육군의 소부대 단위 네이버 밴드 운용과 장병 부모들의 사회자본 형성

본 연구에서는 연구문제와 가설을 통하여 육군 소부대 네이버 밴드의 커뮤니케이션 상황에서 장병 부모들의 SNS 이용동기가 무엇인지를 확인하고, SNS 이용정도에 따라 부모들의 교량형·결속형 사회자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지, SNS 이용동기에 따라 교량형·결속형 사회자본에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 또한 네이버 밴드에서 형성된 교량형 사회자본과 결속형 사회자본은 육군의 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, SNS 이용동기는 재미추구, 사회 상호작용, 정보추구 등 3개의 항목으로 구성된 동기요인을 확인하였다. 장병 부모들이 SNS를 이용하는 정도에 따라 사회자본의 크기가 증가하는지를 확인한 결과 SNS 이용정도는 교량형 사회자본과 결속형 사회자본 형성 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. SNS 이용동기가 각 유형별 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 교량형 사회자본에는 사회 상호작용과 정보추구 동기가, 결속형 사회자본에는 재미추구와 정보추구 동기가 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 교량형 사회자본과 결속형 사회자본이 육군 신뢰에 각각 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 확인한 결과, 교량형 사회자본은 육군 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내는 반면, 결속형 사회자본이 육군 신뢰에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 이를 통해 볼 때, 앞으로 육군이 소부대 네이버 밴드를 운영함에 있어 교량형 사회자본 형성에 주목하여 부모들의 사회 상호작용과 정보추구의 동기에 적합한 콘텐츠를 업로드하고 이를 극대화할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 방식의 도입이 필요할 것이라고 제언하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 폐쇄형 SNS 채널에서 교량형 사회자본 뿐 아니라 강한 유대를 기반으로 한 결속형 사회자본도 형성이 가능한 것을 검증하였고, 교량형 사회자본이 사회에 미칠 수 있는 긍정적 외부 효과를 실증적으로 확인하였다는데 의의를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation of SNS use of soldiers’ parents in the communication situation of the ROK army’s Naver Band. The study also examines how social capital is formed according to the degree of SNS use and motivation for use, and how it affects the trust of the army according to the type of social capital. As a result of the study, motivation for using SNS is identified by three factors including fun pursuit, social interaction, and information seeking. The degree of SNS use has a positive effect on both bridging social capital and bonding social capital. The result of the study indicated that social interaction and information seeking motive have statistically significant positive effect on bridging social capital and fun seeking. The result also showed that fun pursuit and information seeking motive have statistically significant positive effect on bonding social capital. Bridging social capital has a positive effect on army trust, while the effect of bonding social capital on army trust is not statistically significant. Therefore, the study suggests the army should focus on the formation of bridging social capital when it comes to operating the Naver Band, and it would be necessary to upload the contents suitable for the motivation of parents’ social interaction and information seeking. The results of this study confirm that it is possible to form bonding social capital based on strong tie as well as bridging social capital in closed SNS channel. This study provides meaningful results since it empirically tested the positive external effects of bridging social capital on the society.

Diagnosis of Spinal Arachnoid Cyst using Magnetic Resonance Imaging in a Dog

6살의 중성화한 수컷 말티즈는 운동실조로 인하여 내원하였다. 본 증례는 일반방사선 촬영, 컴퓨터단층촬영, 자기공명영상을 실시하여 낭종의 위치, 크기, 척수와의 관련성 및 동반된 질환을 알 수 있었다. 자기공명영상 결과 T1W과 FLAIR 영상에서는 hypointense한 영역, T2W 영상에서는 hyperintense한 영역이 L1~2 척수의 등쪽으로 나타났다. 이는 CSF와 동일한 신호로 나타났으며, 등쪽에서 척수를 압박하여 배쪽으로 이동시켰다. 낭종의 길이는 25 mm, 두께는 4 mm로 나타났다. 무증상일 경우는 치료가 필요 없으나, 본 증례는 신경학적 이상이 나타나 수술적 치료를 실시하였다. A 6-year-old, intact male maltese was presented with hindlimb ataxia of 4 day duration. Physical and neurological examinations revealed a bright, alert, and responsive dog, with no evidence of cranial nerve deficits, conscious proprioceptive deficits. Spinal reflexes of the hind and forelimbs were normal. Patellar, cranial tibial, and withdrawal reflexes were normal. Pain could not be elicited on manipulation of the neck or palpation of the spinal column. Survey radiographs of the vertebral column were unremarkable. Computed tomography (CT) scans in the transverse plane were performed. The results of CT imaging were unremarkable. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in both sagittal and transverse planes was performed. The extent of the lesion was 25 mm in length by 4 mm in thickness. The spinal cord was deviated ventrally and appreared thinner. On T1-weighted and FLAIR images, a discrete hypointense lesion dorsal to the spinal cord was observed at L1-2 which was contiguous with the subarachnoid space. On T2-weighted images, this region was hyperintense, consistent with a fluid-filled structure. The signal intensity of the cysts was equivalent to cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Surgical treatment involving dorsal laminectomy had successful outcomes.

The cases of nontyphoid salmonellosis occur rarely in patients with prosthetic replacements. We experienced a case of nontyphoid salmonellosis in a patient equipped with endoprosthesis after renal transplantation. When the prosthetic hip is infected, it is mostly the result of inocculation of bacteria during the operation. In this case, the signs of infection appeared around 29 months after the operation. Hematogenous spread from endogenous foci was suspected. This patient was treated with irrigation, a meticulous debridement and one-stage revision to a total hip arthroplasty.

Left pneumonectomy using self-cutting linear endoscopic stapler in a dog

A 13-year-old mixed dog was referred to the animal medical center, Gyeongsang National University. Lung masses were diagnosed at the left cranial and caudal lobes through diagnostic imaging, and consequently, left pneumonectomy was performed using a self-cutting linear endoscopic stapler. The pulmonary arteries, veins, and bronchus of each lung lobe were sealed and resected at once, and any air leakage or bleeding was not observed after the surgery. Compared to the conventional ligation method, the self-cutting linear endoscopic stapler has the advantage of significantly reducing the operation time and enabling simple and reliable sealing.

상완골 간부골절의 수술적 치료

Most humeral shaft fractures can be managed nonoperatively. Recently improved results have been reported after internal fixation of the humeral shaft fractures, followed by early elbow and shoulder motion. Authors carried out True/Flex intramedullary nail in 14 patients and interlocking intramedullary nail in 12 patients and plate & screw fixation in 18 patients who sustained humerus shaft fracture between February 1992 and August 1996. We compared the operative results of intramedullary nailing and plate and screw fixation in humeral shaft fractures which was follow-up from 12 months to 21 months. The results were as follows; 1) The mean union time was at 16.5 weeks in True/Flex group, at 16 weeks in interlocking nail group, and at 15.7 weeks in plate fixation group. 2) The complications such as angulation(3 cases), rotation(1 case), limitation of shoulder motion(2 cases), and delayed union(1 case) were observed in True/Flex group. Angulation(1 case), rotation(l case), limitation of shoulder motion(3 cases), and nonunion (1 case) in interlocking nail group. Angulation (I case), limitation of elbow motion(2 cases), nonunion(l case), soft tissue infection(2 cases), and iatrogenic radial nerve palsy (2 cases) were developed in plate fixation group.

대퇴골 과상부 골절에 대한 관절경 감시하 과상부 금속정 고정법(예비 보고)

Supracondylar nailing is one of the treatment methods for supracondylar fractures of the femur but it needs arthrotomy. We introduce a new technique of supracondylar nailing under the arthroscopy without arthrotomy. It is closed reduction and intramedullary supracondylar nailing under the arthroscopic control. The potential benefits of this method are decreased unnecessary soft tissue dissection, excellent intraarticular visualization and reduction, decreased blood loss and shortened operative time and postoperative recovery. We performed this new teehnique on 4 cases of supracondylar fractures of the femur. The average follow up period was 14(12-18)months. The results were as follows; l. Among the 4 case., 3 cases were AO type A and 1 case was AO type C. 2. All cases showed bony union and average range of knee motion was 110 degrees. 3. The operation time ranged from 60 minutes to 170 minutes and averaging 110 minutes.

고에너지 경골 고평부 골절에서 Ilizarov 외고정 장치 및 제한적인 관혈적 정복술과 금속판 내고정술의 치료결과 비교

High energy tibial plateau fractures are associated with severe articular depression, separation of both condyles, diaphyseal comminution and dissociation & loss of integrity of the soft tissue envelop. Thus it is very difficult to treat these fractures satisfactorily and severe complications may be developed. Authors carried out plate and screw fixation in 11 patients and external fixation(Ilizarov external fixator) with limited internal fixation in 8 patients who sustained high-energy tibial plateau fracture between Jan. 1992 and Feb. 1996. We compared the operative results of plate and screw fixation and external fixation with limited internal fixation in high-energy tibial plateau fractures which was follow up from 12months to 28months. The results were as follows; 1. The complications such as limitation of knee motion(3 cases), traumatic arthritis(1 case), angular deformity(2 cases), superficial infection(2 cases), deep infection(1 case), instability(l case) were observed in plate fixation group. Limitation of knee motion(1 case), traumatic arthritis(1 case), delayed union(1 case) were developed in external fixation group. 2. According to Blokker' s criteria, 6 cases(55%) among 11cases of plate and screw fixation group and 5 cases(63%) among 8 cases of Ilizarov external fixator group had satisfactory results. Ilizarov external fixation with limited internal fixation is useful method of treatment for high- energy tibial plateau fractures when extensive dissection and internal fixation are contraindicated due to comminution at the fracture site and compromise of the soft tissue.

견봉쇄골 관절 분리 및 오구쇄골 인대의 부분파열과 동반된 오구돌기 골절 - 1례 보고 -

A coracoid process fracture associated with acromioclavicular dislocation has been reported infrequently. A coracoid process fracture associated with coracoclavicular ligament rupture has been reported only in two cases. Two separated injury mechanisms seem to be involved in this instance; one is direct trauma to the shoulder girdle causing dislocation of acromioclavicular joint, and the other is sudden avulsive pull on coracoid process by the conjoined tendons of short head of biceps brachialis and coracobrachialis, and pectoralis minor muscle causing fracture of the coracoid process. We reported one case of coracoid process fracture associated with acromioclavicular dislocation and partial rupture of coracoclavicular ligament. The lesion was treated by open reduction and internal fixation using two Kirschner - wires for the acromioclavicular joint and a cortical screw for coracoid process, and the result was satisfactory without complication.
