso Coil scanned and reconstructed using CT-AC. Results : Streak artifacts were present in CT images containing the MR Torso Coil due to metal components. These artifacts persisted after the CT images were converted for PET-AC. CT scans tended to over-estimate the linear attenuation coefficient when the kV and mA is increasing of the metal components when using conventional methods for converting from CT number. Conclusion : The presence of MR coils during PET/CT scanning can cause subtle artifacts and potentially important quantification errors. Alternative CT techniques that mitigate artifacts should be used to improve AC accuracy. When possible, removing segments of an MR coil prior to the PET/CT exam is recommended. Further, MR coils could be redesigned to reduce artifacts by rearranging placement of the most attenuating materials.
