        도시유역에서 저류지 설계를 위한 특성인자 분석

        도시화로 인한 유출량의 증가 및 도달시간의 단축은 도시재해의 한 원인이 되고 있다. 이를 막기 위하여 도시 배수유역내에 저류지를 설치하여 하수관거의 통수능 이하로 방류량을 조절하는 방안을 고려할 수 있다. 기초계획 단계에서의 저류지 설계를 위해서는 복잡한 연관성을 지니고 있는 제반 변수를 고려하지 않고 대표적인 관련 주요변수를 택하여 저류용량을 결정하는 여러 가지 저류지 계획모형이 이용되고 있다, 기왕의 저류지 계획모형에서는 주로 도시화 특성인자인 첨두유량비<TEX>$(\alpha)$</TEX>와 도달시간비<TEX>$(\gamma)$</TEX>를 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 재해영향평가서 22개소의 저류지를 분석대상으로 하여 도시화에 따른 도시배수유역 특성인자와 저류지 특성인자간의 분석을 통해 저류지의 계획단계에서 활용할 수 있도록 편의성을 도모하고자 한다. 첨두유량비 <TEX>$\alpha$</TEX>가 도달시간비 <TEX>$\gamma$</TEX>보다 저류 용량에 미치는 영향이 더욱 민감함을 알 수 있었으며, 개발전 후의 유출계수비 <TEX>$\beta$</TEX>가 설계강우강도의 지역계수 n값 보다 <TEX>$\alpha$</TEX>에 미치는 영향이 작음을 알 수 있었다. 사다리꼴 설계수문곡선을 사용하는 경우에는 강우지속기간이 저류비에 미치는 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. Urban development results in increased runoff volume and flowrates and shortening in time of concentration, which may cause frequent flooding downstream. Flow retardation structures to limit adverse downstream effects of urban storm runoff are used. There are various types of flow retardation measures include detention basins, retention basins, and infiltration basins. In basic planning phase, a number of planning models of detention ponds which decide storage volume by putting main variables were used to design detention ponds. The characteristics of hydrological parameters <TEX>$\alpha,\;\gamma$</TEX> which are used in planning models of detention pond were analyzed. In this study, detention ponds data of Disaster Impact Assessment report at 22 sites were analyzed in order to investigate correlation between characteristic of urban drainage basin parameter and characteristics of detention pond parameter due to urbanization effects. The results showed that storage volume was influenced by peak discharge ratio <TEX>$\alpha$</TEX> more than runoff coefficient ratio <TEX>$\beta$</TEX> and peak discharge ratio <TEX>$\alpha$</TEX> was influenced by runoff coefficient ratio <TEX>$\beta$</TEX> less than regional parameter n. Storage ratio was mainly influenced by duration of design rainfall in the case of trapezoidal inflow hydrograph such as Donahue et al. method.

      • 재난리스크 평가를 위한 리스크 요인의 공간정보화 방안

        본 논문은 재난 리스크 평가를 위한 집계구 통계자료의 활용방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 인구통계자 료, 주택통계자료, 전국사업체 자료는 재난취약성분석과 리스크 평가를 위한 필수 요소이다. 재난의 분석과 평가를 위하여 GIS에 구축하는 자료로는 인구의 총인구, 평균나이, 인구밀도, 노령화지수, 교육수준 등이 있다. 이 자료들을 공간정보로 구축함으로써 기존의 넓은 수준의 데이터를 활용하는 것 보다 정밀한 분석 이 가능하다고 판단된다. 또한, 인구와 관련된 데이터뿐만 아니라 집계구 통계 자료는 주택의 건축년도와, 주택의 유형(다세대, 아파트, 연립, 영업용건물주택의 정보를 가지고 있다. 이는 건물의 경제적 평가를 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다. 또한 선정된 지역의 사업체를 분류하여 각 폴리곤의 주요 사업체를 조사하여 공간 정보를 구축함. 구축된 공간정보는 리스크 평가를 위한 자료로서 활용될 수 있다 판단된다.

        알코올로 유발된 흰쥐의 간손상에 대한 연근 추출물의 간 보호효과

        This study investigated the hepatoprotective effects of an ethanol extract of lotus root (LRE) on alcohol-induced liver damage in rat. Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 100~150 g, were divided into 6 groups: basal diet group (BD), alcohol (35%, 10 mL/kg/day) treated group (ET), LRE 200 mg/kg/day treated group (BD-LREL), LRE 400 mg/kg/day treated group (BD-LREH), LRE 200 mg/kg/day and alcohol treated group (ET-LREL), and LRE 400 mg/kg/day and alcohol treated group (ET-LREH). After the administration, rats were sacrificed to get serum and liver to analyze antioxidant enzyme activity, glutathione and lipid peroxide contents. The body weight gain and feed efficiency ratio were decreased by alcohol administration, however, were gradually increased to a little lower level than the basal diet group by the combined administration of alcohol and LRE. The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), asparate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities that were elevated by alcohol were significantly decreased by LRE administration. It was also observed that thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) content, xanthine oxidase (XO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities in liver that were increased by alcohol, were markedly decreased in the combined alcohol and LRE administered groups as compared with the alcohol administrated group. These effects of LRE within the alcohol groups were in a dose-dependent manner. The glutathione (GSH) content in liver was decreased by alcohol administration, however, increased after administering LRE. Taken together, these results suggest that ethanol extract of lotus root may have a possible protective effect on liver function in hepatotoxicity-induced rat by alcohol administration.

        아스팔트 콘크리트 포장용 균열실링재의 부착특성 평가

        Cracking is an inevitable fact of asphalt concrete pavements and plays a major role in pavement deterioration. Pavement cracking is one of the main factors determining the frequency and method of repair. Cracks can be treated with a number of preventative maintenance actions, including overlay surface treatments such as slurry sealing, crack sealing, or crack filling. Pavement cracks can show up as one or all of the following types: transverse, longitudinal, fatigue, block, reflective, edge, and slippage. Crack sealing is a frequently used pavement maintenance treatment because it significantly extends the pavement service life. However, crack sealant often fails prematurely due to a loss of adhesion. Because current test methods are mostly empirical and only provide a qualitative measure of the bond strength, they cannot accurately predict the adhesive failure of the sealant. This study introduces a laboratory test aimed at assessing the bonding of hot-poured crack sealant to the walls of pavement cracks. A pneumatic adhesion tensile testing instrument (PATTI) was adopted to measure the bonding strength of the hot-poured crack sealant as a function of the curing time and temperature. Based on a limited number of test results, the hot-poured crack sealants have very different bonding performances. Therefore, this test method can be proposed as part of a newly developed performancebased standard specification for hot-poured crack sealants for use in the future. PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to evaluate both the adhesion and failure performance of a crack sealant as a function of its curing time and curing temperature. METHODS: A pneumatic adhesion tensile testing instrument (PATTI) was adopted to measure the adhesion performance of a crack sealant as a function of the curing time and curing temperature. RESULTS: With changes in the curing time, curing temperature, and sealant type, the bond strengths were found to be significantly different. Also, higher bond strengths were measured at lower temperatures. Different sealant types produced completely different bond strengths and failure behaviors. CONCLUSIONS: The bonding strength of an evaluated crack sealant was shown to differ depending on various factors. Two sealant types, which were composed of different raw materials, were shown to perform differently. The newly proposed test offers the possibility of evaluating anddifferentiatingbetweendifferentcracksealants.Basedonalimitednumberoftestresults,this test method can be proposed as part of a newly developed performance-based standard specification for crack sealants or as part of a guideline for the selection of hot-poured crack sealant in the future.

        천일염을 사용한 김치를 소재로 한 음료 개발

        The aim of this research is to develop recipe of kimchi beverage made of sun-dried salt. A distinction between this recipe with existing ones is the Korean traditional ingredient, sun-dried salt. The variety and amount of recruitment on the beverage was established after its characteristics were investigated by sensory tests. Preference of sweetening agent for the beverage was oligosaccharide > honey > sugar powder > sugar > aspartame > pear juice. While sensory evaluation was conducted on color, flavor and overall acceptance, the overall acceptance scores are as following; 6.24 for watery radish kimchi, 6.00 for white kimchi and 5.76 for Korean cabbage kimchi. Among other beverages, watery radish kimchi beverage was preferred. Amount of kimchi for the beverage was most suitable at 10 % of the contents. It was the same with all the other beverages. When the products were stored in normal temperature, the evaluation scores dropped for all sensory items as time passed.

        국내 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장용 택코팅제의 기초물성 평가

        PURPOSES: The objective of this study is to evaluate the tack-coating material’s properties using the bitumen bond strength(BBS) test anddamping test as function of changed curing times. In this study, bonding strength tests were performed according to the curing time of tackcoating materials. METHODS : In order to investigate bonding characteristic of tack coating materials, the Pneumatic Adhesion tensile TestingInstrument(PATTI) device is used to measure the bond strength between the tack coating materials and aggregate substrate based on theAASHTO TP-91. Also, damping test as in situ test was used to determine an appropriate traffic openting time for construction vehicle. Fourdifferent tack-coating materials were used in this study. The BBS tests were performed a one hour curing and testing temperatures of 5℃, 15℃,and 25℃. Damping test was conducted at 30min, 60min, 90min, and 120 min of curing times with temperatures of 20℃ and 30℃. RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS : The BBS test results show various bond strength as function of tack coat materials. At the sametesting condition, A tack coat material shows almost two times higher than D tack coat materials although both materials are satisfied thecriteria of material’s physical properties. Also, Dampting test results shows similar trend with BBS test result. The damping test result wassignificantly changed as function of tack coat materials. Based on this study, the tack coating material’s curing time is very important. Therefore, both curing time and the bond strength’s characteristic has to be considered in standard specification.

        Why are the U.S. and China competing in military technology centered on artificial intelligence and autonomous weapon systems? In response to this question, this article argued that the United States and China recognize artificial intelligence and autonomous weapon systems military technologies as technologies that can directly impact power transition. The hegemonic power, the United States, perceives artificial intelligence and autonomous weapon systems military technologies as opportunities to block the power transition. At the same time, the challenger, China, recognized these technologies as an opportunity to overtake the U.S. hegemon. Even if economic power is relatively weak compared to the competing country, it is possible to overtake the opponent by employing low-cost military technologies such as artificial intelligence and autonomous weapon systems.

        Antiobesity Effects of Sansa (Crataegi fructus) on 3T3-L1 Cells and on High-Fat–High-Cholesterol Diet-Induced Obese Rats

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of Crataegi fructus ethanol extracts (CFEEs) on the differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells, and to evaluate the effects of C. fructus powder (CFP) on lipid metabolism and its antiobesity effect in rats fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol (HFC) diet. Both in vitro and in vivo studies were performed for physiological activity and antiobesity effects on the serum, liver, and adipose tissues in obesity-induced rats. CFEEs showed significant inhibitory action on differentiation and triglyceride (TG) accumulation in 3T3-L1 mature cells in a dose-dependent manner. Subcutaneous, mesenteric, epididymal, and total adipose tissue weights of HFC diet group were heavier than those of normal diet (N) group, whereas those of groups fed CFP were significantly decreased. Levels of serum TGs, total cholesterol (TC), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased in the CFP groups than in the HFC group, whereas the serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level decreased in the HFC group and markedly increased in the CFP groups. TC and TG levels in the liver and adipose tissues were significantly lower in CFP groups than in the HFC groups. In addition, feeding with CFP significantly reduced the occurrence of fatty liver deposits and steatosis, and inhibited an HFC diet-induced increase in adipocyte size. These results suggest that C. fructus may improve lipid metabolism in the serum, liver, and adipose tissue, and may potentially reduce lipid storage.

        Mobile phone market, a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry and as a daily necessity, is led globally by companies that have been actively responding to changes in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the Smart Phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order for a company to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, it is imperative that they ensure absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionising the after-sales service(A/S) quality that will lead to service satisfaction. This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for mobile phone A/S quality, and how this quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as proposing directions for A/S quality improvement by identifying them case by case to see what dimensions have more impact on customer satisfaction.
